Krype

I don’t watch this but I’m here 🤠

Inconspicuous Pug

Gotta give it to Apple TV cause God knows Netflix would’ve canceled this show after its first season

blud

YES YES YES YES

Jonathan Lewis

Best streaming platform by a long shot, hope people support subbing as they don't miss

Has Noname

This is probably my favorite episode of the show. Common was on his shit

nizzy

holy refresh

Ernie

Bernard throat is bothering me... Perhaps callous but damn man, drink some water.

Gordon Woods Jr

Have you stopped posting Silo on YouTube?

RobertGill

Bernard talking like RFK

mysterioussfox

Common's best performance. His character has been through quite a journey

lackingnames

Its the best but sadly unavailable in many countries still unlike Netflix and Prime Video.

Robert Smith

I feel like it's because they don't rely on buying up a bunch of streaming rights to old shows. Everything on Apple TV is from Apple TV. That, plus they spend next to zero on marketing so they can afford to keep shows around till completion .

Jacob Livingston

Man this season has turned it up with every single episode. This one was one of the best of the show. Commons arc he is on is good and his acting has been so much better. And we still got 5 more episodes! And they announced S4 will drop next summer, so glad there isn’t a long wait.

Gilthwixt

I always love it when you get alliance shakeups like this. Never would've expected all these people on the same side watching S1.

bmp

Sims is gonna have to play his wife to get the blueprints I bet, he's not gonna have a lot of fun hiding all of this from her

Watts

Can't wait for them to learn more about the voice in the vault and silo 1

Mike A

Finally the team is assembled.

Rajah Lockhart

This tv show continues to be ELITE, definitely one of the best shows out right now !

Ernie

14:18 Roshi...

Matthew Whitley

if this show had From pacing we wouldnt have found this out until season 5

sol jam

I think the bulbs are getting stolen for those secret tunnels that are getting used by those outsiders that follow Donald. I think this shortage will probably force them to connect with Silo 17 to get their critical supply and that way we get the people there back

Ernie

Lupa checking critical supplies, we're out of..... Carrots

returntolife

omg you should, it's too good

returntolife

I'm starting to think maybe the people in charge plant people in the Silo to create rebellions and ruin the silo like the guy stealing?

returntolife

Sheera be like "that's what I was saying" and she never said that lol. but usually her predictions are right so it's fun to watch. I think sometimes she can speak in absolutes which takes the fun away from the mystery. sometimes it's fun to just have no idea and confidence in what's happening. Anyways love y'all and this show! So pumped for the next episode.

returntolife

but how do the Outsiders know about the other Silos?

returntolife

I feel like she already knows he's been hiding stuff from her.

returntolife

Common giving me trust issues. I was so nervous he was going to turn on Juliette at some point in the episode lol.

sol jam

Why do they have to know about them? They just need them for the tunnels to escape judicial

Drewby

The key to survival was the PEZ all along!

CentipedeKid

Just saw Oh, Hi! with Molly Gordon from The Bear (she was Claire). It was a good movie I think they should react to it. Scared the crap out of me. I know Lupa would be scared asf.

How tf is 70 years worth of light bulbs for a 10k person silo just going missing inside the vault? That’s like actual millions of individual bulbs bro 😂

Detached

Silo, HOTD, Widows Bay and Me.Robot this is such a crazy stacked lineup for live action 😭

minami

as dumb as it sounds i actually forgot that was common lol he got this role nailed down as of late ive only seen him as the character

Tbdovan

If only people in Fromville shared information like this imagine we'd be home by now

User10101

Juliette Lives! She's backkk

Dark Shogun

Any modern car can probably be control like that if they are remotely hacked into or malware is uploaded to it. Tons of cars with GPS and Driver Assist features. I have a Hyundai Palisade and I can use the lane keeping assist, with the adaptive cruise control, to pretty much drive the car. Me using those features wouldn't do something like full AI and turn corners or start from a full stop, but with someone remotely controlling the car, it's possible. My question is if they can get the light bulbs from Solos Silo. If so, they should still have over 100 years worth since everyone died when Solo was a kid and he's probably in his 40's now. Only problem I can see is if the supply department is below the water line. It's still not impossible, but it would be damn hard. You'd need a blow torch that can burn under water. You'd also need a dive suit with an oxygen tank or oxygen cable feeding into the helmet, with a lot of slack.

Dark Shogun

Probably inhaled while on fire and it burned his throat. He may never talk the same.

ky

sheera usually just repeats what just happened and says it like she is giving insight lol, she hasn’t been landing fr

blud

BRO WHAT A SEX EPISODE THIS WAS

Robert Smith

If the From creators made this, Rashida Jones' character would still be here begging to go outside.

Samuela Shannon

Oh my goodnessssssss, what if someone is trying to rebuild the tunnels to the other silos and they need the lightbulbs for the hallways?

Rajah Lockhart

So just a couple of things that they didn’t remember from earlier in the show. When Kyle went down to the door at the bottom of the digger void, the door told him only three people have been there before, and the reason why Kyle didn’t say anything about the door is because the voice told him about the safeguard and explain that the safeguard will kill everybody in the silo if he mentions what he witnessed at the bottom of the digger void. Plus, nobody else knows that Juliette went to silo 17 except for Juliette and she doesn’t even remember that until the end of the episode.

DJ Muldrow

That last part with Ai taking control of vehicles is a real thing by the way, that’s OUR future, me and you mf.

lackingnames

She literally always recaps a scene that JUST happened and says it like she is informing and enlightening the other two. To be fair she probably is enlightening Lupa

asdasdasdas

people don't realise being in a fire, that it's not just your outside that burns. As you panic and gasp for air, you're inhaling gases that are around 300c/600f, which airfry your throat and lungs from the inside out. He's lucky he was able to relearn how to talk at all with his airways fucked up every which way messing up the way his voice would normally be produced. His alveoli probably look like burger king popcorn chicken; need something stronger than water to wash that nasty shit down lol.

asdasdasdas

"steal 48 years of lightbulbs in 2 months". Sounds crazy, but then how long does 1 light bulb last? And how many does the farm use at one time? If one bulb lasts 1 year maximum, and the farm runs 100 powerful UV bulbs, then 48 years of bulbs is only 4,800 bulbs. 4,800 bulbs inside those big ass silver boxes probably isn't that many boxes to smuggle. If the bulbs are like those long ass halogen tubes, then there's less bulbs, and therefore less individual units to smuggle out one-by-one if they do it like that.

asdasdasdas

I have a theory about the missing bulbs. What if nobody is stealing bulbs? Critical supply has very tight security, yet somehow not tight enough to prevent "smuggling". The Silo is already shown to have secret mechanisms. The AI door below the digger void. The hidden surveillance system connected to every floor. The safeguard system. What if there is a secret mechanism that delivers critical supplies to the vault when no one is there? And the reason there are no more deliveries of bulbs is because the silo that made them - Solo's Silo - failed. The question isn't "how?". The question is "when?". When did the light bulbs go missing? 2 months ago when the head did a check? How could she keep track of which empty boxes were made by previous heads of supply if it's supposedly a secret? When did the true discrepancy occur? Around roughly 48 years ago. 50 years left - 2 years left. 48 years, the rough amount of time Solo has aged since their failure. That failed Silo had a suspicious amount of perfectly functional string lights hanging around despite everything else having fallen well beyond disrepair. So 48 years ago they stopped making bulbs, and hidden mechanisms hidden in the walls of storage were now only delivering empty boxes to the critical supply of other Silos. This would mean each Silo "secretly" has a speciality, and hidden mechanisms distribute the results of their stored specialities to other silos. A little vitamin D+ every now and then to remind supply they had more lightbulbs than they previously thought. It's interesting they talked about bulbs, but not computer hard drives (which have 100% chance to fail in 20 or so years) or medicine (which expires). I bet one silo makes computer parts. One silo makes medicine. I thought at first that our main silo's speciality could be to do with recycling, breaking down broken things from other silos, not just our own, but that seems too small with like 5 people. But then I realised there are 50 silos, which seems significant. There are 50 US States. The silo system seems heavily tied to the governing system of the US. The book relic was a travel guide for the state of Georgia. Critical supply was concerned about bulbs for food more that anything else. When people die in this silo they are turned into fertiliser for the farms. Bodies are buried in fruit. There is one US state famous for it's supply of fruit. Our Silo represents Georgia. The ethnicity demographics in our Silo match those of Georgia. Georgia is famous for it's supply of fruit, it's peaches. Our Silo produces peaches, that get exported to other silos, in tins. But something will cause them to stop, and the main Silo, AKA Silo 1, AKA Fromville will notice, and their Head of IT, Donna, will put some plans into motion by manipulating Sheriff Boyd, just like Sheriff Billings was, to prevent their own safeguarding procedure AKA "poison gas" AKA Mustard Gas AKA the "Man in Yellow", from killing everyone.

Ayanda Mpofu

They really cooked with the memory loss and actually made it make sense👍.

Zahra

Juliette sort of drank the water of life

Mea

I feel like either the bulbs are being used as they are to escape the Silo in some way or being broken down into smaller parts for a similar reason, which would make them easier be moved around after being stolen for so many years. I was losing my interest a little the last two eps or so but this episode got my attention again~

GT-Harlem

I have a theory. What if the minors are stealing the lightbulbs to help them light the way as they dig to another silo. Another theory of mine is what if another silo found out everything that we know in silo 18 and has been coming to our silo, stealing our supplies for their own silo

AnnaSama

I really like how the personalities of past characters are mirrored in the Silo characters. Also, our main relics link back to Daniel, yeah? He gave Helen the Pez dispenser and he represents Georgia, so the travel guide was probably his.

Rachel G

They said on stream that they’re stopping for now bc it’s not getting enough views and messes with the channel’s algorithm

Gordon Woods Jr

The worse this about it is Common. Sorry. Had to be said. That no trick pony can’t hang. Acting. Not rap. I think, not sure. Not a big fan.

Tyrese

Ngl my feeling for Sims character did a whole 360. Really solid character, he went from knowing a lot then we realized he doesn't really know nothing at all. But despite that he realized what side he needed to be on, to save the silo and his family.

dthorizon

Shirley, an adult, needs to grow the fuck up. She is so temperamental its exhausting how they've written her. At least Walker's approach made sense, but Shirley is just 110% emotion...

Teddy S

Dude I felt exactly the same. Previous seasons I usually had moments where Common re-used his acting from other roles, making me feel like it's a common Common moment (pun intended). Granted it works but since he always looks the same it's just so recognizable, but this season he's elevated his role and this last episode I thought to myself, 'damn, this actor is knocking this shit out the park. Oh wait yeah it's Common, I forgot haha.' That's a sign of a good actor when you only see the character.

xLithion

OK what i don't get is if sims and juliette can talk freely on the stairs why cant sims tell his wife "hey i know about the safegaurd and juliette can stop it if we dont kill her" then the wife can be a double agent against the AI and stall for time

Alex

His wife is the only one having 1-on-1s with the AI and they showed how it could and would read her emotional state to figure out if she's lying. I'm thinking it's better to keep her in the dark, if the AI thought she was compromised she would probably be cooked.

A. P.

I'm assuming Glenda and her dad are stealing the light bulbs to use as some kind of leverage, maybe to flip the power seat to the mines.

ChrisM

“I didn’t say nothing but I was thinking it”.... Signature quote from Sheera

Dell12 16

48 years supply of lightbulbs for 10,000 people would mean millions of lightbulbs, there's no possible way that the outsiders have enough tunnels to make use of that many lightbulbs.

Dell12 16

Yea doesn't really make any sense. Also what would even be the motive?? Like why tf would anyone even need millions of lightbulbs?
