In 2014 Naruto ended and I was looking for a new series to dive into. That ended up being my hero. I remember there only chapters that were out were want would soon be the first season of my hero so I got on this train pretty early There were definitely highs. And definitely lows I especially think that at some point the high school setting started holding the series back. All in all though I had a wonderful time and would trade this decade of experience for the world

Welp, we finished the show at 170 episodes (not counting OVAs or movies) of Horikoshi’s magical story telling of how a Quirkless boy became the savior of their world… emotional damage had been made into me 🙃 I’m slightly disappointed that (unless if I misread this part somewhere) I remember seeing something like an interaction between Mr. Compress and the Ice dude that faced off against Dabi in Season 5…, not being shown here, but idk I could be wrong. Ok I died when Roshi referenced Ace Attorney’s Phoenix Wright when Tenya showed up as a senior rofl 🤣

This was an amazing series, growing up with it since middle school, its been a wild time looking back at what happened over the years. Some parts i forgot were bad but some were good, my favorite fight was eri and deku vs overhaul. The community ruined this series for a lot of people but honestly, looking past it, its a 7/10 for me.

My Hero Academia is how I discovered this channel and content. It's how I found a few other reactors (The Normies, Semblance of Sanity, and Married2theReal). As Lupa said, I was between anime and decided to give MHA a shot. The series was on season 3, and I binged through 1 & 2 to catch up. I've been watching anime since I was 3 years old, and MHA is up there among the best I've seen ever. Thank yaw for the content.

What a ride. Beautiful ending, I loved how that kid with the stitched mouth walked behind Kota letting us know he got help and got into UA. I also loved how the T in Shoto's suit had blue flames like Dabi. And seeing teenage Eri walk by with her friends and singing with Jiro💙. The attention to detail was amazing. Sad to see it go but I'll rewatch again. Plus Ultra!

Fun fact: Kota being at UA was an error on Horikoshi's part because it being 8 years, Kota wouldnt be old enough to be in highschool ( he'd be 13-14 because we met him when he was 5-6 ) yet but they kept him in the scene anyway. Lol

I totally understand Sheera feeling it at the end because I definitely was. I got emotional and cried (AGAIN!). I was slowly getting back into anime with Studio Ghibli movies and Sailor Moon, but My Hero Academia was what truly got me back into anime back 2020! That’s when I first started watching My Hero Academia! I watched the first 4-5 episodes of season 1 and then went to go see Heroes Rising in theaters with a friend and that movie is what got me hooked! It will always have a special place in my heart and will always be my number one! 🥹

Kota was introduced in the Summer after Midoriya just finished his first semester of his first year at UA. The "8 years later" appears after they graduate so at minimum 2-3 years past since meeting Kota. After 8 more years, he should be close to Midoriya's original age by that point. Unless Horikoshi actually confirmed it was a mistake idk I could be wrong

Great show nice to have it wrapped up. But I'm not gonna lie a little disappointed. The overall message of helping instead of ignoring is great, works in real life too. However they never came back to the point where quirks are gonna become stronger from each generation and they would not be able to control them in the future. Also the overall society still needs villains to maintain the relevance of heroes. I think they are in the 24/25 century, their society looks like ours. My hope was they would use Erin quirks to remove the next generations so they could move forward... Also a little sad they did not pull in that reporter from the "filler" episode that would have been great. Feel like we could have gotten that romance also missed that XD Deku got his suit makes it A LOT better for me, but it's great show it's been a HELL OF A TIME. PLUS ULTRA

it's a they will follow protocols and do it right. the main reason there were so many heroes before was favoritism and using connections to get what they wanted. they had to walk the walk otherwise there really would be no point in all the fighting and deaths if they go back to using the same tactics that had children fight and fix others problems

Gotta thank watchmojo for showing a clip of Deku’s fight with Todoroki on one of their top 10 lists back in the day. That clip made me check out My Hero Academia and I was hooked after watching the first episode. What a wonderful last episode.
