Sometimes you need a gentle approach, sometimes you need grandma to pull your cheek(s) and knock you out of that stupor. Luda is elbowing her way into being my favourite character in JaH <3

The trope of showing compassion with aggression is such a good one. Sure it's desirable to approach these circumstances with tenderness but sometimes you just need to slap someone for them to break out of their rut. Luda going from being generally unpleasant to one of the best characters in the comic within the span of only 3 pages is a testament to how good of a writer Ratt is.
