The Commonwealth chapter has control of Washington D.C. and Boston, and they are lead by the Brotherhood's founder's descendent. Not to mention they also have Liberty Prime. They are definitely the strongest chapter, the other chapters properly only have control of one bunker each.

If they won in Fallout 4 then they are definitely the strongest chapter currently. But if my memory is correct they went to Bosten due to them needing resources in Washington. So the only way I see them staying at their full strength is if they are the canon ending in some compacity. But they do have the bloodline claim and they could definitely get the other chapters on their side. Which would mean another Brotherhood Civil War.

In Fallout 4 the Brotherhood went to Boston to destroy the Institute after Danse's recon team picked up strong energy signals from them. And I'm sure that their ending is pretty much confirmed canon now. They also are the only chapter with combat veterans, they fought the Enclave, Institute, and super mutants. The West Coast chapters might still have veterans from their war with the NCR, but those chapters are pretty hardline and probably wouldn't support chapters that they see as astray. The Hidden Valley chapter is the big wildcard, depending on who the elder is they could support either side, or they could have been wiped out during the events of New Vegas. But because the writers said they didn't make any New Vegas ending canon it's hard to say if their still around.

Oh I know they wouldn't know what Liberty Prime means, that was more for people in the comment section. And I wouldn't be surprised if, for the show, they have Liberty Prime dropping from a airship. It would fit with the wackiness of Fallout, and they could easily disassemble and reassemble him if they wanted a more grounded reason for him to show up. But his patriotic voice lines would match perfectly with the tone of the show.

I know most people are waiting for Lucy to have an aha moment and realize the Ghoul is right and start becoming more merciless, but I honestly want the show to subvert our expectations and have her determination to remain a good person pay off her, and instead she teaches the Ghouls a thing or two. She's trying to prove that you can succeed without becoming a monster that only looks out for themselves, the ghoul is helping her, yes, but he's also going against everything she believes in. Maybe she'll prove him wrong, maybe she'll cave & admit that you can't survive as a good person in a shitty world, but that's the character conflict that makes their dynamic so interesting since season 1 - realist vs optimist, hope vs pragmatism
