I really hate plot points where someone is completely misunderstanding a situation and fucks things up for everyone, especially if it feels convoluted. It feels like Walking Dead style writing to create a new secondary conflict every so often. Jim shouldn't be able to reconcile with the impossible geography and resources this place has. How tf is the government or whoever generating electricity from wires that lead to nothing, or making an infinite loop of road that suddenly traps people from all over the country in the same location? This place is CLEARY supernatural. Even if Randall and/or Jim is being messed with by the place to make them more paranoid like Boyd's wife, I just hate this shit lol

Since he developed alone and in constant fear and danger, he lacks adult interpersonal skills but developed survival and coping mechanisms very early to mentally mature himself to deal with his situation. It's completely understandable that his memories are fragmented and it's honestly kind of impressive how together he is, all things considered. I could see myself going absolutely insane in just a year here after my family died.

Some entity was able to collapse a whole house without even being near it. the monster body being dried out with no blood reminds me of the lights, how they have no wires or anything that you'd think they need to make them work. It's like some things within the town were made with only the idea of how they work on the surface, as if whatever entity created it all doesn't even understand complicated biology or electricity itself, but it does know that a light turns on when a switch is flicked and that a person shaped monster walks and eats.

The thing with Victor that people often forget is that he’s been there his whole life, literally grew up in hell & lost his family there. They did tell him, several times. And he also proved why they were right not to tell him the whole situation. He crashed out without asking anyone, anything (not even his "partner"). And he ignored anything anyone had to say until he got an answer that satisfied him. Even his "partner". The reality is, that he was always going to crash out because he can't accept someone else's experiences as valid unless he experiences it personally. There's just one HUGE problem with that. Life is full of too many experiences/pitfalls to experience them all personally and still remain "intact" by the time you die. Not talking down on you or anyone who may be experiencing this, btw. It's something all humans contend with. I hope that an example of someone "behaving badly" will be the spark you need to be/do better when your "crisis moment" comes. Good luck -we never know what's inside of us until we're facing death. What you practice in life will be the first thing to serve you - or fail you.

I completely understand Jade’s frustration, but he’s been yelling at Victoria for a month or so and got nothing. Tabitha spoke gently for five minutes and got Victor to unlock memories he had suppressed for decades. Asking nicely really does work. And fuuuuck Randal. Nobody messes with my girl Donna.

The introduction of drone dude in this season kinda sours the story for me. I think it's cool that they're teasing the idea that somepeople are in on it. But it's done rather lazily. Everything that he tries to question are things that we, the audience,saw with our own eyes. All the deaths, all the motives were clearly laid out. I don't mind disagreeable characters, but I do have an issue with when a show disregards an audience's competency.
