Billy’s ability is unfair not unbelievable. Remember he said he never trusted them so he was lying from the start about his powers. Also the guy who couldn’t speak wasn’t due to ptsd. I’m pretty sure it was because he negater ability had awoken which deff has something to do with communication

Just wasn't for me. I realized it last season even though I enjoyed the movie. Jjk has no character in deeply invested and the power system is way too convoluted for me to care. I'll take undead unluck dandadan and solo leveling any day over jjk personally

You misunderstood what happened in Billy vs Juiz a bit. Her final attack was to hit him with Unjustice (so he would attack himself or Burn) which would leave him open to her sword. Instead her usage of Unjustice made him shoot her, that's why she was confused.

We see the boy (Tim) walk outside with his parents at the end of the flashback. When Juliette reaches this Silo, the first bodies are a man followed by a woman cradling a child. That whole family is gone, but clearly some people are still alive.

The guy with the electronic communication device is Tella. HIs ability is Untell so he literally couldn't tell his comrades that they were being attacked. The guy with the gatling is Undecrease and his abilities kicked in so the bullets couldn't decrease and Billy copied him which is why his revolver refilled.

They didn’t leave it out, Billy is just lying to everyone that his ability is unbelievable, we don’t find out that his is unfair until he fights Andy in a future arc.

If I remember correctly Juiz is smiling because she realised Billy is still on her side. Unjustice was supposed to make him do the opposite of what he thought was right, and since he attacked her, he actually wanted to help her.
