Comments

Heather

Insane refresh pull lol, just finished the last reaction

Jamaal Ellison

You could tell where they put the budget and it's paying off.

LaTesha

Dalton with the ox ox fruit

Tearonex

I love they teased Sanji's backstory this early, such a great little addition

Mari

53:00 whenever Roshi stares into the camera knowing the answer and knowing they’re wrong 😂😂

LaTesha

Me agreeing with Roshi's face when they talk about Gold Roger again lol

Paul Reyes

Damn, Roshi a bad nakama 😭

Zaira

season 3 will come early or late 2027!

David James

I think the first season might have been better. This time they really skip, change or abridge a lot of my favourite moments and it feels like that will become more of a thing as the scale of that story increases.

Rai

Is mr.0 da guy who gave luffy his hat (forgot his name) im not sure cuz i remember at da end of season one he was chilling on a beach with his crew

carisuzu

such a good season and s3 is already being filmed and in production now!

Rai

Well the actors look alike ig lol

Kumi Chan

Shanks is the guy who gave Luffy his hat

Cleven Anthony

Me laughing my ass off when roshi looked into the camera 😂😭😭 I know bro 😭

Rai

Yea he n mr.0 look similar to me

aostheory

Think they shot season 3 in South Africa

Ketsu

shanks? hell naw

Izaiah

The look roshi gives the cam when he knows what happens but just let's lupa cook his own thought has me dead😂

Kumi Chan

Chopper is not supposed have his big form yet, he gets it later.

Robert Rodriguez

I only disliked crocodiles goal. He didnt aspire for the one piece at this point. So it just feels like they are pushing the goal of the op to be every pirates goal

Cain

Roshi, I'm watching the vid bruh why you try not to laugh, that's disrespectful as shit

CentipedeKid

Take it up with oda he made the call

Zanni

Production was based at Cape Town Film Studios, with various locations around the area, including the Castle of Good Hope and nearby coastlines, which were used to represent the Grand Line's many landscapes

Nick

It doesn't really matter. The live action is going to last much longer after the Alabasta arc anyway.

Nicka Snax

bruh Nami and Sanji got some crazy chemistry in this, much better than the anime/manga, I kinda want them to get together

Severus Alaerth

52:56 Roshi stop looking at the camera like that lmao

Aaron williams

I forgot how much robin lowkey helped them while she was ms all Sunday

Nick

The secret tunnel call back killed me.

Aaron williams

Next season is going to be sooooooooo expensive. Even though it’s pretty much done filming wise by now. Between chopper and all the devil fruits and alll the extras theyre gonna need Netflix gonna have to give a game of thrones check LMAO

Aaron williams

Actually roshi 2027! They were already filming season 3.

Fizzy 🐉

Nah second season clearssss especially in the acting department and cinematography

David James

Its better in a few ways but it skips far more things I liked about One Piece than season 1.

Alan

Nah they went to a desert bro

Rheaird

Roshi lmao that was everything

Earphone Jack

That cherry blossom scene had me in tears. Such a good scene.

Arturo

I thought Crocodiles goal was become Warlord -> Baroque Works -> Alabasta -> Weapon -> One Piece Since he lost originally

Arturo

I loved that they include Sanji's mom from Whole Cake 😭😭😭 Kinda wish they teased Ace a little but it's all good 😅

Sunny

They filmed most of season 2 in Cape Town

Vinne

This is around the time he was introduced so maybe we'll get that next season?

Nicka Snax

Fun season overall, but I think that the last fights were a letdown... they made such a priority out of showing poses and being overdramatic that it slowed down the fights so much that the Straw Hats really didn't come off as powerful to me, and it looked weird that people basically just stood still to wait for an attack to happen a lot of the time. Luffy actually felt weaker than he did in season 1 with way too much dodging and pretty minimal offensiveness, and Sanji's fight with Kuromarimo made his kicks look pretty weak too. I hope they can find someone to choreography faster combat that feels more intense for season 3.

Nicka Snax

I wonder if the live action is gonna last long enough for them to properly recruit Robin... makes me think they showed flashback Brook as a consolation prize since we probably aren't ever getting to Thriller Bark. This season hasn't been performing as strongly as season 1, and we know Netflix gets really fickle about continuing shows unless they're really popular.

Arturo

Yeah we will. I'm just being greedy 😅 They put out a reveal for his actor: Xolo Maridueña

Vinne

We are 3 days away from the elbaph arc in the anime it's still crazy how well they filled in the gaps of time because the anime has been on break for a year

Stoiky

Roshi staring at us directly when Lupa is talking about who Luffy's dad is was perfect

Darksteel78

Might be the opening scene for next season like Baroque Works was for this season. Or maybe a Blackbeard tease.

Jo Jo

52:58 roshi i understand and felt your soul punch me through the screen lol

st

Joe Manganiello as Crocodile is wild. He barely looks recognizable without the beard lol

Rix

Roshi i think you’re confusing Choppers heavy point form for his monster point form

HiiiPOWERseries

They are doing great they summed up like 75-80 episodes in 16 and I love it because I'm sorry rewatching through those first arcs of the anime is a chore

mercury_black17

lmao noooooo they do not look alike u might need to get ur eye check

girlygirl9983

51:04 OMG Zorro & Chopper ❤️🥺and OMG look at them looking like a family in this frame 💗 Chopper is literally the cutest!!! He deserves all the CGI budget he can get LMAO

girlygirl9983

This live action makes me want to watch the anime, and i'm not really an anime watcher necessarily.

KingDom

No bazooka ?! I’m kinda disappointed. Also anyone believe we’ll make it to water 7 ?

King Medjai

I can't with corniness lol

King Medjai

Please no, leave romance out just like the anime. They are just good friends.

John sekiro

No and Luffy did bazooka when he fought garp in the first season

King Medjai

Y'all end the reaction discussion too quick. I would like to hear sheeras thoughts since she's the one who's need seen One Piece.

Psyko6

I want them to catch up to the manga I need the live action mihawk, crocodile, and buggy summit for Netflix sake I’m giving Matt Owens 8-10 years max to reach heavenly feats

Gwyn

All this mountain climbing reminds me, Roshi, you need to play Cairn. It was an amazing game, one for the books.

THE EXPANSE

Day 3 i think of asking for at least an acknowledgment of checking out “the expanse”

Bakagio

52:58 I would've bit my tongue off bro 💀

ZOOM

i second this

BornUnMotivated

nah that form for chopper is not that big you might be thinking of another one

Dajhaya

Said the same thing I ship them in this ngl

Kyle Garrett

Roshi doing The Office stare into the camera during a certain conversation is HILARIOUS
