Kamayan does have a good point about MHA society really not being built for people with less humanoid forms. The further out they get from the implementation of quirks the worse it's gonna get, so that's an infrastructure issue building up in the back for Shoji and Kota to work on in mainline MHA after the finale.

This takes place like ten years before MHA. Remember All Might had that big scar in episode one. That was from the fight where he defeated AFO the first time and sent him into hiding. That’s why All Might’s coughing up blood here

yeah, and you can imagine someone like gigantomachia being an example of this. early on in season 4, we actually saw him strolling around in the streets during a kirashima flashback. he was much smaller at this point, which i assume was his normal size before any gigantification quirk, but still, very much an outlier

AYYYY WAIT are they hinting at Knuckleduster being O'Clock? The villain kept saying it must take serious BRAWN to keep this up while boxxing the same way his "master" used to. Knuckleduster got hands like that, but imo he fought reckless falling onto trash piles and had to do shit the good ole fashion way. Makes me think he used to have a quirk to fall back on, but just said fuck it we ball and found crazier ways to get jobs done the same. With all the the talk of "street level heroes and grudges the target they walk around with on their back" with Aizawa it made me think that maybe KD pissed off AFO, and in retaliation he took his quirk and sent Queen Bee after his Daughter. Hes petty enough to do something like this for sure and we know that hes still damaged from his fight against All Might at this time.

I’m basing it off Deku’s mom still being slim. We don’t really have much detail besides it being a few years since Eraser Head/Midnight/Present Mic graduated UA and l before Eraser started working there. Could be between 5-10 years since Eraser is early 30s in MHA and would’ve been 18 when he graduated UA.

In the second episode they said the fight was 5 years ago, deku thought it was toxic chainsaw, but all might said he kept the fight secret. So its about 6 years before the school UA school start for Deku.
