I get why Lindsey Defranco hates this. Privacy is super big deal. Especially after what they dealt with years ago. So once, while Lindsey and their son(when they only had one kid at the time and he was about 2-3 yrs old) got broken into while at home and Phil wasn’t home at the time. She had to lock herself and their son into a closet…it was a very scary thing. And even Phil dealt a random fan get into their studio when they lived in LA and even got in the room with Phil and tried to like corner themselves in a room where he recorded. Scary. So I get why privacy is such a big deal for her. Even more so with Phil covering certain topics with opinions not everyone likes. And now and days how people can react, I get being very careful.

Lily the eyebrow thing is definitely fake, come on girl 😂 I don’t think putting bleach in an eyebrow dye tube would even be possible. & bleach stinks! It would be so super dangerous to do something like that knowing your sister is going to put it near her EYE & they are also both horrible actors & she never shows her eyebrows? They fenced just the pool/patio area. I feel like that's pretty common - you have to fence the pool so that no errant animals or children can get in and accidentally drown. What the neighbors did was bullshit. I would also be devastated.

I remember when I was a kid our neighbors were logging their property, and it was the same situation where our property line extended past our fence line. For every day they were logging my dad sat in a lawn chair on our property line to make sure they didn’t take even ONE of our trees 😂 which now I very much appreciate, because we still have that little house in the woods💜

With trees, it is like historical buildings, if they are a certain age they are federally protected. It is also like hunting, I don't remember what it is called but they keep track of animals and how many people can hunt to keep wildlife thriving but not destroy it.

I have a fenced in yard but my property extends beyond that bc of woods & a creek. The yard is where the kids & animals play safely but they need supervision to roam the property. And my property curves in a similar way that theirs does. My property boarders the side and back of my next door neighbor.

I’m pretty sure Phil was a part of “The Station” which was part of or turned into Makers Studio. It was owned by LisaNova, her brother Ben, Phil Defranco, Kassem G, Shay Carl, and I think Shane Dawson was a part of it? I remember it being sold to Disney in the earlyish 10s, which made all of them incredibly wealthy. Girlies! I actually have knowledge about tree law being a PNW native. In a city east of seattle a few neighbors cut down some city trees and are now needing to pay MILLIONS of dollars. Forest areas take our trees very seriously.

The neighbor in Lindsay's story seems so shady but dumb. First he proabably shopped around for contractors who were sloppy or he somehow lied to them. Then, he seems to be trying to devalue their land by pushing the retention pond, which while necessary is not desirable to all homeowners, onto their land and cutting down their beautiful trees without informing them by "accident" taking away their privacy. Alternatively he could even be trying to adversely possess it and extend his property line. None of this works though because it's so obvious and sloppy plus everyone in that neighborhood probably has money for lawyers and legal resources so they can't be taken advantage of as easily as others might. Overall I feel icky about it because it seems like he was only conversing with Lindsay and thought he could pull something over on her.

I would be ropable. Not only did you destroy a copse of trees for no good reason but he installed a dam on someone else’s property?! That’s like putting a tennis court (obviously not exactly the same because a dam is functional) on your neighbours property and thinking it’s fine?! I’m so confused?! This exact thing happened to my parents. An entire Laurel hedge was taken down by my parents' neighbour's who knocked their house down to build a new one. I came home bec I was living at home at the time and my dad was sitting in a lawn chair just staring at the emptiness of where the hedge used to make their yard private and he just kept yelling "it looks fucked!" It indeed did look fucked. They replanted the hedge but it was like 20 feet tall and 8 feet wide so it takes years and years to get that big. Leave people's plants alone! Lol
