As someone who lived for a year under people who let their kids stomp, run, jump and God knows what else from morning to night, shaking my whole apartment and fraying my sanity, this feels like a movie I could have wrote. Part commentary against noisy neighbors, part commentary against shitty construction, and mostly an incoherent fever dream from lack of sleep.
