Happy October everyone!!!

Andrew Giglio

- Inject any and all Halloween content directly into my veins!! - No disrespect to Jessi but I am old enough to remember Coors being the official beer of Halloween back in the 80s with Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. - side note "Other Ghoulies" was right there.

Helen Berry

Needed a bonus episode tonight. Thanks girlies

Ken

Honestly a crazy story. How does that even happen?

Elise💕

It’s literally still connected to the old website as we speak 🤣

Ciarra Corona

Initially I had the inclination that maybe the sister wasn’t informing the attendee of the emails and the wrong date to the new, correct date… but now im just completely confused

ashton harlan

Ahhhh girlies, you’ve come so far! So proud of yall! I love the background!

Robyn Burgess

Priscilla Ono is the global Fenty Beauty educator/artist, she has been since Fenty launched

lauren elliott

Love the bat transition at the beginning

Ash

I feel like the course is still pricey for 3 days, I know she's a successful well known artist, but I paid under 9k AUD (kit included) for my year long makeup course which included all makeup styles, sfx & hairstyling - which gave me an actual diploma qualification. Priscilla's course would be 3k AUD for three days, eek. regardless, happy october girliessss!!!

Chelsea

yes the east coast doesn't really have liquor/alcohol not at a liquor store

Ash

other ghoulies is soooooo good!!!!

Samantha Allen

I’m not to the end of the episode but honestly…. I really disagree. They emailed her with plenty of time. I’m so confused why she even traveled on the wrong date?? Maybe I’m just too Type A to understand how someone wouldn’t triple check dates for something like this before spending any money.

Samantha Allen

Ok, I got to the end. The sister’s statement I’m now so confused on the real timeline.

Emily

I’m from PA and we do have weird alcohol laws. Only a few years ago they changed the law so you could buy alcohol on Sundays and nowhere other than state stores or liquor stores. Now you can buy it at Wegmans or Weis and a very few convenience stores. I’m used to it but if you don’t live here, it can be a weird shock.

Kiki

“You kinda beknownst a little bit” 😂😂😂😂😂

Emily

I think they’re both at fault. When planning a trip, I double, triple, quadruple checking the dates for hotel, flight etc. So they are at fault for that. But I also think having an active website that accepts money is wrong too. They can’t get it taken down? That doesn’t make sense if it was their website. I think maybe they should have let her pay the second amount and let her stay. No one would have known and technically she paid the full price.

Adriana Martinez

I watched it unfold and I am firmly on Jordan’s side. However, I think in this age where TikTok exists, companies need to just bite the bullet on these situations. It is so easy for people to put their stories out there and go viral. It literally would’ve been so easy to just let her take the class. Then either Jordan doesn’t post anything or she posts about how awesome her experience was. Now Priscilla has put herself in a position where people like myself who have never heard of her, don’t like her and want nothing to do with her. It’s basic customer service, all it takes is one bad review to drown out all the positives. One bad story on TikTok and you’ve already lost.

Samantha Allen

That’s why the timeline is SO confusing. Did the sister really get emails BEFORE travel occurred for the wrong dates?? With how websites and landing pages work it’s actually not surprising to me that they could have signed up and the money gone somewhere inaccessible to them but they still gotten a notification and email about the sign up. It’s really the communication that happened after that that’s so confusing. If they were told you signed up for the wrong thing and need to cancel that and have your bank give you a refund cause we can’t and then sign up for the right thing… why are they so confused when they didn’t do that?? It seems like it was clearly left open that they could decide to not go at all and that seems to be what management assumed. And then she showed up a week early still?? But THEN the MUA’s communication after that is real bad too…

Krystle

So I live in Massachusetts and we have to go to liquor stores for alcohol. My husband works in a grocery store and I guess it’s a long process for the grocery stores to be able to sell alcohol. Why…no idea lol

Emily Rautenberg

LOL lily talking about how there was no alcohol in 7/11. Meanwhile in British Columbia… lol

Anika Vanderwerff

Tbh if I was getting a bunch of emails about booking through the wrong website I would be thinking I was getting scam emails, so I would just ignore it 😭

Matty Ortega

this is kind of so diabolical it deserved to be a main ep! Like my jaw dropped when y'all showed the websites linked to the google business

Matty Ortega

i tried to look this up on YouTube and am surprised this didn't have a lot of coverage!

Jessica M.

Priscilla is rihanna's makeup artist... hence the price

XxLil PeepxX

I’ve just joined and I just wanted to say I love you guys so much been watching since episode 50 something

Jessie Brown

"for the safety of my class" 😒 I wouldn't want to talk to Priscilla either after saying that or her passive aggressive, fake niceness

Caroline Judnic

Wisconsin sells alcohol literally everywhere 🤣 grocery stores have entire sections for it cold and not cold. Gas stations too

KJ

I cackled at that line 🤣🤣🤣

Christina

Why is she suing? Like is Rihanna as a solid client not good enough?

Elizabeth Darling

I feel like a big point that you didn't mention is that those emails look like a giant scam. No way would I cancel a registration that I thought was legitimate in order to make another one on a site sent from an email that looks like that...

Elizabeth Darling

This would 100% be my take if the emails looked legitimate AT ALL.

Sarah

“You kinda beknownst a little bit idk..” My new favorite Jessica Urban quote

ali

i did it for myself and the one on google takes you to the OLD link. her NEW domain is literally underneath the “search for next” option on google. and she has priscillaono.com as well which comes up fist thing when you look up her name and it’s basically her portfolio but the link for the website on there is STILL the OLD MAKEUP CLASS ONE!!!

Kate Marie

If my sister had told me she wanted to take a makeup class from a celebrity makeup artist as a birthday gift, I would’ve googled the person and their makeup class and used the link associated with their Google business. My first source for finding events, such as makeup courses, is not through Instagram.

Haley

Kansas is the same way! Can’t sell liquor on major holidays, liquor stores can only sell during certain hours, can only sell in liquor stores, can’t have alcohol delivered, etc. etc. So crazy how different it is in other states but in all honesty it’s probably a lot safer with more rules.

Cynister Feelings

ASI for the email that they sent out saying “click this link”, we are all taught to NEVER trust links in emails. Especially when it’s about money!

Beth

I've just started the ep but speaking of the alcohol buying laws, here in Scotland you can't buy alcohol before 10am or after 10pm! I didn't realise that wasn't a thing in the US

Karla

It is a bit sketchy that they knew the sister had booked through the wrong website if they don't have access to it anymore. And that website shouldn't be up at all. I googled her and the old one is the first website you see for her. Why do rich people like to waste money on lawsuits? It's such a stupid lawsuit and not defamation in any way.

Rachael

I just went to the website to see if it’s still up and not only is the 2024 link still up but you can still purchase??

Sara DiMaggio

Priscilla gonna be like- this is my old Instagram managed by my old management, then directly reach out to anyone who commented negatively.

Sara DiMaggio

Safety of her class. Taking beat to a new level.

Tarah Ferdinand

Jessica, you just think yalls liquor situation is ancient, but here in south MS you can't even buy liquor on Sundays. All the liquor stores are closed.

Liz

is the video unavailable for anyone else? i'm trying to catch up :'(

Liz

jk it's youtube itself

Courtney Chaplin

Welcome to PA where we need to go to 3 stores to buy different alcohol. And we can’t buy it at a target.

Em

I'm a PA girlie who looked into the alcohol thing when I moved here- PA had like one hardass dry governor during Prohibition who led to the creation of a super restrictive alcohol sales system. I grew up in NY and was actually shocked the first time I tried to buy two 12 packs at a gas station here 🥲

Sammi

I’m from NJ but lived in Philly a good chunk of my adult life. Both PA & NJ have bizarre liquor/beer laws that I still to this day cannot make sense of.

Neena Mattson

Her old website is still up and when you Google Priscilla Ono, the old website is listed first in search results 🤦🏼‍♀️

Cindy

I do think it's their own fault for not checking their email. The subject line is pretty clear and looks important as it is in all caps. But finding the old website and booking the old class shouldn't even be an option

Autiana Daniel

In case anyone wanted an example mentioning “the safety” is a very clear cut micro aggression Jordan obviously isn’t irate (despite having the right to be) and yet she’s still being characterized as aggressive gee I wonder why

Autiana Daniel

This whole story is just a micro aggression and it’s gross pircilla is obviously wrong in this situation and some how feels offended that Jordan is correcting her to the point that she feels entitled to sue her nasty work.

Kay Michael

In PA all alcohol is sold in a Wine & Spirit shop. You're not gonna find it anywhere else. When I moved to Michigan I was so excited to learn I can go to the gas station and get a tall boy 🤣🤣
