So yea it was a bit confusing, but she saw the kid walking by holding the kidnappers hand 3 years ago. And from what i understand 2 years later she saw the Dad putting up the flyers of his missing kid but was to ashamed to mention that she rmb seeing him being taken that day.

For clarification yes, that was the moment Qiao saw the boy, obviously at that point, the day he went missing, nobody knows that kid is missing so it makes sense at the time to why Qiao Ling never questioned the person holding the boy. That would be trash of her if she saw the boy AFTER he was reported missing and never told the parents.

True... Hence why Cheng Xiaoshi thought he was going to "become the camera" logically because there's nobody taking the photo/video. He's allowed to keep his body if there is no camera-holder. Also why Lu Guang can see through all connected CCTV, like in Cyberpunk 2077
