Hey everyone 💜
Quick question, would any of you prefer receiving the HMV links directly here in the Patreon group chat when new uploads drop? 👀
I can start posting them here too if that’s easier for some of you.
honestly i dont mind either way but thats cool
Let’s try it out 😁
I think the biggest thing is the video player source. Having to use another + another + codecs + says they are free but really aren’t is kind of a hassle. There’s too many fingers getting in the honey pot. Too many this site to this site oh the other site because the links are squiffy or have been terminated by site admin. This goes on forever.
Now, IF it was possible to just view on Patreon without some other swinging dick coming by saying, “ Nuh-uh. You suck this, then we let you upload to our site for viewing to your membership.”
Just one link in here would be super amazing, and have that like just go straight to video being played.
I apologize whole heartedly if my language and descriptions have left making matured into your brains and offended anyone. Truly. It’s just frustration
Yeah, I totally understand what you mean, no worries. I think the main issue is that I can’t really host/play the videos directly through Patreon itself, so I have to rely on external hosting. I’ve been sending the archive dump links through Discord as another way to make everything easier to access, but I also have to be careful with those links since I don’t want the archive access getting leaked and spreading around.
Ideally, I’d love to have one simple link where you just click it and the video plays immediately. I’m still looking for the best way to make the whole thing less of a hassle for everyone.
Also, I made a VR version of the last HMV! 👀 I’m thinking of making VR versions of some of my older HMVs exclusively for you guys as well. Let me know which ones you’d like to see in VR and I’ll see what I can do! :3
