Having lost my son at 22 days old, I couldn't imagine having a company or anyone trying to get the things I never got to use or barely used back from me during that time. I couldn't even stay in my own home for over a month because I just kept reliving that morning over and over again, while blaming myself.

(Probably unpopular opinion) I like when you guys cover topics that are a little heavier/friendship or relationship based because it helps me recognize when I have been manipulated or gaslight or whatever in the past. Also gives me time to learn what that kind of stuff looks like so I can recognize it easier when it happens in person. Could you elaborate on how or why you think it was blown out of proportion? It’s literally so messed up for a company that makes millions of dollars to ask a mom who just lost her baby for a product back because she won’t be able to promote them due to her losing her baby. Like who does that?

But I saw a couple of creators say that their message was more on "hey we know it's hard to see these unused baby products around your home right now.. so we want to help you declutter or get rid of them" - something like that.. allegedly they didn't say anything about taking it back coz the mom can't make content for them anymore. I'm not 100% sure on this.. like I said just loosely watched a few TT talking about it. 🥲🥹

Somebody close to the mom said they sent 6 emails about the item being sent back. So it definitely wasn’t a good faith offer to help her out. Not to mention, if she wanted it gone, it’s not difficult to do that. It’s not like it’s a 1000lb fixture. Her family would be glad to get rid of it I’m sure. Having strangers come collect it from your house is unnecessary
