PJ Rivera

Really digging the animation and new artstyle

Anon7524

The opening part made realize something, that would make no sense to almost everyone so yeah but it's still a semi spoiler: There are technically *two* axises introduced in the story, which is something I haven't heard from people before, just discussing the the other one (purposefully not mentioning the name btw) and not the tower creator (maybe not the one shown by Rachel, but the actual person who did make the tower)

JotaroDrake

Had to click off yalls grand blue reaction when I seen the noti for this. Tower of God got me hype asf🔥

King of New York

It’s anime 2024 and we got:
Winter:
The Irregular at the Elite High School S3 The Irregular at the Magic Dungeon Portals S1 The Irregular(With Muscles) at the Magic High School S2 Spring: The Irregular at the Magic High School S3 The Irregular at the Magic (Demon) High School S2 Part 2 The Irregular at the Kaiju Defense Force S1 The Irregular at the Jobless Isekai S2 Part 2 The Irregular at the Quirk High School S7 The Irregular at the Ranger Force S1 The Irregular at the Zoom Meeting S3 Summer: The Irregular at the Magic Tower S2 The Irregular(With Muscles…again) at the Magic High School (With a Magic Tower too) S1 The Irregular at the (Deer) High School S1

Damion Middleton

Just in time, got home from Work, packed a Bowl. And now I’m finna Spark and Tune In. 😎🔥

King of New York

Ngl I miss the old art style but the animation is crisp. Didn't notice this until I watched the reaction but that mercenary who the loan shark said "beat Hatz", I completely forgot but Hatz was that noble swordsman guy from S1 who was always competing with Anaak the lizard girl and was in the same group as the red tracksuit guy. Another thing I noticed is that the chocolate bars were probably a reference to Khun and reminded Bam of him, since he used to carry them in his copying bag to give to Rak in S1.

Noah
>>143739418

Am I tripping or was this episode a slideshow simulator?

Keondodge

Nah that end segment is insane. Now you cant clown on the weird ah miss understanding cliche. Or you at least you cant say it aint real.

MonarchXIII
>>143740840

Who's the other axis aside from Phantaminum? The story Rachel was telling at the start? We don't even know if that's true or not yet.

ZeroChance

im sure she thought that because they roomed them together lol

Helpy

I miss the old art but I hope the story can carry

Kurumi

damn forgot how arrogant Bam was and he ain't even like that fr lmaoo

Anon7524
>>143740840

By definition of what an axis is, the creator of the tower *has* to be an axis. And the story is told way a lot in the WebNovel, so again it's inferred, unlike the other one. Lastly there will/has to be an axis who made tower, otherwise Tower of God wouldn't be its own self contained story (ergo following the rules of axises, according to SiU, who said as much before)

mj

That plane story is wild lmao

Kingmakaii

Nigga tried to call bro drip fake he dead that shit immediately nah g this the real thing they call me twenty fifth bam lil nigga respect that 😂

Turdle

"no i actually listen to metallica" is funny as fuck

Darren Banks

ayo Roshi Red! Why'd you put twitter in a chokehold this weekend? 😂

Devin B

Last episode they were questioning why someone from FUG would be on the 20th floor taking an exam. They're basically saying that FUG are known to be further up in the tower.

Moroni W

For some context on the power levels, the ranker in the WEBTOON tapped the ball and it went to 13 million+ so Bam’s strong but not that strong.

Fizzy
>>143742027

Nigga he defo like that lol next episode clearly prove that 🤣🤣🤣

Fizzy

Yeah next episode finna be crazy it only get better from here

Juan Genao

Damn ya killed me with end discussion and brought back memories. Back in high school at the end of the day while me an my friends were walking home and one of my classmates saw someone with long straight hair and he went to hit on her and put his arm around her shoulder but it was a straight up man with a face tattoo who was walking by LMFAO

Kablamoo101

its been way too long since ive read this Proctor Love is a G

Joshua Vail

baam is still a regular despite being irregular regular just means that they havent climbed to the top of the tower and received a rank yet

XxYourWaifuxX Xx

I thought the candy bar was gonna make Bam think of Rak. It has to tie in somewhere

Stephan Braham

Technically this is his real name and bam was a fake one

Kevs rey

I peeped how these test are similar to when ban first took the test. This ep remind me of the water wall that couldn’t let some people go through

Franklin Saint

Idk if it was confirmed but is the second season supposed to have 2 Consecutive Cours? I only know it was an alleged leak. But I’m been caught up on the Mahnwa since the first season of the anime I’ll say the manhwa is fire and personally my favorite one too.

botanbutton

Nah, the plane story made me choke 😂 That made me think of my lil brother's story. When he was in 10th grade, he was walking into the school gates as usual and the principal was there watching students come in. She saw my bro and said, "Oh, are you dropping your little brother or sister off for school?". He said, "I go here". That poor lady almost dropped her walkey-talkey from embarrassment, apologized and left real quick.

Delinda Arts

JA WAHGWAN: I'LL DO ANYTHING YOU ASK! Bam:....can I get a 360 real quick?

godUsoland

Bam really showed up and repped his Hood in front of an Opp Ranker :D

MonarchXIII

My GOAT Prince is finally here 🔥🔥

Requiem_Phantom
>>143745172

Incorrect. He is an irregular. Irregular just means he wasn't chosen from within the tower to climb, but instead came from the outside. Regulars are all from inside the tower, specifically the middle and outer towers. After all, I am pretty sure that no one has yet to climb to the very top; only Jahad has gotten the farthest, along with the ten family leaders and a few other irregulars, which I don't want to spoil. Yet there are still irregulars, though not many. Jahad and the ten family leaders are also speculated to be irregulars. Most of the highest-ranking and strongest rankers are irregulars.

Delinda Arts

"That mf got OVO in his hairline!"

MonarchXIII
>>143744518

Yep, people should NOT underestimate rankers compared to regulars. Rankers are far stronger than almost any regular with a few exceptions. Bam may be strong but currently he'll lose to a ranker (even weak ones like Love) any day of the week and it won't even be close.

Scott Tyson

Kinda on point Bam is now an Akatsuki. Goin through his Sauske Arc drip and all!

earthphoenix7068

At the pacing we have here, we will have tower of god season 32 in the year 2077

Space

Jue Viole Grace is the best Tower of God mc

Dyastro
>>143749775

Yeah, there's wayyyyy too many chapters to justify this pacing of releases. They should have made it a long running weekly anime like black clover, boruto, and most older animes

Uly A O

I can wait for the fight with Love, wanted more of him in the series. Also I personally as I read the WEBTOON, always imagine Baam voice as kinda softer spoken so with the initial look I understand why Yeon thought that at first, from initially reading the story, that Baam maybe be a woman. In the anime they clearly presented more obvious.

THAT_ONE _GUY

One joke I wished they kept was when wangnan and Yiwha were trying 2 glaze viole then she brings up the fact that she had big breast's Wangnan tried to pull down his pants to show his massive shlong but everyone stopped him lol

y0ungship

Bro that plane story at the end got me weak😂

FreshxEli Tv

😭😂 What happened actually was the Flight Attendant Seen The Roshi BBL in real life SHE SEEN HIM YAMMED UP 🍠 😭😂😂😂

Solivigant Kaiba
>>143750941

That bit was funny. Personally I wish they kept the bath scene cuz "You beat Hatz? I look forward to seeing the devil." Line was too cold.😆

Krype

Nah that’s so embarrassing that flight attendant need her eyes checked 😭

danial javady
>>143749775

@Dyastro If you want that then you need to fund it. They don't have that kind of money.

The Zany Spirit

20:50 To be fair, I also thought for a few seconds that Bam was a woman in the first episode of the first season due to his long hair. And I think some reactors thought he was a girl too, until it was confirmed that he wasn't. Also, 22:10, I freaking love the recurring joke of that Metallica shirt Roshi wears that annoys Lupa because Roshi's a 'fake fan who just wears the merch' xD

illnamethechannellater653
>>143745172

The is floor where all regulars have to reach to be called ranker. Thats what's meant by the The top of the tower. So bam is still a regular even though his an irregular, his not a ranker yet.

Guns

My theory might be a spoiler, but i feel like the blonde dude has that ring for a crazy plot twist. I dont even remember the Jahad princesses having a ring like that. He MIGHT be like a very secret Prince of Jahad. Since all Jahad has are Princesses, having a Prince might be irregular. Or maybe he is a bastard that Jahad made while messing around with women on lower floors and gave his ring to the woman because of the most generic “I love you the most” typa bs lmao

Skebaba

Jahad's empire does shit different it seems. They don't give a fuck about your sex, as we saw w/ Wangnan being roomed up w/ Nia, and Viole w/ Yihwa

Skebaba
>>143749765

His sugar daddy got gud taste, since he personally literally picks all of Viole's drip frequently & mails that shit over

rYenis

"I actually listen to Metallica" is a fuckin bar.

Skebaba
>>143745172

In the end the terms are irrelevant anyway, as they are a made up BS post-Empire era as far as the Regular-Irregular system goes. Before that non-"Irregulars" weren't even able to climb the Tower to begin with, as only "Irregulars" can take Administrator Tests so only they can climb & get Contracts etc, while the trash bugs are stuck at w/e Floor they are born at in the Outer Tower. I mean technically non-"Irregulars" COULD climb up as long as they are companions of an "Irregular" and thus part of the Test from the getgo, but they wouldn't have been "Regulars" since they had 0 rights to do any of the Tests, just accompanying their masters alongside them essentially

Skebaba
>>143744518

Especially when even by "Irregular" metrics Baam is pretty much shit-tier, since his entire kit is about Assimilation, hence why he's so shit-tier in S1 until he gets some of the hits by ppl like Quant so he can assimilate that shit instantly etc

Ren Lichtfoot
>>143755331

When you take into account how dangerous the tower is, something as small as pairing with someone of the opposite sex is a small thing in comparison.

danial javady

LMFAO that story at the end got me weak bro holy fuck. Did they think roshi was a girl?

Kingmakaii
>>143742619

Cool guess what idc laugh at the joke and keep it pushing niggas always got ruin shit 😂😭

Johnathan Shelton
>>143750941

defintely thought they were gonna keep the hatz line cause most reactors missed it, or forgot who hatz was, hope they bring it up again later

Dyastro
>>143749775

Have you read the webtoon? It has over 620 chapters, and it's still going. If they didn't have the money, then they would have stopped after 1 season (like most not as popular anime, especially back in the day, since they want you to read the manga anyways). I never said that they couldn't take breaks, but the time between season 1 and 2 does not bode well for the remaining story. Hype for the show just might go down during those times, then they really won't have the funds. The next seasons should come in about 2-3 years, and even then we are most likely going to take longer than 10 years. The only way they would reach the end while also taking 5ish years breaks, would be to pull a promise neverland season 2. And I would really hate to see that.

Skebaba
>>143740840

@MonarchXIII Well while we don't actually know their real name (assuming they aren't actually fr fr called that, instead of it being just a title), I assume logically the creator of the Tower would be the Outside God. It would make sense if the most local Axis was the one who created the construct they are right next to, no?

Joshua Vail
>>143745172

im fully caught up with the manhwa so no risk of spoiling to me anyways in the context of how they meant it in this episode baam is a regular because he has not been to the floor that jahad set as the top which is the qualification to be a ranker

jeekolo

“The artist formerly known as Bam” got me

Howwy
>>143755320

I’m pretty sure we still don’t have a complete backstory for Wangnan in the manwha, but the ring is WEIGHTY lol

Kurumi
>>143742027

he's like that to regular people lmao. but the sheer amount of irregulars and other rankers just out classing him. He not even cracking top 50 fr.

Uglygod
>>143746395

How do you type this out and not realize you’re spoiling tf out of people. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The GoDKing 27

Bam be like “ down with the king, start the cout”

The GoDKing 27

Y’all sure that fight attendant want drinkin? 😅

Sum1s0mewhere

I forgot how annoying prince was at the begining. But it's kinda nostalgic seeing these guys.

shadowslime03

NAH IM SUING THE AIRLINE, OR BOXING THE FLIGHT ATTENDENT.

MonarchXIII
>>143744518

Yeah, out of every Irregular so far he's definitely the weakest. Zahard and the others climbed to the top by taking administrator tests, conquering the Tower on the way up. Enryu actually killed an administrator which Zahard can't even do. Urek was already HIM when he entered the Tower. And Phantaminum needs no explanation since he's an Axis. No doubt Bam will most likely surpass almost all of them but his base level is really weak compared to the others starting points.

Slim jimmy
>>143746395

Spoiled ppl for no damn reason what was the point I’m actually wondering or just delete this

King Kryptic

They thought Bam just liked 9/11 jokes. Nah…… that man is tryna recreate it

King Kryptic

That flight attendant is a clown 🤣🤣🤣

uneedrambo

Bam said "I am the bomb"

The Anime Dude

That end discussion tho 😂😂😂

Pedro Barrera

These kind of discussions at the end are 10/10 🤣

Giyuu

LMFAOOOOOO

SnailSpray

They decided to leave this out of the anime but in the Manhwa the test proctor "Love" actually slightly tapped the power measurer and his power level was measured aswell but it was a really small detail even in the manhwa obviously not gonna say for potential spoilers but just thought id mention it.

Blue-Eyes W. Chibi

So did they missed that Colossal Titan and Armor Titan line drop that was mixed in? Well it really isn't that big. I haven't read the webtoon in over 5+ years so I am forgetting. If it is true, it's pretty funny how it's just there, and no one noticed. [SPOILERS] DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T: When guy/girl were saying their reasons, and then he casually mentions that was his. Unless she isn't? I forgot.

Drake Rage

LMAO, that ending comedy. Roshi should wear a jacket with a Metallica shirt underneath, and slowly unzip the jacket throughout the reaction and wait for Lupa to notice. Create some on-screen drama, LOL.

magnet

I don't know if someone else mentioned this or not, but the dude with the devil arm that turned like black and blue, they mentioned that he beat hatz. Not sure if that was caught or not, but hatz was the dude in the first season with the boomerang sword and was teammates with track suit shibisu.

Tim Moore

I was very scared that the pacing of the anime from the source material could come off a bit wonky - but they've done an amazing job so far for S2.

Ash

Ma'am...lmao

Travis James

bruh no way they thought roshi was a whole teenage girl lol. Its probably all that movement behind you

ok

To clarify, when they call Bam a "regular" they are actually correct because that moniker is used for anyone that climbs but is not yet a ranker. So Bam is an "Irregular" Regular.

WockWizard

Damn Lowkey miss the art style from season 1, it was so unique and cool to look at every scene.

WockWizard

Why is bam beefing with the jahad? I don’t remember any of them creating a direct conflict with him in season 1 unless something happens during the time skip that’s gonna be explained later.

Austin Yun

I actually listen to Metallica.

Thulani Mason

I wish they did like 5 minute videos where they'd just talk about funny experiences they've had together.

WockWizard
>>144219240

Gotcha, all I remembered was that red hair navigator girl taking bam and training him, didn’t know she was with fug
