low bar

Deno Scott

The best episode so far

NinaaC

i love this show so bad lol

Tierra Gipson

Rio being Death caught me off guard!

LeFlaneur

It’s a low effort-high value episode, in terms of direction, performance, visuals, set, etc. It’s in my top 10 episodes of all marvel TV including Daredevil. The series itself is nothing special, but the episode itself is solid. It just shows you don’t need to go crazy to make good stuff.

ImAlienDoesArt

Dare i say this episode is the best and most fun time traveling depiction (everything everywhere all at once is still fantastic tho)

Jamaal Ellison

This was an exceptional episode of television. I love River Song, timey wimey stuff like this.

PayTheRent

Is Wanda Vision still available? Or was it not reacted to I can't find it

LeFlaneur

I did not like the choice of killing off Alice after breaking her family curse, but now looking at the structure of the story I think this show might actually be Marvel’s version of a Final Destination show. They all need to die. The sigil must have worked on Wanda, because it shielded Billy’s soul even if he was living one city over, yet she instigated all that Doctor Strange mess. The “not my mom” is less about him accepting William’s mom as his mom, but more about him rejecting Wanda for “killing” him and Tommy to save the town.

Isaac

Loki was when they started mcu reactions so no wandavision.

B-Rad

Whoever didn't make it to these last few episodes did not let this show cook 🔥🔥🔥

Torrin

Only Five of the Salem Seven fell. I'm assuming two of them used their bird forms to escape.

ThatPatreonThough

The fact they had to plan out all of these scenes and her storyline from the jump. This director is the only one I trust with the mystic side of the MCU. They need to keep them

Ayoni Folarin

@YaBoyRoshi If you love time stuff i would recommend the devils hour heavily, the storys on the severance level quality with its intricacy and just finished season 2. not even just for the channel just a personnal watch

howard

ngl when i saw it was lilia i really didn’t care but they made her my favorite ngl

Lola

There is a kdrama on Netflix called The Atypical Family where the male lead can relive his memories so he can basically go back in time. The female lead is the only one that can see him when he is in the past. The time travel shenanigans are very interesting in the show, I HIGHLY recommend it for a reaction!

dzuesc

“Wanda all along” 😂

n5ruto

one of the best episodes from any marvel IP and is def up there in my top faves of television all together, this got tears outta me man and I cant really say I had any type of feelings for her character before it.

Michael Pamon

Lupa everyone was talking about that lmao. It was a point of contention among fans when she went crazy in MoM cuz some were saying why doesn’t she just create her kids again since she’s the Scarlet Witch, “A being capable of spontaneous creation” as said by Agatha.

AJ Williams

whenever someone doubts Wanda I just think of house of m comic where she cooked everyone OVER THESE SAME KIDS LOLOLOL

ThatPatreonThough

All roads lead to death doesn’t necessarily mean they’re all going to die on The Road. The saying means “we’re all going to die eventually no matter how we lived our lives.” The Death card was Lilia’s Destination as she was The Traveler/querent of that reading.

ThatPatreonThough

That’s what I think too. One is a crow and another is an owl. Curious why it wasn’t 4 since another is cicada. Or maybe one of the birds didn’t do it in time

Justin Neason

holy shit, does this mean Rio is the "death" that Thanos was tryna impress in the comics with the Infinity Stones??

ThatPatreonThough

He also has no memories. All he knows about Wanda is the bad she’s done. He doesn’t know the her as a mother at all. There’s no emotional connection.

Chase

It’s a woman and she’s the one who created wandavison as well. She’s the showrunner of this show wrote and directed this episode!

Gilthwixt

Idk if y'all know but in the comics, Thanos wasn't trying to snap half the universe away out of some noble desire to save the Universe - he literally justed wanted Lady Death's cheeks and thought mass genocide would impress her. And tbh, with her being played by Aubrey Plaza in the MCU, I don't condone it but I understand 💀💀

DevilMayCarter

The fact that we didn't see Lillia's conversation with Rio in the tunnel is not lost on me

Bria A.

Honestly the fact that she essentially came out of a grave and made more than one comment about collecting bodies made the pieces click really quickly for me lol

Michael Pamon

I don’t think Lilia is dead because she told Agatha to duck when Rio calls her a coward. She wouldn’t know to tell Agatha that if she wasn’t there to see it.

Bria A.

Alice may or may not be dead for real, but Lilia isn’t. She gave Agatha a warning about something she otherwise wouldn’t be present to witness if she were dead, and we only got a three second glimpse of whatever went down with Rio in the tunnel. …Also, it’s a bit cut off by the top of the iron maiden, but the exit tunnel definitely looked like it had a huge green capital “R” in the same glowing material that was yellow (Lilia’s color) when Lilia and Jen were walking.

pmreez

Yessir, and weirdest love triangle. Thanos -> Lady Death but she likes Deadpool lmaoo

pmreez

Lilia's actress killed it!

Animefied

Agatha took the death card and put it on the queen of cups which symbolize lilia

Isaac

Wow. WOW. BEAUTIFUL EPISODE. Lillia basically experiencing a baby version of Everything Everywhere All at Once with her personal timeline. Goat character. Suffering from her own immense power. Pretending to be a fraud to hide from the terror of seeing it all. She's nothing but a sweetheart with some sass. No wonder the trial dressed her up like Glinda ( the good witch from wizard of Oz). At least I think that was suppose to be Glinda. Meanwhile everyone else is a 'misunderstood villain' or whatever.

Cerenity B

Rio being death makes sense when you go back and watch when Billy was injured and Agatha says “don’t” basically asking her not to take him and her telling Agatha “that’s not your son” because she killed that nigga

kingBD

Lmao maybe it was just me but watching this episode high off weed was a beautiful experience

Delinda Arts

Thanos: I'll do whatever I gotta do to be with you Rio: LMAO...I'm saving myself for Deadpool, you dusty ass mf

Ed

Easily the best episode by far. Nothing gets me more hype then good storytelling.

Isaac

I know in my heart of hearts Agatha wanted to call Billy an f slur with that queer joke. Lmfao.

DevilMayCarter

Was expecting a Kakegurui reference between the all the tarot cards and the swords falling...

Norman kay10

indeed this episode was by far the best

ShaquanVirse

Rio is death, quick nobody tell Thanos - Oh wait, he's dead 😂😂😂

Derek Sanders

Lilia sitting at that table starting her first lesson with her mom/grandma is the exact scene as eren kissing historia's head. From that moment on they're a whole different person. i didn't think the MCU would pull off some tenet/memento type shit

TylerMarrkabb

I’ve never been able to truly comprehend what it would be like to experience Dr.Manhattan’s ability to experience all of time at once but this awesome episode gave me some insight on what that’s like even though it’s not exactly the same.

Felicia Williams

And when the episode begins and she is falling, she looks shocked and scared. Then when she falls after putting everything she looked at peace.

Tirzah

It's phenomenal how they are tying it all together. I'm glad they decided to make this show!

King Zerø

Agatha is literally “Courting death”

Imari

I just rewatched and realized that her “destination” being death aka rio is so insane cause she said “ all roads lead to me” which is a way is true cause any path she chose the outcome of her death was real and unavoidable

Keenan Taylor

Marvel and DC in they bags week to week really is a gift . We won

splatty natty romanoff

thanos this, deadpool that.. mcu death has been chasing the same purple witch for centuries lol

Earphone Jack

That episode was amazing and beautiful. Best episode of the show so far. R.I.P. Lilia. 🥺

Eric Vasquez

The fact that they used Time in a Bottle, the first time I heard that song was from X-Men: Days of Futures Past in Quicksilvers slow-mo scene. Absolutely BRILLIANT!

Sham3ful

I should've seen the sign of Agatha & Lady Death being together from the jump, but my ass was thinking "Nah she's probably just a different witch"

ZO

It was obvious she was death it was obvious the kid was Wanda’s kid I’m just wondering what is the point of them making this show cause they could of just made it into a special if anything

Jordyn Brown

It’s fun, campy, and different that already has it clearing most of what Marvel’s got.

Shabammo

Damn, ngl I cried. My favorite episode too. I never disliked Lilia, but I also never felt much about her besides finding her mildly interesting. They really be having me falling in love with each character right before they die. I'll miss you girl, Alice too. I think Lilia became my favorite. DAMN THIS EPISODE WAS SO GOOD. I wasn't even gonna WATCH this show at first! And now it's up there with Loki for me!

Orlandez Malone

Patti killed it!! Best episode of the whole show

Cassie

Loving the show but gonna be super pissed if my thinking is confirmed and it was 'Billy all along'. His powers are similar to Wanda's which means this whole journey might end up being his creation like Wanda's TV episodes and poor Sharon, Alice and Lilia died in an illusion.

Gabriel Souza

Yeah i was not expecting this, this episode was amazing

ZO

Nah I don’t think the show is bad it’s actually made good surprisingly I’m just wondering what is the point of the show what are they tryna do for the mcu in general

Azula

Death is also rebirth which is why I believe everyone who died is gonna come back at the end, I firmly believe Agatha is gonna realize she needs her coven and not her power only.

Arkan Matlub

This episode was definitely some of the top tier episodes in MCU television, on par with some of the Loki episodes. Absolutely fucking loved this

Arkan Matlub

We still don't know what happened in the scene where Lillia met Rio after falling through the swamp

Jaune Karson

It's possible that might be what happens, Death in tarot in more about a transition or change. Reversed it's usually what people think death is, end of the road or stagnation

Delilah Heldt

Recently got my first tarot deck and this spread is one of the first ones it shows in the book of how to

Alexis Sullivan

The scenes with Lilia's teacher were not the afterlife, they were just her past. She was going back in time to her very first divination lesson 500yrs ago. When Lilia had that first lesson, she thought she was "bad at tea leaves" because she kept blacking out during her lesson and she thought she just wasnt understanding the lesson. In reality, everytime she blacked out during her first lesson all those years ago, it was literally her older self popping back in during the lesson to have the convos that we saw. 500yrs ago her teacher knew that older Lilia was popping in during the lesson, thats why on the first scene the teacher says "ah, i see. You're visiting". Lilia's life was basically a time loop. She went thru her life the first time experiencing it out of order and with tons of gaps. After Lilia died, her body is dead but her consciousness travelled back to her younger self so this time she goes thru her life with all the knowledge of who she is and with full understanding of her power, thats why young Lilia had that confident smile in the final scene. Because that was older Lilia's consciousness now being fully aware of who she is and knowing how her life needs to play out. Although Jac Schaeffer, the showrunner, said everyone who died is really dead, im guessing that doesn't mean we wont see Lilia again. She was alive for 500 years, Lilia could popup in flashbacks in other projects at any point in the last 500yrs.

Alexis Sullivan

Lupa is absolutely right about the magnitude of Wanda creating Billy. She created a human soul out of thin air! That is god level shit

Delilah Heldt

The seven, which was only like five of them, falling into the swords was a great shot, but not going to lie I was hoping that there would be an actual fight with them at some point

King of New York

Amazingly written and directed episode. Reminded me so much of those last few Loki episodes since they’re both time travel related. I find they actually make the trike travel episodes VERY good in these shows. Also Rio being revealed to be Mistress Death is CRAZY. We got Death in the MCU finally. Imagine if she was introduced before infinity war and we had Josh Brolin Thanos simping over Aubrey Plaza Death. They may do something like that in the next avengers movies as a cameo with them both in the afterlife maybe. Also, all those gay jokes they made were pretty funny

King of New York

Lupa’s on that Internet Explorer time 😭. The reason no one is talking much about Wanda being powerful and a reality warper is because it was already extremely evident from Wandavision and Multiverse of Madness which came out years ago so that’s very old news now. She’s been dead this whole show so all her feats came from way before. We saw her alter reality to look like the different eras of a TV show and brainwash a whole down. Then she created an entirely new body and soul for ANOTHER vision from nothing but her memory and we saw her create her kids there. In Multiverse of Madness she was folding all the sorcerers and killed the entire Illuminati. In the comics she’s even more insane and does some diabolical things to not just a town but the entire marvel multiverse

Trey

You actually cleared a lot up for me I appreciate that

Foxyguava

Don't forget that she even altered the whole area around Mount Wundagore when Doctor Strange was visiting.

Corey Leach

Another joke yall missed. "If the cheekbones fit" he was referring to Angelina Jolie as Maleficent lol. Also I just peeped the costumes represent who they actually are as ppl. Agatha as the wicked witch of the west cuz she's evil and lived in Westview lol. Jen as the the evil queen cuz she was selling poison disguised as something beneficial to her customers. Billie as Maleficent im not so sure how they relate besides them having a dark aesthetic. Lilia as the good witch bcuz she helps her coven on their journey. / Also Rio being Lady Death makes hella sense now. I was wondering why she was talking about getting her bodies when they was in the studio. She prolly loved Agatha cuz of how many bodies she was bagging. And then when Billie was near death, Agatha was looking at Rio like "no don't take him"
