I'm not a fan of Old Uncle Jeong Jinman in this episode. This is a great episode. It's putting me in the right place emotionally to see all these guys die a horrible death. But I'm not loving it right now. He really needed to put this guy down and get orders. Orders, rules, or rules, and he was following them, but if there was ever a time for someone to have an accident, this was it.

A whole team of villains This is the real suicide squad Jeong Jinman is Rick Flagg. This was a fantastic episode, and it sucks to know that he went home to visit his family after like 10 years, only to get them all killed by the dude, he should've killed a long time ago.

He tried it, though; I had to give him that. He stabbed the guy, took the guy's eye out, left him to get blown up in the building, and he still lived. I don't blame him for being surprised; the guy was still alive.

Jinman should have shot Bale in the head in that stairwell instead of trying to graze the wall. I get it's a mercenary company and at a certain level to do that job you have to be okay with killing people. But Bale is a legit psychopath and shouldn't be trusted. After the first time he does some crazy shit like executing civilians you take him out on another mission and you find an opportunity to put one in the back of his head and be done with it.

I was dreading the slow pace and tight shots of the warehouse so this flashback was not only a welcome relief but a fantastic insight into Jinman and his former colleagues. Bale terrifies me. Jiang is going to need a lot of help and a ton of luck to survive, let alone defeat him, he's a true monster. A beast of war who inhales death and misery like a fragrance, who marvels at carnage like art... Hats off to the actor because he's superb at portraying a truly twisted fuck. I also appreciated Minhye introduction and hope we can discover more about how she developed into such a badass. Considering her origins I now no longer doubt that she would genuinely protect the niece of the man who saved her life. Seong-Jo is such a sleezy opportunist, yet with the skill to back up his ruthless plays, I love to hate him. And Pasin is a real one. This episode hooked me back in!
