If Hina was trying to be clingy then yes. But she's also trying to be slightly distant and awkward. More importantly she's being blunt about things she knows he like someone else and she just tells him it's OK to not do anything about it.

Honestly Hina might be my favorite character in this show, I like that she's not afraid to shoot her shot and risk getting her feelings hurt while everyone else is afraid to embrace change. Even now she's acting optimistic about her chances even though they're slim.

hope the guy that said that thing about someone ignoring him see's this. dont listen to that fool's advice, that guy has no idea what he's talking about. give it some time so that your emotions can properly process and take some time off from the relationship in general. whether you were friends or not doesn't matter, you're hurt, badly. seems to me like you were in a codependent relationship. this might seem healthy at first because you want to be with them and talk to them all the time, but it's not. you need to be able to live by yourself/without them. you will figure it out man, but for now, take some time away and try to relax to build your mental strength back up after this damaging blow. you literally don't have to do anything but relax, your mind will do it all for you. the brain is an incredible organ.
