Mari

Are we getting the collection of this Roshi ?

The Shadow

I really enjoy this reaction but If you want the jokes and dialogue to actually land, i'd switch from English [CC] to the regular English subtitles. The [CC] track just transcribes the voiceover, which has to alter the script to match the actors' mouth movements. The standard subs are translated directly from the original Korean script, so the humor, impact, and overall feel of the show stay completely intact.

LaTesha

It's sad that they even let that bully get that far. He can't read or even write out actual letters. And that just escalated his behaviors from there.

SlackyTv

Its a really really good show, fun to watch

Andrew

Still getting Chainsmoker Cat?

Mxri

I love this fucking show.

Bria A.

It's possible that he switched to just uploading it according to the typical schedule even though the episodes are prerecorded, but don't quote me on that!

Bria A.

This episode just makes me miss Hotel del Luna lol (the main character student from this episode plays a supporting character in that drama)

Bria A.

I did not expect the plot twist at all, but since I know the actor for this episode I was narrowing my eyes a bit like, "Sir...I think you're a little too old to be playing a high school student..." (even so I didn't entirely rule out the option because it's still a common thing in the acting world lmao)

Shaquille_Oatmeal

They'll remember those armpit punches for the rest of their lives. They don't want that man back, trust me.

Tae

Lmao this show is hilarious

daeornight

Fun fact, the actor for Na Hwa-jin actually did the drifting in this episode, so the two kids reactions are more than likely legit fear lol

Blackest Knight

I'm convinced that Tokyo Revengers will hit a lot harder in Live-action lol

Yolo Samurai

To the kids of the school, he is just a teacher with hands. To the gangsters trying to enter the school uninvited, he is freaking Nam Gi-jun from Mercy for None. 😂😂😂

Blackest Knight

Kim Mu-yeol is a helluva driver. Scene was 100% real with cuts for the dialogue bits.

WTT_321

It's funny I remember hearing stuff about "oh this actor looks too old to be a high school student" and then I just realized: this guy is in Block B, PO (idk what or if he uses his real name or new name for acting career), but yeah....I'm not surprised that they casted a "young" looking character for a high school role...which makes sense as I was watching this episode...!

WTT_321

OH, PO from Block B???? No wonder why he looked oddly familiar lol

Pritz Belle

they most likely finished this show by now

Chixy Off

i wanted to marathon with your guys so baaaad

min

yes! the best is always normal English version for all kdramas. Whoever keeps handling the English CC subtitles for Korean dramas on Netflix is unbelievably incompetent. By the end of a series, they’ve rewritten so much of the dialogue that the story is practically a mess. They probably think they’re making the script sound more natural through localization, but all they’re really doing is butchering it. They even end up writing lines that directly contradict the plot later on. They’ve been doing this for years. Seriously, how have they not been fired yet?

Bria A.

I'm gonna be honest, at first I definitely thought he was Lee Jungha (Bongseok from Moving) and then I looked again and was like "that can't be right". Idk why I even thought that because they're not THAT similar, but it might've been the unique mouth shape and the awkward vibe lol.

Severus Alaerth

Well we got that already if you didn't know, plus we also have the older Crows Zero movies with Shun Oguri as the MC

YaBoyRoshi

yes I plan to have the whole thing uploaded by Sunday or earlier

Jamaal Ellison

Despite the somewhat imaginative premise, the narrative resonates with real-world dynamics. It portrays two individuals and an organization striving for positive change, identifying an issue, and endeavoring to resolve it. Conversely, other political figures are depicted as attempting to impede these efforts, seemingly without substantive justification, but rather to advance their own political standing. For instance, consider the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and healthfulness of our food supply. Should such an agency be dismantled, the oversight of food production and ingredients would be compromised, leading to potentially detrimental consequences. While the current administration did not close the FDA, they did implement substantial workforce reductions, which may have long-term adverse effects. They also initiated similar endeavors for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Weather Service.

J Man

Dude is a whole "How do you do, fellow kids" grown man's Steve Buschemi

J Man

Exactly my thought!

kai. 🩶

an usher music video is crazyyyyyy 💀

R

were they watching the whole thing with correct English subtitles and just put the screen for the reaction only or did they actually watch the whole show with English CC? 😭

tobsultraman80085

In the original Webtoon the transformation of this school happened because the thugs realized that they actually started to find the lessons interesting after giving it a chance, which I think is more believable as to why Hwajin doesn't need to come back to this place to look after them anymore

Uly A O

Maybe I am just having a Mandela effect moment but I swear she was his sister in the webtoon…or the way the portrayed in the webtoon made it feel that way cause they didn’t talk about her much.

girlygirl9983

I think they said they watch in ENGLISH not ENGLISH (CC) on different K-Dramas but the uploaded file to synced to their reaction is different

girlygirl9983

any high school with "TECHNICAL" or "TECH" always got them real bad kids 8:25 😭💀 these are GROWN MEN , a lot had to be left behind some grades or maybe it's a product of the rough life they're living to be looking this rough in high school

Pritz Belle

I fear they watched the whole season with english CC subtitles

R

that's too bad then. they missed a lot of great details and meanings from the show 🥲

QuitaMa

Hmm, I can watch episode 1 and 2 but not the others 😭

min

I know they always watch it with the legit English subtitles, but unfortunately, they watched it with bad one (CC one) for these two episodes.

Niegeria Chandler

I just paid for this membership again and it’s not letting me watch the rest of the episodes HELLOOO?! is anyone else having this problem ?

Jericho Fostse

same here I'm confused! was looking for comments on this

Niegeria Chandler

After closing my account and opening it back up I saw where it says it’s $29 to purchase the rest of the episodes.. the way I was in disbelief

Didier

More like Crows Zero than Wind Breaker. It's a pity you never watched Crows Zero.

Ayanda Mpofu

Immediate flash to Windbreaker 😂.

A. P.

Bro really did it for Lil Saint then gave a mf the Bleach shoulder slash, if they go back to being bad after this there's just no hope 😭

rickie woodson

this reminds me of the japanese franchise HIGH&LOW. you guys should check it out. original series and movies (but watching just one show or some of the movies is fine) but they feel like live action anime.

rickie woodson

this show and this particular episode is reminding me of so many things: tokyo revengers, great teacher onizuka, 21 jump street (cop going under cover as a student); good stuff
