Nolan getting that sweet development

PJ Rivera

There’s the end credit scene

Jamaal Ellison

I feel like this is a season when everything really starts to take off

PAM

06:36 So, apparently, almost beating your children to death runs in the family.

bleach

Best episode out of the three

Brax

Seeing Nolan fight for his life against his parents really puts into perspective the things he was saying to mark about viltrumites during their fight in S1

Brax

That's the right of passage on viltrum. If you fight well and beat your parents you are an adult if not you die. That's y viltrumites are so evil😂

PAM

Looked it up. I knew Nolan's Dad sounded familiar. Troy Baker.

Charlie baker

They went light with the rognars, they about ripped nolan and allen a new asshole in the comics. They were nowhere near as terrifying in the show here

Fendifvce

nigga it seem in viltrum everyday is get yo squabble up and program, add sum burpee’s these niggas gotta jail program😭

TJ Major

Nah fr. Ragnars actually pressed the FUCK outta them boys in the comics. Was legitimately worried for them

Charlie baker

I keep wondering if thats Optimus Primes va

Tabbs

Crazy how Cecil didn’t think of putting one of those audio devices in Conquest’s head like mark

DJ_Pendej0

If you're referring to Thaedus then yes, it's Peter Cullen the man himself

L S

you mean to tell me that the person called the betrayer actually betrayed people?! bruh

Kisuke01

Remember what Nolan said in the last episode of the first season "Your training begins now"

Cole hauser

Ahh yes and to end the episode Freddy Mercury has entered the battle.

Devin B

Damn that's like being surprised someone called the Destroyer ends up destroying something

Kisuke01

The craziest part about that plan is that if Mark got his powers at a younger age than Nolan would've succeeded cause he could have just went back his planet told them that humans were compatible and they would've started breeding on earth without anyone knowing what was really going on

Kencool

Pretty sure nolan thought the batrayel was just him going against the viltrimites so it makes since he was surprised that he caused the virus that he was never completely informed on

Krype

Bro Cecile fumbled so hard with conquest 😭

hanzorefrost

That flashback was a fire ass scene

Cool The Wrathful

1. I legit said “damn they got Lupa in the show” when that one Viltrumite showed up 2. The fact that Nolan’s father stopped his mother from beating his face in?? Nolan got that little mercy and change from his dad. Powerful change/addition from th comics. The Viltrumites aren’t genetically evil, they’re taught

Mozart Waddell

My god the blend and tapered lining on Thorgg is immaculate.

Unknown

Mark gotta pop Cecil before he saves any more villains 🤣

Fendifvce

this nigga mark damn near like tariq st patrick to niggas rlly from viltrum😭😭

Mozart Waddell

It only take 25M humans to create a ring around Earth. The depictions of billions just by the zoom out of Planet Viltrum massive ring is chilling. I love this show.

BigAL96_

07:40 TELL LUPA THAT😂😂😂😂😂😂

Rozay31

did Rosh forgot that our mark is the only one that was good so yes mark did just flip a switch and say let's conquer most of em at least

Teejay

It’s not the betrayal that hurt, it’s probably the release of the virus. Because no matter how heinous the viltrum empire are, they are still intelligent beings who have emotions although twisted. So to see their warrior race suffer and die miserably will obviously make them hate the person who betrayed them. Also considering how their hierarchy is, also makes sense why they have so much hate towards the betrayer

OceanPhantom

Damn a good episode I don’t even know where to start was worth the wait

Azure samurai

Putting a random guess out there I’m gonna say Allens girlfriend is the spy😅😁 I don’t trust her

Tearonex

Ya'll got no idea how long I've waited to see that Noland on the couch scene animated, and they made it so much funnier 🤣

Ayanda Mpofu

Best episode so far, loving Nolan's journey. Also how did y'all miss the end creds cause doesn't it come up pretty quick or no?

Devin B

Watching this episode makes me want to watch the first season again just so I can fully see Nolan's transition with this info about his history

caleb robinson

nah u gotta feel a little bad for SOME of the viltrumites they literally getting groomed to be evil lol

Fizzy 🐉

Feel bad???? Hell no they gotta go only one I feel sorry for is mark

Slim

yeah cecile fumbled big time with keeping conquest lol. Also I believe Tech jacket solo'd one of the marks last season so they are definitely a problem for the viltrumites

Xemnas27

Allen and Nolan eps are always top tier. Now this is the shit I want this season

thegosthofvilgax

It's F Viltrum but seeing them get genocided was still crazy lol

Kou

Me and my friends used to call Thragg "Space Bradley" back when we read the books.

Razrok23

You’re exactly right, Tech killed one in space, I can’t remember which variant it was though

John sekiro

It was the variant with the mustache

Slim

Yup the one with the mustache and viltrimite uniform

Jay

Stand ready for my essay, Worm. Honestly, the whole situation with Thaedus kind of reminds me of Zeke from AOT. It’s well known that the eldians of the past were assholes and the hatred of them got passed down to the descendants of the people they wronged. Because of the hate he experienced Zeke believed the only solution and way to bring peace was to wipe out his entire race, but that idea is very flawed because the current eldians are nothing like their ancestors and it’s wrong to kill people for crimes they had no part in and a world so blinded by hate they can’t let sleeping dogs lie. Now I’m not saying the viltrumites are victims like the eldians were but it does open a pretty decent moral discussion. While the attack on them was definitely justified that doesn’t mean it isn’t cruel or wrong in its own right. Because not every viltrumite was a world conqueror. There were young viltrumites who weren’t sent on missions yet and didn’t harm anyone off world, children whose only crime was being born in a society they didn’t choose and were indoctrinated into. Out of the billions of them it’s possible that some could have grown to adopt a similar mindset to Thaedus. Hell, it’s even possible there were some who did feel like Thaedus but didn’t have the courage to stand up. We know there are viltrumites who have feelings but keep them suppressed. Conquest is a perfect example. As much as he loves being a killing machine there is still a part of him that laments his position as a weapon of mass destruction and only being seen as little more than an animal. The viltrumites aren’t soulless, Nolan’s father even seemed proud that he stood his own in battle and stopped his mother from killing him while acknowledging his strength, but these emotions are stifled because that’s their way of life. Thaedus himself grew up on viltrum and broke the mold with no help. Who’s to say there couldn’t have been others if he just waited longer? It may have taken a lot of time if they were going to change on their own, but it’s still possible. And within that same vein of thought it also makes sense why Thaedus wasn’t willing to take the chance. Viltrumites have been around for eons and he’s the only one that rebelled, at least in such a major way. Why roll the dice on the universe for something that may never happen? It kind of mirrors Mark having to kill Rus when the options are damned if you do damned if you don’t. I also want to point out that while you could say the viltrumites had a chance after Argall died, I can’t help but feel that this was a poor decision by Thaedus. He wanted Argall’s death to change his people but he failed to realize that he was ultimately perpetuating a cycle. He didn’t try speaking to anyone, he didn’t try changing people’s minds or risking finding like minded individuals. He was a viltrumite all the way through. He closed himself off from his people, thought his way was the only way and sought to solve brutality with more brutality. He thought it would weaken his people but it only rallied them. He makes them out to be the problem for falling further but in hindsight did he really do anything to help them change besides kill a man they revered, make him a martyr, run away and hoped they figure it out their own? While it’s possible they could have, as I said before, after eons of indoctrination it’s no surprise it might be difficult without a bit of help. He wanted to change the system without attempting to create an alternative and then went to the extreme. It makes you question what did he really stand for on viltrum? What message was he really sending with Argall’s death except the same one his people have heard from the moment they’re born? Blood and violence. As a result those that remained dug their heels in deeper because it was the only way they believed they could survive. And with a leader like Thragg it’s no wonder things didn’t change. So did Thaedus really try to change his people or just fall back into their pattern and think things would be different?

chao_2x (ABZ💙)

If you think that Thragg scary looking look at his comic look

Fuji

his mom really said yall both pussy fuck both of you forever and dipped lmao

Nick Vaughn

I’m glad sheera said it in the beginning when the black viltrumite with dreads popped up because I was thinking Lupa too 🤣 also the reason why those reptile looking aliens are so strong is because of the intense gravity of the planet so they just naturally evolved as a species and became super strong and durable. So pretty much like in early dragonball when goku or vegeta would do their intense gravity training

Robert Smith

They really are Space Romans😭

Fuji

i only kinda feel bad for the kids a little, fuck the rest of them tho

Nermin Selimovic

around minute 21 sheera pulled a fuckin barrel with a built in straw out of nowhere, my european mind cant comprehand this shit

Khalil Locke

It was stated in the show in season 2 and in this episode that the Ragnars' planet gravity is much stronger than normal gravity on a planet, which is also why they're so strong. You guys were talking too loud to hear that part of the episode when they reminded the audience (You).

Krype

It wouldn’t make sense for Debbie to get back with Nolan I hope the writers don’t make Paul and her break up or something dumb

Chief Doodle

They got buff Eminem with a moustache as their Grand Regent

Delinda Arts

the viltrimites was on that american timing x100 with their imperialism and colonization.

Lamaree Jackson

Omni-Man with the Aang “imma just put a hood on” disguise lmao

Dark Danny

Yall just saw how Conquest lost his arm and his eye and nothing... they even stayed on the pic for a minute lol

Dark Danny

Also not all Mark's are raised the same

Dark Danny

Don't let the fact that Nolan believes Mark is almost as strong as he is slip by and that's him going off of the last time they fought together on the bug planet, that's before Mark started training. Him and Mark are probably equals now

Hanno

Billions upon billions of dead Viltrumites forming a ring around their planet is one of the most insane things I've ever seen

Jamarion Rich

All the viltrumites are is a product of their environment. Just like so many of our criminals. So no I absolutely cannot get with the killing of all the viltrumites, mostly because of the children. The children indoctrination can be reversed, as even a experienced warrior like omni man changed from his time on earth. And we know through mark, viltrumites are not innately evil, they were just raised that way. Its literally their culture, they dont even see what they are doing as evil, its just and right. This doesn't mean their actions are excused, but killing them off like that is terrible, and we know the reason the viltrumites are as cruel as they are now is because of the betrayer. Two times he did something, which only made them twice as cruel. His logic is stupid, like what do you mean once I kill the king thousands of years of culture is just going to stop. And then he failed to kill them all with the virus, causing them to lash out and kill billions more. If his plan was to extermine them, he should have made sure to finish it, before they became even worse.

Dark Danny

I don't feel bad for none of them but if you feel bad for the kids, you should feel bad for all of them, they were raised that way as well

SWOBBY

real, I hope it only gets better from here, I enjoyed the other arcs too can't lie but damn really good season so far.

A Guy

I hope they redesign tech jacket because he looks fucking horrible in the show 😭😭

Jamaal Ellison

It's embarrassing and dangerous they supposed to be unstoppable, conquerors, killers, but there's a bunch of dead ones floating around their planet that would make their enemies question how that happened.

Jamaal Ellison

At 7:08 the next time I say, "Turn that TV off," you better turn that goddamn TV off. And the trash had better be taken out too, and pulled to the curve

SenseiDbo

Fewer than 50 “PURE” viltrumites

Jamaal Ellison

Is the fake Jean-Luc Picard Brent Spiner Data from Star Trek: The Next Generation?

Arsean Wilbon

you know that is exactly what will happen. That's her true love.

Yoru

Lmao, I had to go back and see what you were talking about and the funniest thing is I own the same bottle.

DatKid_Kaneki

@jamaal NOT really. still end of the day the person responsible is a viltrumite if anything just pitiful

Has Noname

A planetary ring of bodies is crazy

Seasick

so the whole "viltrumite purge" thing was a lie to cover up the scourge virus?

Kevin

No cutting the population in half thing did happen the scourge virus is a completely different thing

Unknown wanderer

No the rest of the galaxy think they did that themselves, its why viltrum did the great purge so they can claim they killed off all the weak. People would see those billions of bodies as the weak.

Sauceless

Cecil cecil cecil

Hanno

Nobody is going to the Viltrumites' solar system and living to tell the tale

Paulothy

It's always funny to me watching people struggle to grapple with the fact that you indeed can feel bad for terrible things happening, even when they happen to terrible people

Aaron williams

Nolan once said that the viltrumites had a sort of battle royal and killed half the planet I can’t help but wonder if he lied and was actually just hiding their very deserved humbling from him. I get why Nolan is upset but there were billions of viltrumites and they were only getting more powerful. they were never going to stop. It’s all super complicated but I can’t fully feel sorry for them we don’t know how many planets they destroyed or conquered it definitely wasn’t a small amount if a coalition of planets allied to fight them. It makes me think of Star Wars (including the recent games) if the empire destroyed the republic fully and you felt as though there were no other way wouldnt you get just as desperate as thadeus. He knew his people best after all. His choice gave them an actual chance to defeat the viltrumites but at the same time we’re talking about the extermination of an entire race it seems like a decision that’s too much for one person to make. It’s so complicated.

Daniel Sol

Seth Rogan does an amazing job at Allen

King Medjai

Y'all remember when Mark went to the future and the immortal told him he doesn't look sick anymore? So I assume he gets infected with the scourge virus and survives.

London Rials 🩷

I believe the Battle Royale was real but a separate event that happened before Nolan’s birth.

Aaron williams

That makes sense it did sound too genuine and seeing their culture it would make sense.

Aaron williams

Actually I think you’re misunderstanding he’s assuming that the mark that was standing in front of him was healthy meaning the one from the past/ our mark. But the scourge thing is a nice catch I forgot he said that. Remember he also said mark eve and his family left so I assume mark was getting treated for the scout age off planet I bet the froze him. Something definitely goes wrong. I’m scared LOL

Ekko08

Loved seeing Nolan's change in character, scrumptious lore. Also I'm glad the, "Is that Lupa? " braincell activated 🤣

Chris De Kuristof

the viltrumite purge happened so only the strong survive, the virus eradicated them

Drewb

i would say the U.S. for imperialism or Nazi Germany for the ways they see themselves and weeding out the weak. if you talking about "purging", the large amount of deaths through the 70s-90s was due to famine and the ending of the USSR. Largely due to U.S. bombings during the Korean War or rather genocide according to some and the castrastopic ending of the USSR that caused nation states to end with little to no help. Leading to starvation, disease, and of course death. there was some political "purging" but not in the way we may learn in the U.S. or other Western countries. Also North Korea is doing rather well these days despite the obvious issues they still have, yet they are improving quickly within the last 5-10 years.

King Medjai

What? Yeah that's what was saying. I know he thought our mark was his mark.

King Medjai

It's also possible things change alot. Immortal made it seem like Mark was the ruler of the entire planet and he gave it to Immortal. So that could be some distant future that we never see adapted. Unless there is a crazy time skip at some point.

Val

The battle is what happened after their emperor got deleted by Thaedus. Since it proved they only got more bloodthirsty he decided to use the virus.

Heather

Bro what

Heather

they werent really struggling

Heather

It makes perfect sense. What are you talking about?

Heather

you mean literally every country

Heather

literally lol

Heather

nah i fw them

Heather

literally lol, like it makes no sense when people say that

Heather

How you know he didn't?

Fizzy 🐉

Exactly wtf is bro talking about Lool

Nick Frison

That was just the wording he used, immortal actually ruled the planet like a dictator/emperor. When mark was there he just protected it so when he left he “gave immortal” the planet to watch over, not literally rule, he just went crazy lol.

Nick Frison

Bro the young Nolan drilling the viltrumite children literally said how the purge happened after argali died, he almost killed the little black girl for not saying that the purge “made them stronger”. Argall was assassinated->They purged themselves->built pop back up while continued their reign of terror->Thaddeus makes the scourge virus was released.

Adam Lawson

I won’t lie. Sheera bringing it up was hilarious. Because my first thought when I saw that guy was 'oh shit, it’s Lupa.'

B23

the way u described it is creasing me 😭

I VisiBomb I

31:42 medabot reference in 2026?

Malcolm Hughes

Without even watching yet, I knew why medabot was mentioned lmao.

BigAL96_

FACTSSSSSS!!!

mysterioussfox

The betrayer essentially would kill himself after those last 50 are wiped out. Kind of messed up but cannot leave the job incomplete.

MV

What

MV

Ur definitely right he said “you look thin and weak, have you been sick again? I thought they found a cure” I’m guessing his mark was stronger since he’s older so seeing him skinny would be weird

T-Theme King

Lupa is funny as hell 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Kris Barnes

50 out of several billion is crazy. That really was an extinction event

Jairius Martin

Yes… on the ragnars planet the gravity is stronger so that’s why they are strong asf and why they flying kinda slow

Robert Smith

@Allison I don't know why people act like America is the only country to do imperialism. Every country that has ever existed has done this.

Krype

🫩

Krype

They just want a reason to hate on America it’s the cool thing to do apparently

Rebel_R300

Omni-Man had a very interesting backstory damn.

Cam Kaneki

Omni man getting that endeavor treatment. Super flawed character that somehow gonna get the audience back rooting for them. I love that shit. You really gotta pull some crazy shit off to register that kinda change and there doing it well man.

LeHarlequin .

Conquest being left alive was like the first genuine Cecil L

Russell Robinson

Y'all missed the after credits of the 1st episode. Cecil didn't let him go, he escaped.

Cool The Wrathful

Rewatching the episode and the sheer scale of the virus is crazy. From billions to double digits is crazy. And I thought of an even sadder thought: none of their children survived due to their juvenile immune systems. Their hope for change in the youth vanished

Kermit

23:15 did...did the animators actually sneak in the thicc omni man squatting meme?

InspectorDec

Space Racer was ready to pull up after 100 years in darkness.

Chimera134

Rewatching and commenting about Thaeddus. He really was a moron for his plans. He didn't "warn the viltrumites not to become more violent" when he ASSASSINATED Argall. He turned Argall into a MARTYR by doing that. Tiny bit political warning. Not my opinions, or anything super crazy, just bringing up some events and general consensus stuff: The exact same thing that often happens with other countries and terrorist/ national soldiers who are then labelled terrorist groups/ political figureheads, even now, like MLK and others. Or any other religious, political, national Martyrs. being killed/ assassinated to make people submit often turns that person into a symbol of rebellion. Killing the enemy in a big war, a big show of force, a "We beat you. Give up" that Most* of the time works and stops a revenge war. Most of the time. You also need to have grace as the victor and allow the loser to rebuild. Otherwise, you get World War II Germany that wants revenge again, and several other examples like Russia, China, North Korea, etc. But beating them with overwhelming might and allowing a path to move forward together/ rejoin the rest of the world is what separates the Civil War, Revolutionary War, our war with Japan in Ww2 etc from re-escalating over and over. Assassinating the figurehead and going "We assassinated your leader, stop attacking" almost always drives any group crazier and more radical. And then to wipe them down to 50 people with the Scourge Virus? That is again another moronic thing. If it was maybe a few thousand it would be a horrific act of terrorism that pisses them off, but also makes them think "What happens if this happens again? What can we do? We need countermeasures and to stop this" And even then no group is going to go "Wow you made a plague to kill us! We sure learned our lesson, we will stop fighting now!" Chemical weapons are universally hated tools of regimes/ militaries and are banned for a reason, not just because of how horrible they are for the victims, but because it makes the side attacked by the chemical weapons want to go SCORCHED EARTH against the side that dared to use them. But Thaedus didn't just kill a few thousand and piss them off, he killed them down to 50, which is just going to push them to the edge of desperation and cruelty. I am shocked the show didn't really hammer that point more that the Viltrumites DOUBLED DOWN on the cruelty after the Scourge Virus because they were now bloodthirsty, desperate, and wanted revenge and salvation. Thaeddus essentially commited the greatest act of terrorism the Invincible Universe has ever seen. The likes of Ender from Enders game. Wiping out an entire people/race/species to the point where any who knows what you did would hate you for the immense cruelty of it. Thaeddus is meant to come off as a genius who created the Coalition of Planets, and maybe it is just a writing inconsistency, or how Kirkman views war / rebellion politics, or just a "we didn't think of that" but how Thaedus tries to solve the Viltrumite crisis is pretty much the WORST WAY in EVERY situation.

Jay.NAS

After rewatching the culling clip Nolan said they cut the population in half so they probably stilled had a few billion left and Nolan wasn’t in that scene but Conquest , General Kregg and Thula (the lady that thought mark on the bug planet )were alive then which just tells you how old they are in comparison to everyone else and how long they been doing this since Nolan said the culling also happened before he was born And since they age slowly Nolan looking like a 40yr old ish plus man must mean he’s pushing at least a couple thousand yrs old 😮‍💨

Polo

Yep. And since inbreeding would start to happen they haven't had many kids afterwards. So Nolan was one of the few "kids" left. Their hope for a future was pretty much gone. Until Earth that is

GuckFelo

THE LUPA CRASHOUT LMAO

Mike Lewis

Super saiyan 2 Nolan 😂😂😂😂😂Lupa funny asf

Starscreamer

Cecil still has the bodies of the alternate Invincibles that he’s robotically enhancing too.

Luhbabytay

Well if you watch the full video you would know that they know that

Itsnickk

This is definitely my top three favorite episode of the whole show so far

BigGokii

Man this show is too good!

Teyon Alexander

Conquest healed himself over the six months or so since he arrived. The Viltrumites are basically like Saiyans that way. If they survive a fight they come back stronger.

The Gaming Gospel

Crazy how many people I've heard/seen say that already, including me

The Gaming Gospel

Lupa talking bout getting some licks in on the dying viltrumites was deadass me lmao, especially after knowing Ima die just for witnessing the event anyway.

Kia Love

you will die on that ship alone lol

Kia Love

Val this is Patreon you can say killed, lol

N

nolan’s thick asf i’m dead

VagabonD

And part of it is thanks to the Nolan flashback which is Show Original! Love it!

REESE

Nah thragg got that shit on tho

Xemnas27

Nah makes sense. One of the most unstoppable forces in the world is chemical warfare. Nothing you can do against that unless you have a vaccine lol

Corey Leach

You would think with how precautious Cecil is, especially with Mark, that he would do more than jus lock him down. In Conquest weakened state, Cecil could've pulled an Amanda Waller and implanted a kill switch that went off if Conquest left a certain area. Or even implanted the bug that he did with Mark that disrupts their equilibrium. Also I think love is probably seen as weakness on Viltrum so that's why Nolan's parents weren't fond of each other. Probably jus had a one night stand and went on with their duties 😭😭

King97

You hate it?

L S

man they suck, if only they were as smart as they were strong...

von

Was tryna tell niggas, mark got the Viltrumite version of gentle parenting 😂

JR.

I don't think he was able to get through his skin, but he did rig the place to explode and play the sound if he moved

Himindabank

“MY WIIIFE”!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣

DIOR

i lloveee thhiiiiss fucckiing show

Arturo

He gotta fresh line up too 🤣

Arturo

Yeah Cecil is dumb af. We gonna pay for that mistake 😬

Top Tier Analysis

Chimera134

Thank you. I'm very passionate about the show and love watching Yaboyroshi's reaction and chatting about it! Plus if im not writing my stories I may as well write mini essay comments haha

leo

that’s a nice catch that i think is going to come up

Ken

Love how this ep tries too make you feel bad. They got what they deserved lmao

Daniel

It’s not trying to make you feel bad necessarily. It’s moreso showing us it’s more nuanced. Were the Viltrumites a problem? Yes. Would eliminate their numbers reduce suffering? Yes. But at what cost? You’re still committing a genocide and inflicting suffering to a whole race including children who themselves are innocent and are victims of the hyper conditioning their society does. Those children didn’t deserve to die imo. Even if it was deserved, let’s not beat around the bush here. Committing genocide is always atrocious

CAM

Also, remember like Saiyans, after healing Viltrimites get stronger and more durable with each battle

JD

The Betrayer is voiced by the GOAT Peter Cullen

Rebel_R300

Saiyans like Bardock, Goku, Vegeta, and Nappa would be proud of the Viltrumites efforts 😆

Schmitty

Yeah, nah. Fuck the Viltrumites, and I'm glad he used that shit on them. When there's a planet of billions of people where EVERY single one of them is working towards the goal of subjugating and dominating the rest of the universe, please gladly commit genocide against them, NGL. Absolute morals are so simple minded

Basedra

So I guess Kregg telling Mark he “survived his first true battle” on bug planet was basically saying he survived his day of adulthood.

HrlIEJB

and this is why im a firm believer that mark wasn’t wrong for why he and cecil fought in the first place

Corn

You should continue it's definitely an good understanding of thaddeus very redundant thinking, but I suppose in playing devil's advocate in his eyes he didn't truly think the scourge virus would wipe them down to such low numbers, but even then the viltrumites being attacked by chemical weaponry instead of conventional means would still desire revenge, but I suppose he believed if they could be weakened enough they would become less willing to conquer and focus on themselves internally, but he clearly didn't think it through which is odd as after seeing their reaction to Argalls you'd think thaddeus would understand that violence will most likely only cause the viltrumites to react back with violence, so its weird he never attempted to try unbrainwash the viltrumite children in secret atleast to try create a natural uprising of sorts, before going all genocidal on his own race

Corn

*seeing their reaction to argalls death*

Courtney Anne Thomas

No he has a point, the fact that even though there is a Viltrimite that betrayed them and saw the evil that they were doing means that they weren’t just built like that it was social conditioning and if they had a leader like thaddeus who could convince them that hey this is wrong. Let’s stop and amend for what we’ve done then. Yes, there could be a change. Genocide is not good on either part cause babies died during that and they didn’t deserve to die I think ignoring that makes you also simple minded

King97

It's bad but something needed to be done. Just like the Saiyan's. They got wiped out but they were probably in the same timing if not worse

UV

They don’t, only Allen has that ability

CAM

Where do you think Allen got it goof ball🤦🏾‍♂️ he was experimented on with their dna🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Co

Lupa was lowkey tuned in and following everything this episode so well that he was actually predicting things right. Locked in Lupa is refreshing. Too bad it won't last long. Next episode he'll be looking away at Roshi's ear making jokes for whole paragraphs of dialogue at a time.

Co

Sheera: "I think it's just in their DNA to be savages".... that lowkey sounds racist though. I think Viltrumites are like anyone else and are a product of their environment.,

Co

Lupa: "Don't tell me. That looks like a DinoSAURUS" Lupa is not on our wavelength anymore

mal

allen doesn’t have viltrumite dna lmao n viltrumites progressively get stronger as they age and after near death experiences. not every battle like saiyans do.

Christine Ayomide

Wow this is such an amazing analysis! I don't think Thaeddus actions was a writing inconsistency but to show that even he is still influenced by Viltrumite conditioning, which is why he chose such a violent and cruel way to "change" the Viltrumites, but of course that didn't work.

Eso

Mark was raised on Earth, but remember all the evil variants? Early Mark actually got bullied before he got his powers. Across the multiverse he ends up different so many times.

Eso

They are a warrior race, but yeah they also were indoctrinated, they can be kind and good if raised right.

Eso

Optimus Prime!

Franklin Saint

I probably wouldn’t say equals yet, but he is probably close

Gravity

Yes it was a mirror to him beating on Mark. Its why him begging stopped him. Mark got his powers, entered adult hood. Nolan thought he was doing the same thing. Realized how wrong it is when he did it

destiny

Nolan and his daddy fine as hell hold up 🫦🫦🫦🫦

destiny

The main reason mark didn’t turn out like the other marks I think is because the other marks probably got their powers way earlier. Mark was a late bloomer, he was 17 and by that time he was already raised as a human. The other marks were raised viltrumite which is why it was probably easy for them to be like yea dad lets take this shit over

Raider

The Venture Bros! 😂

Cerin Draco

I'm calling it here Allens girlfriend is going to be the mole...

JustThatOtherDude

Wait... is Nolan's bedmate in the hospital his mom? Cuz it would be so tragically funny for her having the last thing she sees being one of two people she hoped never to see again

deesuschrist

The Viltrumites have earned themselves some racism

King97

Those were 2 completely different Viltrumites

King97

That's what you got from that?

leo

I can be wrong but I don’t feel like the virus is going to work this time or be as effective. Mainly for plot reasons they built up this war too much for it just be an easy one shot with the virus but also think they may have built some form of resistance to it saying since like nolan they were able to beat it. but i do remember last season of the future immortal talking about some sickness Mark had.

Oximus

Also, Viltrumites get stronger with age and age slower. The ones who survived the virus are probably immune to it and then some now. Mark is young, and also part human. He’s probably way more susceptible to the virus than say, Nolan.

Oximus

Nolan and Thaddeus are literally living proof that you are wrong. Lmao you’re using absolute statements yourself, you raging hypocrite. 💀🤣 Also, the scourge virus made their tyranny even worse. No one even toppled their empire. It was an insanely net negative up until now.

nickhaze

Mark and his brother probably have more resistance, actually. Since the virus was engineered specifically for viltrumites and mark and olivers dna is mixed.

Cole Tinker

What I never understood is WHY didn’t Cecil just put a high frequency device in conquests head like he did to mark? It’s guaranteed to keep conquest from causing damage or escaping

Ja'Bree Costen

Bro Lupa Crashed When Sheera Said That Guy Looked Just Like Him😂😂😂😂 That’s Funny Asf😂😂😂😂

EFFect_Phantom

keep in mind that this virus is stronger, like a v2 of it. Even if the viltrumites became immune to the original I think this virus will at least make them sick if not kill them. That being said I also don't think it'll come down to using it unless you're spot on with that foreshadowing.

Rishad GB

yall missed the line of "The gravity here is WAY HIGH and thats how they got stronger"

SheepdoG8

So I can change Anessa? 😏

Daius Sins

What head ? His head was destroyed and probably by the time it had restored to what it was it was already too late , in the comics Cecil had different plans prepared but they explain conquest woke up way ahead of what they expected, while on the show it just all happened and made Cecil look like an idiot

Sam

Thadeus is no less blood thirsty than the other Viltrumites. He just justifies it by saying he's doing the universe a favor.

Sam

Can someone into space stuff let me know how easy/hard it is to find a random asteroid belt in space after 100 years. I expect it would have moved pretty far by then so Nolan's coordinates would be useless?

Vilicious

Im not gonna lie. Im annoyed that Viltrumites call themselves the greatest warriors. All ive seen them do in these flash backs is jump one person in a group, sneak people when they're done fighting someone else, or use poison. All that power, but they act like bitches.
