This episode feels like a filler episode, it has no ties or connections to the overarching plot with Fisk or The Punisher and theoretically could have taken place in any season if not for the Ms. Marvel connection. Makes me wonder if it was a part of the original footage for this season or the reshoots.

I promise you The Marvels is not as bad as people were saying.. its definitly not the best, villains lame and the conclusion was a little weird- but honestly still a lot of fun. The action was solid, funny at times, fun supporting cast. Maybe I just had super low expectations, but imo its better then Captain Marvel. Also Kamalas actress is incredible casting

The first couple of episodes were very good and when they focused on the family it was pleasant, but it was obvious that they didn’t have a lot of money to work with… and by the end, they didn’t the typical Marvel shit of rushing the story and having a bad finale.

It wasn’t random. The bank robbers worked for Luca. Surprised no one notice the head bank robbed was the same guy that shot the dudes at the doc. They robbed the bank in an attempt to pay back the 1.8 million restitution that Vanessa and Fisk told them they had to pay.

A lot of the Disney+ shows were expanding out into new genres. Ms Marvel was definitely for its own younger demographic which is perfectly fine. Probably not the same demographic as the audience for The Punisher and Daredevil. I only watched the first episode and it was good but I heard it got rough by the end. Skipped most of the Dinsey+ shows in 2022 and 2023 besides Loki but maybe I'll go back and watch them before Doomsday. The Marvels wasn't even bad it just gets a lot of hate because it bombed at the box office and tons of people called it woke.
