They’re so lucky they can immediately jump into season 2; AMC dropping the show, where the streaming rights were in limbo, just for its rights to get to Amazon (only in Australia & New Zealand) & then share them with Netflix, after an almost 2 yr wait to watch it without having to sail the Pirate 🏴‍☠️ seas was a process 😭. But I’m happy they’re enjoying it, as it’s such an underrated gem of a series that didn’t deserve the streaming rights debacle.

Because the show didn’t need a season 2 ?? There was only ever a concept trailer for season 2, but season one ended perfectly, and you realize Pantheon was also axed before the second season even released, it got picked up by prime and they released season 2. Just cuz the show was cancelled doesn’t mean anything

It was always two seasons never more, some people think because season 2 gets really fast in some parts and it got cancelled by AMC+ that it was rushed but no, the creator of it always wanted two seasons and netflix picked it up after AMC+ and aired the second season

season two is gonna be fireee also just as a reminder even if they are on a reign of winter based server the fights are just a visualization for us, its not like the ui's go into reign of winter (basically world of warcraft) and then hack the game but still fight by its base rules thats also the only thing that bothers me because all of the interfaces, apps etc look close to its time and are believable but the fact that maddie played reign of winter / world of warcraft with her dad instead of something like fortnite is pretty unbelievable but dont get me wrong thats not a genuine problem, you could explain it as david introducing the game to her because thats what he used to play, but even then if anything feels unrealistic its that
