This episode is a legitimate master piece in any show (anime or live action). It’s in my top 3 episodes of anything of all time. This episode is just so awesome, especially knives and the OST. Also Studio orange put 12/10 effort in to the climax of this episode, that’s it hard not appreciate it

Kingmakaii

Was wondering why that shit was just gone when I got off work to watch 😭

tori Wills

Cobra kai pt 1 is out 👀 also part 2 is November 15th

Skebaba

Yeah. Wonder who they will hire to voice Knives in S2, since the VA got into legal trouble for scam calling to scam money etc. Such a fucking shame these assholes keep fucking shit up for some reason, when we for once got a rly fitting & high-quality VA for Knives, smh...

WorldWideLove2000

After watching your reaction to episode 2, I binged the rest of the series over two nights 😂 This episode and episode 4 are two of my favorites from the series. This show is a masterpiece 🤌

David Wilson

I don't think she was pregnant

KG

Man, I was waiting for this one. This is the episode that locked me into Trigun Stampede

Kobe Thomas

where the boys finale at 🫵🫵🫵

Tabbs

Waiting on the boys 🙏

George

Me sat refreshing for the boys 😆

Xanny Man

Are the streets doing too much asking for Cobra Kai tonight?

Adamas

Get use to Lupa saying "KILL HIM" for the rest of the show 😂

Jay Gotti

Like this if u want to see them watch “Vikings Valhalla”

Ashes2Ash

So excited for tomorrows episode given yalls reaction to this one! Trigun Stampede very much takes more parts of the manga that weren't adapted in the original show, which had a completely "different" end to it. When the original Trigun was being made, we didn't have much of the follow up manga (Maximum) to adapt. Trigun itself ran in a shounen magazine, despite its clear seinen elements, and made the switch to a seinen magazine, which led to "Trigun Maximum", which technically starts where this one ends. HOWEVER. I would not recommend reading maximum after stampede, unless you start the whole manga from the beginning. Stampede is its own thing, it's aesthetic leaning more towards scifi then western, and it changed the timeline a lot. excited to see what else they impliment from the manga in stargaze, which is "coming soon".

souleymane nimaga

U guys should react to The Millionaire Detective Balance: Unlimited, Dubbed is really good.

Jordan Postle

My opinion, it's Rosa's fault so many and her son got hurt. She should have taken him and ran.

LiquidXGravity

VASH and his brother remind me so much of Dante and Vergil

Arsean Wilbon

I wonder if in the city of July we will get to see it. iykyk

Ghost_Troupe

I still find it funny how Vash knew his psychopath brother was out there, and he spent the first two episodes acting like an absolute buffoon.

Ghost_Troupe

If it's anyone's fault, it's the men of the town. A town full of healthy men just let a group of mothers protect the town and did absolutely nothing, but die off-screen lol

Ghost_Troupe

While it is true that Stampede follows the manga a little better, completely removing Milly and changing some key parts like Meryl being much younger is kind of...meh to me. Hopefully they add Milly in season 2.

Ashes2Ash

Milly is confirmed in season 2, and stampede is supposed to take place earlier on in the timeline than the manga takes place in. Hence July... existing and Meryl being older. Remember, in original Trigun, July happened DECADES before Meryl was born. a lot of timeline shenanigans are happening here.

Totally Thomas

Because you guys started this series, I went ahead and binged it myself. All I'm saying is, you're in for a ride!

Nick Vaughn

Dude hit the whole town with a Senbonzakura. Insane

Gilthwixt

Well damn. As a fan of the original show that never got around to watching the remake, I was absolutely NOT prepared for this lmao. I knew things would be different given the first couple of episodes but this one is total 180 from the vibes of the original show. I might be remembering wrong because it's been 20+ years but very few people died in that show, almost all of them villains and none of them innocent bystanders. I for sure remember Vash saving all the townswomen in the original version of this arc so to see them get turned into a bloody mist had me fucked up. Vash failing to protect everyone?? Ain't no way. Between all of that and Knives' new powers - his name was never meant to be taken literally in the original lmao, the Dr. Octopus Knives were a surprise - I have no idea what to expect anymore.

Hayaku Eon

If you watch the end credits of the last episode, Meryl gets a newbie ti take care of, it's Milly Thompson.

Niko

The reveal of why he’s called Millions Knives always makes me giggle 🤣

BornUnMotivated

weird how she didn't even react to the kid falling

Isaac

How about this... the town was doomed no matter what because Knives personally showed up. You have a choice to defend your home or die in the sweltering heat of the desert. Nobody was at fault. They were all doomed from the get go.

Isaac

When you're in constant pain, acting like a clown is a way to cope. We do it all the time.

morelia

i think one of my favorite parts of stampede is their portrayal of knives. i think it does such a good job at explaining his motives and just makes the character much more intimidating.

Pocparks

i wonder if there's a parallel to be made from vash exploding the rock to save people in ep 1 and knives slicing the rock to kill everyone in this ep

Brandon Acevedo

"You don't bring a knife to a gun fight". This episode: What if I have a million of them?

Hingle Mcringleberry

Bearly anyone died except for the 4 million people vash indirectly killed and W.W any one that interacted with legato and knives as well as the people in the seed ships

Mavereth

Bruh wtf Vash

DarkGodHao

I was very glad with this Series, Knives finally lived up to his name, now just wait to see what else he can do....

Tyger Burch

That man dumped the whole town in the Vitamix and put the setting on carnage.

SoggySoup

The show seems to suffer from iffy pacing due to episode count. A lot of shit happening at once along with characters making some incredibly unusual choices. Almost feeling like it started halfway done. Still pretty good though. It has time to redeem those aspects.

SoggySoup

Everything seems to just be…happening. Doesn’t seem to have the episode count to spend time justifying things happening so character decisions or things like that feel sudden and unusual.

Gilthwixt

Pretty much all of that was offscreen and later in the series. All of these townswomen survived for example, Vash managed to save them all. Here they get turned into a bloody mist which absolutely not the tone at this point in the original 💀

Eli Gi

Bro pulled up to drop a snippet with a hint of fuckery 💀

JotaroDrake

Wow that got dark and epic quick wtf

Fobbles

IM CONFLICTED On one hand a lot has changed about Trigun and the characters. But on the other hand, you can see specific scenes from the original show done in this new format! I wonder if they’ll keep why the show was called trigun?
