I think there are 2 time machines 1 is the mechanical one we see at the end of this episode and the cave time machine which happens every 33 years because of the nuclear power plant waste. But i thought the future guy was mikkle just an older version of him? ya why did the guy in episode 1 hang himself? i wonder what version of time travel this show is "everything already happened" or can be rewritten. I don't see any classic paradoxes yet cool.

Like seeing someone young in one time period, and they really look like their older versions. It's insane!

Sherra got Regina and Hannah mixed up Hannah was the little girl talking to ulrich at the bus stop. Regina is the girl who was cutting herself who works at the hotel in the present . Also the old man and the end of the episode looks likethe same guy on the back of the “a journey through time book”

I think Roshi is correct about Mikkel being Jonas' dad. Lets look at the facts: 1. Jonas' dad kills himself and leaves a note that says dont open it until an exact date and time, and that date and time happens to be exactly when Mikkel goes missing 2. Jonas' dad left the note for the nurse who happens to be the same nurse that was taking care of Mikkel in 1986 3. That nurse is also the same nurse that Mikkel had already previously told he was from the future back in 1986. I think thats why she cried when she read the letter, because she remembered that he had told her that all those years ago and she hadnt believed him So yes, i do think Roshi is correct that Mikkel never returned home, lived out his life in the 80s and had Jonas. My question is why did he kill himself all these years later? Honestly id have probably did that shit within a few days of realizing i was in the past tbh. It was 33yrs later, why wait? Im guessing as it got closer to the day that he goes missing it was getting harder to live with? Or maybe he remembered all the grief he saw with Mads' family all those years ago and he just didnt want to see his family go thru that when he went missing?
