Also as you can already guess, the jujutsu higher ups dont act on "is this person a good person or not" they are not really good they are simply people scared of others that can threaten their position and they put themselves first (any regime ever). They probably would always get rid of someone like yaga or gojo if they had the chance because these people have the means to overthrow everything, for example if the higher ups do outright bad stuff people like yaga or gojo have the means to wipe them all out. Its just gege in the worldbuilding phase of jjk being like "I want this normal world with jujutsu sorcerers in it and there has to be a group in order of the laws surrounding that so its functioning" then he developed this kind of regime that upholds balance but is yet deeply corrupt and wrong and yeah, we basically have modern politics and its an interesting dynamic with the jjk world and system. Its also social commentary and as panda said the principal is simply the knive, bro is strong but not strong enough to dare rebel against the higher ups and also that causes war and all of that once again everyday politiics and also the higher ups arent terrible, they are just corrupt losers putting themselves first but they still provide a controlled system and jujutsu society so kyoto unc is also fine with that type of situation (which is cowardly behaviour so thats the reason you dont like him). Its also how our world works, the higher ups have nukes aimed at gojo and yaga, while gojo and yaga have nukes themselves so everybody just chiling because yeah why nuke everything if it can stay peacefull. Now gojos nukes are gone and by extension gojo who protected yagas nukes (or potential to build nukes) can be disarmed, so they do it. Panda said it himself but the principal is just the soldier they send out to do that and he isnt really evil, he is just the pawn of something thats long gone but he doesnt see it and copes by siding with the jujutsu high so yeah he is a fool buthe isnt a bad person. The ones with a bad ending should be the higher ups and everyone reinforcing the eat or be eaten system (which also happened last episode with the zenin clan.) Maki after years of suffering at the hands of this system one day got her hands on a nuke and deservedly blew it all up. They had it coming since the zenin clan was inherently bad and corrupt, just like jujtsu high and they know it themselves so they start disarming all the nukes now since the one dude who protected all the others so far is suddenly gone. Damn idk why I wrote all that but now im sure everything is clear, the point is, due to this "system" your hate against the principal is misplaced and they killed yaga because his existence and the knowledge he holds CAN be a threat and that is enough for them, since they are bad. Your diis like towards him is because he holds cowardly traits, he is an accomplice by not standing for what is right, which is also somewhat excused by his past, the classic "im now old and bittter because in the past I did believe in righteouness and my belief was betrayed and it scarred me" bla bla.

Wanted to get rid of any allies of Gojo (i.e people who don't strictly fall in line with what the higher ups want like the Kyoto principal). Yaga not only supported Gojo, he also stood up against Yuji's execution. And also 2. Wanted to know how his ability worked so they could use it for their own plans. gosh jjk fans really cannot deal with anything without being spoonfed information to them. kirara in junior high is obviously more masculine presenting (gege also has a specific art style he uses for the women and men, and in that junior high panel it was definitely the latter (dull, blunt eyes and broader shoulders). while on the other hand in present kirara she is obviously more feminine presenting (shoulders, eyes, hair, nose, and even fingers). not to mention, kirara was never referred to in masculine pronouns ever again after that chapter. also like i said hakari makes it clear he’s not into guys (he whines about being in a ferris wheel with a guy) but was laid up and holding kirara (which means he clearly does not see kirara as a guy). yes it is that serious for me.

i understand what you’re saying but like at the same time i think it’s supposed to be a heavily implied thing about kirara that we just can’t ignore. gege is not gonna just straight up tell us (it isn’t easy to just outright say things that are still considered a huge “taboo” especially in the shonen jump genre, and shonen jump was already dictating a lot about jjk) but gege being woke isn’t an unknown thing there are instances where gege is challenging conservative/tradition ideals (zenin clan, conservative higher ups, nanami criticizing capitalism). also yes hakari’s type does have something to do with this as it is yet another blatant hint that kirara is not a guy.

Most Japanese people on twitter are calling Kirara a "trap" or a feminine guy and most Western people are calling Kirara trans. Hakari can say that he doesn't like guys, but that doesn't mean he can't make exceptions for feminine looking ones. Just look at how many "straight" guys on social media say they're straight but then end up folding when seeing a feminine guy on their TikTok feed. Also, in the Japanese manga they refer to Kirara with gender neutral terms. So, how I personally see it, they can be interpreted as both. A feminine guy or trans.
