No Lupa, Maul was Palps go to apprentice before " dying", he didnt care about kid Anakin. He took Dooku on as a placeholder, and once Anakin proved himself during the Clone Wars, that's when he put his eyes on him 100%. Also fun fact, Dooku is actually older than Sidious lol

The 11th Brother, "Revan mask," definitely has a sick design. One of the things I love about this particular series is that it gives the Inquisitors some genuine menace. They always fell short everywhere else in Star Wars because they were going up against the "heroes" but here since they're up against villains and side-characters they're actually threatening monsters.

That new inquisitor is from Tales of the Jedi, we see him towards the end of Ashoka’s story. His fan nickname is Crow, officially he’s the 11th brother of the inquisitors.

Palpatine became aware of Anakin after Maul's death. He also would've replaced Maul with Anakin in the far future anyway. Dunno if he would've made Dooku his apprentice if Maul succeeded in killing Obi-wan and didn't die though.

Well, yes and no... Lupa is mixing some things up, but Palpatine was *definitely* after Anakin as a child already. Even when they met for the first time in TPM, he sensed how much potential Anakin had and started having an interest (even before Maul "died"), and he started making plans to groom him as his new apprentice the second Maul was gone. For example, we see in the "Obi-Wan & Anakin" comic that Palpatine almost manipulated a 12 year old Anakin into leaving the Jedi Order to come work for him directly.
