My guess is there will be 1 more ep of ghostblade and then transition to johnny's storyline and find out how johnny's cat went berserk when cyan and queen saw him. Both the cat and the kaiju have that specific horn on their head, so my guess johnny lost control over him since he is essentially a beast tamer of the sorts.

Thankfully the show did this before with another character earlier where the Ep. strings you along but towards the end paid it off. Glad this show hasn't fully fed into that trope and has a wholesome resolution.

I feel like he can’t communicate at all, so if he tried to write something with the intention of giving it to someone, his hand would just freeze up. Like he can look at people, he can point and stuff, but he can clearly communicate his thoughts so now text, call, or piece of paper would work. She had to discover it herself because he’d never be able to hand her that notebook intentionally.

I feel like, it’s less the trust value preventing him from communicating at all, and more so him being unable to take the leap, and truly connecting with another human and showing his emotions, even with his own Wife when she became more expressive.
