Ah, this show is so good. Hits me personally with the slice of LA life, with me growing up all over that city. Them hanging out at the El Capitan between Vine and Highland. The 101 freeway. Hollywood Blvd getting jammed due to the Hollywood bowl having inefficient ass parking. What hit me even further was when I was 6, my first non-classical concerts I attended was my dad taking me to box seats at the Hollywood Bowl, for a damn Chaka Khan concert. Trevor bringing up Chaka Khan randomly hit me in the heart! 😭 ❤️

i love this episode and the placement is perfect they literally showed you the doorman stuff last episode to let you know the significance of Simon having to hide his powers so desperately. it also shows that he cared for trevor fr and look at him like a real friend because he’s invulnerable. he could’ve got away on his own.

No Ken i like a bit of filler and worldbuilding but let's call it what it is and also recognize what could be improved, while simultaneously credit the good work.. When i hear only good things about a product i tend to look at it in a non-partisan way and see that something isn't adding up. I love Marvel ❤️ But when people give marvel praise just because it's Marvel.. I tend to be critical. #demandbetter

You realize there’s only so much they can do before being copyrighted right? If they made the screen as big or bigger than their reaction panel then it would give companies more reason to view it as less transformative content and more so pirating content

It's what basically kept killing his opportunities to really make it big. When he was the Mandarin, Aldrich provided the drugs or him. That's how they could easily manipulate him. He was already a deep deep addict with a downward career trajectory. (and they basically told you this in Iron Man)
