In today's episode, we discuss how influencer, Daphne Blunt, has gone viral for her accusation that a manager at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles refused to serve her a drink because she was black. She claims that while she didn't have her ID at first, she later found it in her Birkin (she specifies) and the manager on duty still refused to serve her, which Daphne concluded was because of her skin color. Since the incident, the Hotel Bel Air social media accounts have been flooded with comments calling out the hotel manager and demand that she be fired under the direction of Daphne, who called the woman out by name, showed her picture, and linked her social media in her viral posts.

In my state, Colorado it’s now accepted all over the state, but you have to download our state app and it is basically an exact replica of your ID and has all of the holographic‘s and everything and there’s a link that the store has to open to see the live version of it. They now have to accept it as a legal form ID. That being said if her photograph is not on it then that’s definitely not what it is lol

And each state has different rules, but they are statewide. The reason the restaurant is not about to accept that is because they can get their liquor license taken away. If they do not only accept the legal forms of identification and a picture is definitely not one of them.

I work in retail. Some people are so entitled. And if you don't drop everything to help certain customers, they won't stop trying to get employees in trouble. I've had customers threaten to call corporate over the stupidest shit
