Huh guys you send it too times

Unok457

Rebellion will always come with sacrifices. It’s tragic, but they both had to sacrifice their happiness in order for freedom to win

Kite

Weapons and final Andor episodes on the same day, too much peak.

Jason Marbach

Here’s the comment I promised several eps ago. So, one thing this show does from top to bottom better than any other show or movie I’ve ever seen is illustrate (showing, not just telling) how fascistic organizations hollow themselves out from the inside. We see this across history, and it’s a big part of why totalitarian regimes don’t last very long. Everyone who’s competent, everyone who thinks individually and solves complex problems that are beyond sycophants, they get weeded out quickly. Do you have a competent stormtrooper who aims well enough to, say, shoot Brasso off a speeder bike back in 2x03? Guess what. That trooper is going to start getting sent out into more and more dangerous operations, and eventually someone is going to, I dunno, drop a grain silo on their head. More to the point: have an ISB supervisor who bucks rules but is an independent and brilliant thinker who gets things done? Eventually they’re going to miss, and if yours is a society which punishes even the slightest failure with the utmost impunity while rewarding servile cowardice and boot licking, you’re going to have a lot of talented people sent to the gulag or killed or both. Have an incredibly adroit, talented ISB boss (like Partagaz) who actively encourages and rewards independent thought and paradigm bucking? Soon enough he’s gonna get fcked by something that happens and eat a blaster bolt alone in his office rather than face the emperor. Look at who was left in ISB leadership at the end: Lagret. The lazy guy, did the bare minimum but kissed the right asses and played the politics. That’s what fascistic societies like the Empire do. It’s the shining silver beacon in this show that, amidst all the absolute horrors we all face daily at least in America if not around the world, can give us hope. We will outlast them. We will outfight them. We are better than them, and they can’t stop us all.

Jamaal Ellison

It actually happened double Andor and it's amazing.

Seth Aasland

This show truly is peak 😭 we will probably never get anything like this again

Krype

✋😐🤚

Krype

There were some loose ends. Not sure why they had Kleya, Vel, or Wil live if they aren’t in any other Star Wars media? At least in stuff like BCS, they killed off characters who weren't in BB or made them go away

Jirito

If you guys are able to

Jirito

Please react to rogue one

Nrock23

Rogue one reaction when? Lmao

Nrock23

Characters can’t just live on in the universe without them being in other media? Kinda weird?

Nrock23

Dumbass comment yikes

Tejiri Ubiedi

A KX Droid with a gun is DIABOLICAL 💀

Alex

I think we all know why we are coming to the comment section... rogue one reaction plz. Let's have a vote to see how many people want to see yall react to rogue one lol

Krype

Nemik's mixtape is so fire it took him out 🔥

Weltall Gaia

A lot of the Syril and his mother stuff is just to show how much emotional abuse he is suffering through his whole life and it leading to him being a complete piece of shit when it comes to law and order. Its why he is the way he is. Its why he falls in love with a nazi. Dedra is very much like his mother in a lot of ways. Its just building his character. As far as the cereal goes it just like a mini dissasociative moment. You ever just getting berated by a person you love day after day for your whole life and it reaches the point where you aren't even paying attention to them telling you how useless and a disappointment you are and you just start zoning out on whatever you are doing? No? Prolly great then that you don't get it cuz his mom is a colossal piece of shit.

Krype

It's just a nitpick. They did it with Melshi, so I'm not sure why we can't find out their fates as well.

Mitch Coob

Please consider rewatching Rogue One!

Carlos

#1 - we need a Rogue One rewatch. It's so much better with the added context of Cassian's journey. #2 - I wish we could've gotten the K2 horror episode Gilroy considered. That shot of him using Heert as a meat shield is one of the wildest things Star Wars has done lol. #3 - Apparently Mon's husband knew all along that she was involved with the Rebellion but they cut it from the final script. #4 - This season worked way better than it should've considering they essentially did four seasons worth of cliff notes. The only storyline I feel we truly lost out on was Wil's radicalization and time with Saw's Partisans. Goated show. My favorite piece of Star Wars media. I really hope the James Mangold movie happens because buddy writing the script also wrote some of the best episodes of this series.

Nick

Would love to see you guys react to Rogue One!

Oliver

34:45 the women is the mother to Mon Mothma son in law. Gilroy have mentioned that her husband the wealthy guy we saw earlier this season pretty much were the number one news network and doing Mon's speech in the senate he refused to cut the broadcast to the galaxy. They tried to cut the connection on-site as we saw, but also from the news HQ. He did something brave

Oliver

We need a trio rewatch of Rogue One

cœur

i know yall are swamped with movie reacts rn but i think i speak for everyone when i say we need that reaction injected expeditiously

Jacob Livingston

The guy with cassias y’all don’t know is melshi! He scraped the prison with cassian and was in rogue one.

Krype

It honestly hurts to know he survived so much and had a kid waiting for him only for him to fall on scarif 😔

Tempura Baby Batter

Wil is clearly too injured to fight, limping everywhere. He just stayed in the background as a Rebel engineer for the rest of the original triology. Let him get his W ending scoring w/ the Ghorman baddie Dreena

NiToTheNah

I really hope they rewatch Rogue One, its pretty much Eps 13-15.

Steven Kliner

Roshi, the book series you mentioned reading as a kid was almost certainly the (now firmly Legends) Jedi Apprentice series by Jude Watson. Shockingly good childrens books, even for the time. A number of them tried to put Obi-wan and Qui-gon in situations where their Jedi morals were tested or foreshadowed a lot of what was known about Obi-wan's storyline at the time

vickylikesthis

pussy on the table is WILD, Lupa! But I am glad that you guys see that Mon Mothma's doing her work there. I see too many reactors being mad for mothma not doing enough. she did what she can at the meeting and then work to change the council's mind later.

Requiem_Phantom

What's also crazy about the Khyber crystal stuff is that there are uninhabited planets that have it, like Ilum. Of course, most people wouldn't have known about some of those planets, but Darth Vader and Palpatine would. So that means they withheld that info, so the Imperial officials would have no choice to go for the known planets with the crystals which are inhabited.

Rob Pait

It's gonna be funny as shit, when the rebellion is over, and Meero get's released as a rebel hero, because all of Lonnie Jung's crimes got pinned on her.

Requiem_Phantom

Nah they should do a horror movie or show with Darth Vader as the main character/villain. Also, btw, definitely recommend the Thrawn book series, as it is 100% the best Star Wars books. And you would understand why so many fans were upset with Thrawns adaptation Disney did.

Rayn

Thrawn book series🔥

Rayn

That’s assuming that she survives being imprisoned but still that would be funny asf

NiToTheNah

I totally disagree with this not being a good entry point into Star Wars. ANYONE can watch this without having any knowledge about Star Wars. A rough knowledge of the Death Star and the Empire and so on is helpful but at it's core this tale of oppression, revolution, and it's politics could be told in any universe, it just fits like a glove in Star Wars. Many people I know who haven't seen anything in Star Wars love this show.

JP Austria

The cereal and Syril's mom were character building for him, that's how I interpreted it. Between the cereal, the action figures in his bedroom, his mom talking down to him, and the way he pouted on the bed with Dedra, Syril was infantilized. He never really grew up, not in a real sense. It's why he was so desperate for approval from authority figures (happiest day was getting praised by Partagaz), constantly tried to project his worth (tailoring his uniform), and was naive enough for Dedra to manipulate. His mom condescending him so often became the driver for him to prove himself more than the person she spoke to him like. I feel you when you say that it dragged a bit, but it did add to Syril's character and makes him a lot more understandable.

Requiem_Phantom

Wil is too injured to do anything serious as shown by the limping. Vel will most likely be staying by her cousin Mon's side probably as a bodyguard type. Kleya, well, she dserves her rest after everything she has been through.

Krype

I get Kleya and Wil but not really Vel but at the end of the day still the best SW media in like forever

Rob Pait

They're gonna piss everyone off, and say Cassian's kid is Poe Dameron.

Zacost

Rogue one rewatch !!!!!!!!

vickylikesthis

This is my entry to star wars and i love it lol

Jacob Livingston

Yes watching rogue one again makes it hit so much harder. Especially now knowing cassian never got to see bix again AND he never even knew he had a child. Plus it makes so much sense how cassian became the ruthless character we see in rogue one and what he went through and how he built up to that. I really hope we get a reaction for the channel when yall watch it. 🙏🏻

Rayn

No stop

sol jam

I enjoyed how Lupa was fan boying this entire time lol

walter gibson

The way i interpreted the death star was as the emperors ultimate compliance trump card. “You do what i want or kill you and anyone you ever loved, in one sweep”. Like even with all the power the empire has theres literally too much galaxy to cover for you to keep everyone under control at once. But Fear reaches much farther than a fleet can. This is why the emperor has to play a bit of politics by keeping the old republic senate around even though they have no true power because he needs the legitimacy still. Thats why he plays propaganda still because he cant fight everyone everywhere all at once. Once he got the death star he doesn’t have to pretend anymore. The death stars true power is fear of its use. So he dissolves the senate and starts vaporizing planets. But…its also why once the death star blew up he immediately had to escalate with more and bigger ships and to build another death star because once the galaxy knows death is the endgame with him they had nothing to lose by rebellion (similar to the prisoners of narkina 5 realizing there was only one way out). So his ONLY method of control is fear of planetary destruction.

Patrick Fleming

The only job I see these three doing is delivering the news of Cassian to Bix personally, although Bix can probably sense that shit.

Chris Kringle

DARTH VADER SHOW!!! Say it louder Lupa!! We need it😭

Amanda Hill

Melshi isn’t some random guy. He’s who Andor escaped Narkina 5 with and he’s in Rogue One.

Manozolor

Did they say anything about star wars vision ? Because a reaction to the show would be fire and there is a lot of space samurai wizard shit for Roshi.

Dylan

Please watch Rogue One

KalkiTheEternity

These nigga are breaking protocol and endangering everyone by coming and going as they please. Bro ain’t putting his dick on the table, he’s trying to maintain order and safety. Not everyone is operating under the principle that Andor is the actual main character of the show.

Terry King Jr

I'm gonna need a formal reaction on the channel or Sheera and Roshi reaction to Rogue One on stream. I will tune in AND donate 5 subs.

Vanessa

Did they cut out Benjamin Bratt saying “shit” during his talk with Cassian?

Sam

It’s so funny hearing them say this is for the die hard fans when I’ve seen so much praise from people who hate Star Wars

itsfidy

PLEASE WATCH ROGUE ONE PLEASEEE THE REWATCH IS KEY

dragonH

If they're talking about the moments with Syril and his mom, I think all of that was meant to establish that character's strange relationship to authority and reason for his inferiority complex. His falling out with Dedra wasn't about him realizing she was a bad person, on some level he knew that already. He was definitely experiencing guilt once being involved directly, but it was a betrayal to him because he had a lot of respect for Dedra AND he though that she saw him as an equal. Him being kept out of the loop made him feel insignificant again, but to her it was her way of protecting him the same way she "protected" him from his mom without him knowing. I do think there was significance but I can see the amount of time spent on it being a bit much for some ppl

Sam

Thanks for watching this, guys. I knew Lupa would love it but I'm really glad Roshi and Sheera ended being fans as well.

Reuben Filimaua

Well said. Andor is the best depiction of the Empire in a long time. I've never hated and feared the Empire as much as I did with this show. The best part I liked about is is the portrayal of their evil. They're not cartoony. It's simply a job. Its politics. Its just business. The lives of the innocent doesn't matter cos all the horrific shit is happening over there not here. As long as we don't piss off the higher ups and can work another paid day.. that's all that matters. Andor made a single tie-fighter terrifying. The stormtroopers are a legit military force you don't want to fck with. Its crazy that simply having the ability to aim immediately makes them a threat 😂

Blue

rogue one reaction now!!!

ERRORCODE616

As much as I do like the Jedi/Sith, Dark/Light, lightsabers and space battles, I really enjoyed this because it was people who had no Skywalker lineage or destiny. No Force powers. But they still had to find a way to fight the Empire, or it would roll over their entire way of life and not even bat an eye. Multiple times they specifically said some form of "we have to try," most specifically in Nemik's manifesto, and I think that was a direct counterpoint to Yoda's "do or do not, there is no try." Because they had to try, even if it meant dying in the process and passing the fight on to those who come after them. This was just such a breath of fresh air after the absolute fumble that was the sequel trilogy, book of boba fett, and mando season 3. Also putting my hat in the ring for a Rogue One rewatch reaction. Would be dope to see y'all pick up on things with Andor fresh on the brain. And remember Melshi this time lolololol.

Nrock23

Roshi hasn't seen The Clone Wars show? I'd be so down for reactions to the show from the three of them. That show is gas

Unknown

Quick recap: The "random" bald dude was the random dude Cass escaped prison with

KalkiTheEternity

I don’t like Star Wars at all and LOVED this shit. I don’t understand people’s adherence seeing the perspective of the same few characters over and over for a supposedly vast universe. I don’t need shit about Cassian’s kid. This entire show was about the rebellion from the prospective of those who history will never remember but were instrumental in making it possible for it succeed. I don’t need a legacy sequel for his unnamed child.

WTT_321

That's assuming they're not gonna be confused by the random timeline jumps here and there..... ("ohhh this takes place in the before Anakin meets Grievous, ok, oh wait NOW WE'RE IN THE PAST?" hahaha I can imagine that now as a scenario)....

Nrock23

There’s a chronological order for watching clone wars

WTT_321

You better not jinx that, because the moment they even think of announcing/making breaking news about their kid being related to "that trilogy" imma walk out the Disney+ era and shut it out.... Disney Star Wars will always be trash, but Andor & Rogue One is an exception....

Devola

I honestly got a little emotional when Cassian said "its insulting to hear him run down" when he was trying to persuade them on the info and Luthen

WTT_321

Soooooooo seeing you guys STILL NOT EVEN REALIZING THAT "THIS GUY" IS MELSHI (SAME ONE THAT ESCAPED NARKINA 5) IS THE SAME ONE THAT APPEARED IN ROGUE ONE IN THE FINAL BATTLE OF THAT MOVIE with Cassian.........., ya'll need to refresh yourselves with Rogue One....!

Ron H

that’s exactly it

Ron H

and yet if Andor doesn’t break protocol repeatedly, shit doesn’t happen and they definitely lose

Shawnii

great end discussion. im not too deep into star wars lore so this didnt personally hit for me. only other show ive seen was mandalorian and loved it. but im with roshi i like all the jedi shit and lightsabers.

Angel Mirrors

I will say the show can definitely be watched on its own even tho it’s not preferred but the writing is easily the best I’ve ever seen. Character building and allowing a slow burn to turn into the perfect outline for how the smallest characters were essential to keep the rebellion going.

Angel Mirrors

But yes I love a show that TRUSTS its audience and also allows characters and arcs develop and avoiding shock value. THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR FINALLY WATCHING !!!!

Sam

Dang Jamie, so the Emmy’s must be filled with die hard Star Wars fans, crazy

Narluga

nah best time period is the old republic era, shit was hype

AvatarJordy

Rogue One rewatch reaction please!!! 🙏

Jamaal Ellison

It's wild how much of this feels real: one group does and says the most messed up stuff, like, pure evil. Then there's the middle, who's cool as long as they're not bothered; they just watch and wait. And then the other side, who *says* they're the good guys, but they mess it up and turn on each other.

Antuan

I NEED EVERYONE TO LIKE THIS COMMENT

Hatty Time

Yo, we going to get Rogue One rewatch?

Hatty Time

"I burn my life to make a sunrise that I know I'll never see." He sacrificed so much and did so much, but to never see the fruits of his efforts, including his own child.

Jamaal Ellison

🤣 @26:28 alright I'ma just clock out.

KalkiTheEternity

I’m not saying you are incorrect, I’m saying that getting mad at his superiors for being pissed is asinine.

Godrick

lets get this rogue one rewatch poppin

Godrick

youre right

Godrick

you know... if Bix was force sensitive.. and that baby is born in BBY 0.... theeenn Andors kid is probably a jedi traind by Luke

Godrick

Roshi doesn't realize it, but his favorite era of Star Wars is The Old Republic. Pre- Rule of Two. Just millions of Sith and millions of Jedi dawgin it out all over the galaxy for thousands of years....

Oscar bautista

The cereal scenes showcase why he joined the empire, how his toxic relationship with his mother is, how she doesn't take him seriously, and when around her, how he regresses to a child emotionally. His mom constantly tells him that he is a failure. His toxic relationship with his mom pushes him to side with Empire to climb the ranks to win her approval. which is why he was blindly loyal to them for a long time until he slowly became disillusioned with them on Ghorman. They used Syril to showcase many things, one of them being just how much the empire doesn't care about anything or anyone, even their own people. And how dangerous blind loyalty to a flawed system can be. Honestly, I think Syril would have joined the rebellion if things were different.

jordansamuel

Great discussion at the end, I respect yalls opinion. I’m just glad you guys watched the show and you liked it. If the show finishes strong like roshi mentioned, it’s just a different type of satisfaction. There’s been so many shows that start out strong, but can’t stick the landing. Andor definitely ain’t one of them 🔥

OD

need Rogue One Rewatch

Grimm

Yeah I only honestly think Roshi would like this more not that he didn't but if he watched Clone Wars. To Roshi please watch Clone Wars there's a list of important arcs that you would like . Clone wars and Rebels and now Andor is what Star Wars is meant to be. Also there's a sad but awesome comic panel of Vader killing Padme's guards protecting her tomb and the last guard saying "For Padme and For Anakin". While Vader kills him. Vader has cool comics which would make a awesome show.

Josh Velazquez

You guys should watch rogue one on here!!!

Luciaron

loved how this show was an adult show with more mature themes than just evil sith bad.

Fizzy 🐉

Love how Lupa is so invested into the Star Wars politics he is making me want to watch clone wars

Ayanda Mpofu

Great show and a great journey.

Practially Incarnate

Fun facts, In about 2-3 weeks the first death star is destroyed and in a bout 3-4 years the empire falls. Deedra will probably be freed and if she was labeled Traitor when imprisoned it's quite possible she will be very positively treated by the new republic.

Clinton the Bingethinker

I just love when Saw says “You have no idea where I am!” But then, after the comm goes off, it is revealed that they know exactly where he is—that nod 😂

Clinton the Bingethinker

Idk I just love that one of the last things Cassian does before he leaves for Kafrene is water his plants 🪴

LUPASAN

Please do!

Clinton the Bingethinker

48:27 — Roshi I know what you’re talking about: it’s the Star Wars Jedi Apprentice series—I read a few of them when I was a kid, got them from one of the book fairs my elementary school would do. I didn’t read much of the series because those were like, peak-N64 binge-playing times for me. And my selective attention span hardly ever allowed for much book-reading. BUT what I did read of it, I really liked.

Malachi

Can we please get a the movie reaction!?!

Rayn

Bro If they made series of films based in that era It would be so so good

Rayn

It is gas but there’s some arcs that are just… yeah that’s all I’ll say Plus the visuals were rough to start with which can put off people when they start watching it

Candy

that whole meeting was the reason why garera didnt want to join them and why he did hes own thing

BT

Rouge One reaction pleeease

Zacost

The guy who compose the music for succession made the music for andor and its always give me chill

Noah Jackson

Please rewatch Andor as a reaction. I can’t wait to see when you guys recognize Melshi

Basedra

In Star Wars Vader is pretty much the bogey man to the rebellion, he’s more a scary story that people aren’t 100% sure is real (people don’t survive encounters) so yes mystique is a big part of his character

Ed

Vote 1000 for rogue one re reaction

Sare

I'm going to be 100% honest, as a very casual Star Wars fan who has been less and less interested over the years, it was hard for me to fully enjoy this show because all of the in-depth politics and intrigue, all leading to a cackling old man shooting lightning at people just makes it all feel kind of trivial, like its better to just imagine this is disconnected to the movies... BUT, Lupa's breakdown at the end really sold me and made me love this show so much more. I've always loved the idea of a story that shows what real people are up to when an ancient evil or warlord has taken over and the characters don't all have plot armor. Its fascinating to think about how Palpatine was so focused on the Jedi that he didn't care about anyone under him and how that mentality trickled down to the rest of the Empire.

Dappy

Please please rewatch Rogue One as a reaction, I think a lot of people would be down for that!

hasan koç

How ironic that even the rebellion of the oppressed people is being led by the wealthy upper class

Inconspicuous Pug

Mon Mothma had to sacrifice her drip for the rebellion

Marki

The Melshi disrespect 😭

Adrian Locke

Man those first 20 minutes made me not as bothered about Bail’s stupid ass getting blown up with Alderaan lmaoo

Adrian Locke

Starkiller couldve been canon if the game didn’t make him seem stronger than Vader and Palpatine lmaoo

CAM

We gotta spam them and let them now of future possible movies and arcs

CAM

Could've just made it so he was so strong he couldn't contain it and died 🤷🏾‍♂️

Paulothy

"I'll put my pussy on the table" I thought we left this shit in Code Geass 🤦🏾‍♂️

Paulothy

🔥🔥🔥

Paulothy

I used to read those Jedi Apprentice books when I was in the 5th grade lmao, what a throwback

WTT_321

I know, but for them, if they haven't watched it, watching from Season 1 and then Season 3 for example will throw them off for a loop lol 😂

Jason Marbach

There’s a whole episode in the Mandalorian season 3 that covers that kind of thing, actually. She’d be an excellent candidate for that program.

Jason Marbach

Nah man, we literally know who Poe’s parents are. It’s canon and everything, from canon comics.

Jason Marbach

Nah, if you really know Thrawn from the books, you’re not mad at how they portrayed Thrawn onscreen. Nobody who actually knows Thrawn is mad about that, Thrawn has been done extremely well both in animation and live action. Timothy Zahn helped write the sht.

Jason Marbach

Nah, the emperor strip mined all the Kyber planets, including Ilum. Ilum is a dead stick after the original trilogy, it’s part of why it was selected for Starkiller Base 30 years later

Hopeless Mongrel

Can’t y’all react to rogue one now? Just as a nice wrap up to this beautiful bow

Fizzy 🐉

Will do for sure thanks 🙏

SigmaMaleDigBick

Syril is a brilliant tragic character. He wanted to be a good guy, wanted to better lives and make the galaxy a safer place. Unfortunately he was on the empire's side, and he wasn't clever enough or bold enough to see through the lies fed to him his whole life. He never thought to meaningfully question the empire's actions, since he had bought into it so profoundly. Once he did figure out the lies and betrayal, it was already too late. When Andor asks him "Who are you?" he understands that he was unknown to his rival, and he has an identity crisis. He doesn't know who he is. The foundation of his world view has collapsed. He lived and died failing to achieve a single dream. The sad thing is, we saw many times, where he could've been redeemed. If the circumstances were at all different, he would've been on the rebellion side. People are constantly dying on that side as well, but there they "make it worth it", as it was often said by the rebels in the show. The scenes of him eating cereal with his mom are there to give characterization. We are shown what his childhood was like, what relationships does he have and all in all, what a normal person living in the empire is like. That's just what he was. A normal guy. Not a cackling super villain or a bumbling fodder soldier. He is like the other countless millions, who exist and live normal lives under the tyrannical rule of the emperor, with out seeing the boot pushing them down. Also, on a lighter note, I think those scenes were funny. Him being patronized and emasculated by his mom made me laugh.

maui

Wait no way, Nicholas Britel made the music?!? Makes sense, it’s so good

Krype

I mean everyone was getting oppressed one way or another regardless of status; it was never about wealth.

Icyking

Gonna need that star wars the clone wars reaction. Everyone wins, Roshi gets jedi action, Lupa gets politics, and Sheera gets to wonder who's gonna die every second lol. But it was amazing to see yall watch And....or. Onto the next show!

Markus

I kinda disagree. I’m a casual Star Wars enjoyer. I haven’t watched all the films, series, or animation. I think this is a great show for casual viewers. I agree that you’ll get more additional context if you’ve watched everything but everything you need to enjoy the show was present.

TimTakDoh

This is the greatest Star Wars show and honestly one of the best shows I've seen in decades. It's so perfect. When it first came out anyone who said it 'was slow" or "not Star Wars" were basically only those who watched Star Wars for the light saber wizards(understandable, but that's almost spoiled for me in comparison after seeing how great this show was.) This show is what building a real rebellion against fascism takes. From the different groups of "rebels' fighting like children when ideally they are all fighting for the same thing(in some ways) but they lost the plot. There are so many parallels to real life and what's going on it's crazy that a show like this was allowed to be written and shown anywhere(much less Disney.) Gilroy studied actual rebellions throughout history and he was brilliant putting it all on screen like this

Usagi

You guys didn't understand the scenes with his mom because you talked over the dialogue 😂

Oliver

Only found out after i watched the show the first time, but the Guy that's with Cass in these last episodes. Is the same guy he escaped the prison from. Where they got caught in that slime web trying to steal a ship off the planet 34:36 The women beside Mon's husband is the mother to Mon's son in-law It was cut from the show, but the ultra rich guy Mon hated who married his son to her daughter actually ended up one of her biggest supporter. Doing the speech in the senate the ISB ALSO wanted to cut off the broadcast from the HQ of the news network which he owns and HE REJECTED IT. Had he done as they told him the senate speech would not have been shown to the galaxy Also it was cut that Mon's husband knew what she were doing all along and just wanted her to trust him with the secret so he could help. She never did

Jaelyn Mcgee

Now I'm curious with all of Lupa's star wars knowledge if he's read shatterpoint or the revenge of the sith novels. I really wish they'd do a Rogue One reaction

Jaelyn Mcgee

Honestly I know it's a long shot, but I'd love to see him play the Old Republic online game.

Jaelyn Mcgee

Same. That's why Mandalorian and Andor have been some of my favorites just cause of everyone being so close to ground and just a regular person's perspective of these massive galaxy trading events

naa

Idk if I necessarily agree with this being too much for casuals. This is the first piece of Star Wars media that I’ve watched all the way through and I genuinely loved it. I’m obsessed with political intrigue and have some knowledge of other sci fi universes (dune specifically) so that helped, but for me I think it stands on its own as an amazing political thriller and it’s not too hard to follow along

Klaven

Yall should really watch rogue one.

Denn B

I just hit the "OHHH" 4 times in a row ty for this

WTT_321

It’s funny because I remember people be moaning and groaning because of the “politics” in the first 3 movies (and by first 3, canonically the prequel trilogy), but now it hits hard… 🙃

Mike

Definitely watch the clone wars show(chronologically order) given the chance.

rYenis

Roshi and sheera would love it, i hope they still do a trio even though lupa has scene it.

WTT_321

That's just like those that watched the Prequel Trilogy who were tired of the politics (and those had lightsaber fights too)! Understandable for sure... What really made me feel so buggered about the Jedi and how thick-headed they were was that they somehow didn't think "oh we were gonna be fooled by Dark Lord disguised as a Politician" and that their values ended up becoming their downfall (i.e. Anakin's tragedy with the loss of both his mother and wife...).

Rell_TheGoat

I hope they do a yota show he’s one of my favorite Jedi
