Peak

Alex

What’s in the bag?… it said a zune

Zigon Reacts

Finally the reveal, I always thought it was weird the head of IT was present for all major events/incidents and then they just made him Mayor when he has no political or people experience. That cliff hanger pissed me off so much bruh 😭.

Jamaal Ellison

Oh shit you of all people think this was peak?! Then I really have to catch back up.

Jamaal Ellison

Requesting For All Mankind on Apple TV. In an alternate timeline in 1969, Soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov becomes the first human to land on the Moon. This outcome devastates morale at NASA but also catalyzes a U.S. effort to catch up. With the Soviet Union emphasizing equality by including a woman in subsequent landings, the United States is forced to match pace, equally training women and ethnic minorities (who historically were largely excluded from the initial decades of U.S. space exploration). Pushed by higher competition, the Soviet and other blocs favor more competent leaders, modernizing earlier and on more rational ground. With sustained investments in technology, a broad, sustained, and global technological race takes place, with a wide range of dramatic civilian effects, such as early civil rights, electric vehicles, civilian fusion power, controlled CO2 production, and no climate crisis. Each subsequent season takes place about a decade later, with season two taking place in the 1980s, season three taking place in the 1990s, and season four taking place in the 2000s. Ronald D. Moore explained how historical reality had been different from the series: "Sergei Korolev was the father of the Soviet space program; in our reality, he died during an operation in Moscow (in 1966) ... And after that point, their Moon program really never pulled together.... Our point of divergence was that Korolev lives, ... and he made their Moon landing happen

LilacZia

jordany

Can't wait to see your reaction to the next 2 episodes! Are you starting S2 right after? I hope so!! I haven't seen many reactors who did the second season.

Anon7524

29:50 What she and Chuck have are different, while both being anxiety disorders that exist in their heads. She has agoraphobia which in her cases is a fear of leaving her house; Chuck had Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) which is supposedly a negative physical reaction to any electrical signal

Gwyn

7:15 Not the vibrator relic 🤣

rYenis

29:33 bruh..

LJ

17:13 LMAOO Common made everyone flinch

Atlas Creation

They’re k8nda cooked. They didn’t recognized young main character even though we’ve seen her in several flashbacks and they thought the drug was to kill/keep the old woman sleep even though it was clearly said to make her not dream/escape.

Raymond Terry

They kept the Tim Robbins being a bad guy reveal going as long as they could.

PolarToni

except he gave her what she wanted. And what she wanted was to dream. The drugs were not to make her not dream

PolarToni

and they did recognize her, literally at the end of the scene.

Zanni

"He nodded at Judicial which definitely means that he snitched on them so he's guilty!" Omg no like slow down😂😂😂😂🤣

Mr. Glasses

Juliette about to pull an Arc Raiders mantle move lol

Cerin Draco

i just realized... they have cameras everywhere so that means they knew the mayor and marnes were planning to retire... does that mean that they killed her specifically because she was going to retire... thats fuckd up...

Malik

At no point did I trust that damn mayor. His ass would’ve got pushed over the railing right after he helped me get past that checkpoint.

LMR

29:33 SIX-SEVENNNNNN

Ahupnatun

lol I remember going back and forth on the Mayor till that field too. I felt for sure he was the bad guy, then he'd say stuff that would make me question it, then I'd go back to suspecting him again and back and forth.

Jamaal Ellison

What a fucking cliffhanger bro. 😭 who would've guessed the Mayor we suspected of secretly being a fuckboi turned out to in fact be a fuckboi all a long. Doctor dad made a great point about flame-keeper mom's not caring about crossing any ethical boundaries as long as she got what she wanted, because it meant helping people in the long run. Juliette is the exact same way she doesn't care who she screws over as long as she succeeds because it means helping the whole, but people still get hurt the process and if you don't help her, you're a coward, no matter the circumstances full stop and that's kind of bothersome about her character, my man said he was worried about his mother and they are disappearing people as she soon found out for herself.

ViralCorgi

They were playing Good Cop Bad Cop and she fell for it hard 😭 Like ma'am, with everything going on you didn't wonder why this dude is so chill, strolling around drinking brandy while everyone is on edge and popping up out of nowhere at the most convenient times? 💀🥴 To the audience this should have been obvious -- he was the one who got Allison to retract her article, he immediately got Sims to confront the former mayor after she told him that she was considering Jules for Sheriff and then was more concerned about creating a convincing distraction than the actual investigation into how she and ol' dude were murdered. And him "coincidentally" needing to fill the role of mayor after her death? Come on now.

Kristen

They should get around to watching Orb eventually, giving me similar vibes

Xavier Baker

Literally, she's selfish in her selflessness, basically she'll make a war for peace lol

General Grevious

She secretly had a glider under her coat, I’m calling it now
