Tancho24

I was hyped for early release but realised that this season is absolute piece of trash

Conk

It fell off after season 2

2026-10-05 14:00 20:43 yes it clearly is the reviewer, and it's also one of the biggest gripes about this season from people who watch for the restaurant and food not the drama 😔

This was the last episode that felt about the food more than the interpersonal drama🤢

S3 was decent to good. 4 completely fell off

J Man

Ebra is the real main character... We need to start following him... because he's HIM

Jay R.

What makes it trash? Genuinely asking…

Tancho24

Stretching the show, unfunny jokes, minimum kitchen scene, no stress factor(s4 is all about healing etc) episode 7 is unnecessarily long.

GojosHoho

They use tweezers for the smaller details. Gotta place the 4 micro greens perfectly 💀😂

GojosHoho

25:00 I knew Carmy was going to that girl because I was reading those lyrics to that song 💀 haunted...touching clothes they left behind? 😂 I appreciate how literal it was

20:40 Instantly recognizing that he is most probably the critic was excellent. Starting with Lupa, but all three of y'all were on point! I think that is the critic too as they are making it more obvious as the episode goes along.

Drewb

def less kitchen stuff but i enjoyed it just due to the family issues and feelings different people are going through. guess it just depends on what you are looking for. similar to szn 3 in that way where if you like the kitchen stress rather than the people apart of it, then you likely will move on from the show.

Drewb

nah he has a young son who is upset about moving. we saw the kid in szn 1 or 2 at the bday party. he is an older dad.

Mike A

Nah it's present day. Cicero is selling his house and Donna is the realtor. Cicero dumped all his money into the restaurant and didn't tell Carmy and everyone how hard it's been for him. It's to show you that he's not pulling the plug on the Bear to be mean, but he's out of money.

ShaquanVirse

I got the Claire is over it vibes. Repairing that as a friendship maybe possible but that's it.

Uly A O

I am happy Carmy is being honest even if it hurts. Whether or not he gets back with Claire (we know how these shows can go) he can use this and improve his current relationships for the better.

Drewb

lol no we did not see him before, the 3 times was a critic/critics came in 3 times and they just had no idea. which they mentioned is fine if you are doing good for everyone but obviosuly they have been dropping the ball a bit here and there as said in the Tribune.

Drewb

also wild how Carmy and Claire are dating in real life so that scene must have been really weird. but kinda cathartic maybe

I just wanna say that I get that people don't love this season (as well as the entire show's direction after s2) but I'd like to say that I'm loving it. And although it makes sense to me that things aren't developing quite how we thought it would based on the vibe and pacing of S1 especially, there are so many special moments and truly beautiful windows into human interaction in this show that I can't help but love every second of it.

Drewb

same here, makes sense but also love the human parts. def connect to some of it and it is a nice change from other shows. no issue with it being different than the first season or two but i see why people may want that rush of energy and wild shit. that was fun too.

These Plums

Unc is selling his house to make up for the losses on The Bear, right?

Jonathan Hart

I hope she doesn't return. Her character literally is trash with no depth

J Man

When I see Syd's dad, I can't help but think "METEOR MANNNNNN"

5lime

yall b hating for no reason jus kus she aint the main character

Spencer

Literally the opposite.

Jonathan Hart

No, she's literally boring as fuck. At least when Syd ans Marcus had their short thing going on both were interesting. Claire isn't interesting.

Diggs

Yeah

ViralCorgi

Clark St. is a well known street in Chicago

Asher Ealey

JOs is like the white people version of YNs 😂

BigTasty

Michael Pamon
