A few weeks ago we asked what kind of new Patreon content you wanted to see. You guys came through with some GREAT ideas!! So we're going to start testing stuff out.

One thing we're going to try is additional mini episodes (10-15 min) that cover stuff we don't usually get into on the pod. We'll try different formats and see what sticks.

A lot of people requested Q&As so let's do one.

hey gf :) sorry this reply is a bit late but, the best thing i can offer in terms of advice when it comes to telling other people, is that they can (and always will) have their opinions and choice of words but, that doesn't negate the excitement and joy that you're feeling for this baby. it might not also be their full opinion at first- i've had family members react quite badly however, most of that poor reaction came from the shock/surprise of it all. sometimes people just have a funny way of processing things. i'd also mention that even if they express reactions besides what you had expected or even wanted from them, it's not their relationship, it's not their baby, and it's not their place to be anything but supportive of you and your choices. I totally understand the "embarrassment" angle, and i've kept things in for a long time due to those same feelings but you just have to trust that the people who care for you will show up for you. and if they don't, go build a beautiful family all of your own with your baby and your person 🤍 sometimes family disappoints us but it brings me some comfort to know that family can be entirely chosen too! sending so so much love and positivity your way!! congratulations and may you have many years of happiness 🫶🏻
