Im from Philly and can tell you it is very humid in this area, especially in summer all the way till like November. Also we have Blue Laws which restrict alcohol sales to liquor stores only. I think its due to us being Quaker States? I think, not 100%

I kinda have a controversial take here and am siding more with management haha They offered a refund and suggested to the person to book the correct form - I honestly don’t see any issue with that. And of course they would get frustrated with the person not accepting the refund, not booking the correct ticket and going on TikTok about the whole thing! Just from the perspective of the organizer it seems tedious Don’t come at me though, just my opinion 🤣🙏🏻
