So I think there are others who are human turned kaiju and he's the 8th one. Not sure if the others are alive and working on the Defense force or all human kaiju are kill on sight. theres some great storytelling here, but the traffic light was amazing. in a single image, you get the information that these kaiju things are a normal everyday thing, to the point they had to design a traffic light for it, and that people are expected to be out living their lives rather than hide in shelters, since theres probably a force that protects them and makes sure they live safe. one image, many words.

so if im right, that blood hurt the dude because of SCIENCE! The larger a creatures body is, the hotter there inner temperature (this is do to bigger size needing a higher metabolic rate, therefor more heat from energy conversion) So that guy may have just been burned due to just the blood being so hot (you even see it start to evaporate on the ground!), it burns human skin, cause if it was acidic, it would have destroyed most everything around it, hope this is informing and keep up the great work!
