It’s late asf yo but we here!

I'Zanay Rogers

I have been waiting!!!!! Let's goooo!! ✨️🎅🎅

Xemnas27

This show is a sleeper hit lowkey

Imari

I wonder if they are gonna notice that this is the same style as beastars

sandy

title scared me for a sec like why is my name on a post?!

Ryebread

This looks like beastars to you?

LelaniG

Hes aware of the curse, thats why he was upset about being found out

Slime SLAT

Speaking of sand. You know what my favorite thing about the beach is? THE LONG WALKs! I love those!!!

Imari

The same person who made beastars made Sanda Fuyumiura looks like legoshi at certain angles lol

Isaac

Y'anno... it never occurred to me that Santa would be immune to fire. Of course he would sliding down onto an active fire place. I never , ever thought about that. Wonder if he gets special abilities with eating milk and cookies. Maybe have the ability to summon a bad ass sled and summon all them reindeer who are probably in disguise somewhere. This looks fun.

Doodlboop123

He definitely knew he was a descendent and had a curse, Santa is just a body when he transforms, he’s the exact same person but in Santa’s body now, he just REALLY didn’t want to undo the curse

Gavin fox

Speaking of Sanda there’s the long walk to F1 ill be waiting

I'Zanay Rogers

He did know he was santa claus. He's still the same person in the Santa form! He was just denying it because no one should know about the Santa claus curse!!

Anon7524

Just saying there actually 3 anime Santas this season, never forget Bro and Dear😂

Veiga

Sheera and Lupa just straight up gaslighting Rushi lmao, Sanda did know he was a descendant of Santa, and Sanda in both forms has only one consciousness.

Isaac

Yeah the ultra tall and skinny skinny lanky body promotions and the massive eyes is giving Legoshi.

Sare

I honestly thought thats why they watched it, but Roshi never brought it up at all.

Sare

While it is possible he didn't fully understand the Santa curse at the beginning, they are the same person, no split personality or possession. It's more Shazam instead of Yu-Gi-Oh.

Dyastro123

WHOA, I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS THE SAME AUTHOR AS BEASTARS (a.k.a daughter of the author of BAKI) NO WONDER THE ART LOOKED SO EXPRESSIVE! BEASTARS MANGA ART WAS SOOOO NICE TO LOOK AT! She went with a slightly more angular look in this manga, in comparison to beastars. And its so jarring seeing her drawing humans, lol. But anyways.... TIME TO READ THE MANGA!

Zoe

beatstars manga style is also angular all her works are, I clocked it was the same artist when the manga first came out!

Tbdovan

Rudolph with the Red Dot would of sniped the girl for harming Santa

StorySmith []

I knew this was the Beaststars author but I didn’t know that she was the child of Keisuke Itagaki

Vexyeen

Kinda wish they didn't watch the intro. It kinda spoils stuff and it's fun watching reactors get blindsided by the absurd.

Brandon Acevedo

"I'm gonna deck your halls, bub". -Jingle All the Way (1996)

DeathYhoto

MAAAAN Ive been LOVIN this show, its so GAS!

Ara Araragi

Perfect time of year to start watching this anime! 🔪🩸💥🎅

Merfhew

Thirty-fifth.

Kelven_140

Roshi already forgot Bro and Dear is their name in the lastest ep of Gachiakuta... lol

Kelven_140

Well.. they did so what can we do? lol

Kelven_140

That's why i hate sometimes when either Sheera or Lupa are just not paying attention when it was revealed already...

Lazarus0024

Does this anime style remind anyone else of Calvin and Hobbs

TheMilkMan

I don't know if it's intentional, but the way the characters are drawn reminds me of Tim Burton's Nightmare before Christmas

Fred

I love whenever one of them break out into a lil dance hit ts roshi

Fred

It does fr the mouths with less defined lips are what does it fs

Fred

I’ve been really loving this anime and I dropped the manga after the first chapter cause I was thinking it was finna be just a joke manga but it’s pretty deep in multiple aspects.

Phroug

Imagine getting a call from your kid's school and finding out that one classroom exploded, then the kids were transferred into another room where a jacked 6'6 60 year old man showed up and held a student hostage as everyone else ran away, and then shortly after that room also exploded

L S

the same studio that did this, science saru, is doing a ghost in the shell show coming out next year, this looks pretty nice so far so im even more excited

Dyastro123

Yeah, it's pretty angular, but something about this one is EXTRA angular to me Could be because in beastars, when drawing animals, there was more of a reason to have more curves and swirls? Could be my memory is hazy. OR IT COULD BE THAT SHE'S DRAWING HUMANS, lmao Either way, I'm kinda mad I didn't notice it, or even know OF this---

Prince

Peak

GNEISS

lmao is this literally shazam but santa... thats AMAZING

linguini

santa and sanda are the same person, the santa form just had more knowledge and also instincts

Hopeless Mongrel

Love this show but where’s HAZBIN HOTEL S2?

Lea Garrido

So glad ya'll are pickin this up! Comin back to this first ep, I'm really like "Fuyumura....you know you prolly coulda just cut your hand a little and put some of your own blood on him right? Not stab this man in his chest" xD. Could you imagine tho if he didn't turn into Santa Claus? Woulda been the shortest anime in the world lol.

melloburner

bro this is fucking GAS wtf??

DarkSonicExE0216

Bro, I don't see them reacting to that show. I don't think they will like it.

Asher Ealey

The fire resistance is pretty cool cause he be going down them chimneys. I wonder what milk and cookies does to him

Offw0rlder

That lil psychopath 🤣🤣 And she’s lucky because Santa is protective of kids & Sanda’s too dumb to be mad at her

Hopeless Mongrel

Oh yeah if this was your introduction, yeah it’s great and came outta nowhere

Hopeless Mongrel

They reacted to hazbin hotel season 1. And season 2 is even better

Hopeless Mongrel

Oh shit did I mix it up and they never saw season 1?

PJ Rivera

Free from One Punch Man prison thank the lord

Helpy

They have not seen it at all

Helpy

You hopeless mongrel

Kendrique

Roshi was correct, he did know he was a descendant of Santa, but has never gone through the transformation. Also Sanda and Santa are the same mentally, he keeps the same mind when he transforms.

Hassan

Fun fact: This is by the author of beastars and its by the same studio who made dandadan.

Jeremiah Neely

Nigga, how'd the door not blow up with the kid peeping inside? lol.

Imari

That’s not gonna happen lol

N1ckv3n

Roshi please, we need Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26🙏 its only 8 episodes and from the author of chainsaw man

Michael Kaiser

please sensei roshi the streets needs it

Gladeez (Gladys)

They’re the same person, the transformation is like Shazam

thatNEET_

There were at least three times when they made a wild prediction of what was going to happen, and then that's exactly what happened.

thatNEET_

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Sanda knew about his Santa curse too, but he wanted to keep it a secret even if his life was in danger. How else could you explain how he knew that Bratty Beans could ward off the Santa transformation? He also didn't know about any of the the activation conditions except for wearing red.

thatNEET_

Roshi should wear a Santa Claus costume for the finale.

King of New York

Science Saru thrives so well when doing just the weirdest shit

Seasick

i’m pretty sure sanda knew he was a descendant of santa and also his transformation is more like a shazam type thing

Freeofgreed

This is just like Dune part 1. Sheera and Lupa gaslighting Roshi 🤣

DsWorldd •

It’s so jarring to watch when they be gaslighting each other. Whole time the info they’re arguing about was already said in the episode but they were cracking jokes over it or sum😂

DsWorldd •

Fuyumura just being on trial for 1st degree murder for the next 11 episodes lmao

DsWorldd •

Boy slow down dropping that bs recommendation😭😂✌️

Has Noname

Lmaooo not the Tidus laugh 💀 shit makes me cringe to this day

General Grevious

The look on Lupa’s face after the kid got stabbed is sending me😭

Random Guy

bro found a legal loophole to date a 14 year old

Wizard

Of course a persona fan makes a comment like this

Wizard

The same way the rest of the room was fine, Sanda absorbed most of it
