The reason why Jinx made the arm a slot machine is cuz of Sevika’s addiction/love for gambling. Both times we see Vi find Sevika in S1 she’s always gambling, so jinx made an arm for her to replicate that

The new arm that Jinx gives to Sevika is raw, but there is another interesting thing, as Lupa said, is a RNG Arm, a gamble basically. In season 1, the two times that Vi encounters Sevika, she was gambling. So that arm fits both Jinx and Sevika perfectly.

The direction they're going with Viktor is so different from Viktor in the game, no wonder they're giving him the "secret" visual update ingame. In the game, Viktor is a stereotypical villain who believes that human flesh is obsolete and that people should be augmented and made into machine people for the sake of the "Glorious Evolution" to mankind. Here they turned this man into a religious figure. I can't tell what the plot is gonna go for him but since Heimerdinger is terrified of that hexcore from experience hundreds of years ago, it can't be good especially since it's using the voice and image of Sky to manipulate the poor guy into thinking what he's doing is good. I'm sure they'll have Viktor drop a "Glorious Evolution" line somewhere here. They gotta do it. It's his iconic phrase with his accent. lol

I really like the direction they took. I was wandering how they could remotely transition him anywhere near his game counterpart without betraying his strong decision to, essentially, not turn evil at the end of season 1. This way is a great compromise, he didn't betray his principles, he WAS betrayed, and was forcefully changed by Jayce.

I think the scarecrow toxin comes from the hextech weapon of the young enforcer girl who looked up to Vi. She was shown using a short riot gas grenade launcher at the memorial fight, and then when they all had hextech weapons before going out she had the same stubby grenade launcher. So they probably just didnt have gas like that prior to jace making her that weapon. Magic juiced riot gas, essentially edit: welp. first 10 seconds of next episode got me xD
