This wasn't the series I voted yall to watch, but once again, I'm just impressed by how much Shira and Roshi can read a series. I think it's more common in romcoms these days but man I enjoy the way it actually goes through the struggles of a real relationship and hone in on the comedy and internal struggles from that, instead of the chase. I feel like if you go option 2 you're setting yourself up for the chase to be the *entire* show, but in option 1 you've already broken the ice, it's a different vibe.

9:44 this is how I was all throughout high school. Well, and middle school, I guess. I had developed such a reputation as the quiet guy. I found that most people knew my name even though I've never spoken to them simply because they knew me as the quiet guy. So, whenever there was a genuinely funny thing happening in class, which was rare, I found myself having to hold back my laughter. Because it felt strange to suddenly burst out with laughter after not saying anything for literal years. The shit you do to not appear weird by acting even more weird then if you just did the things you avoided. I remember one time these two girls sitting in front of me were doing nothing but quoting Spongebob and I was deadass fucking DYING with the desire to laugh, I was holding it back so extremely that I literally felt like I was going to implode. But now if I let out my laughter, it was going to be at a ridiculously large volume, so I had to hold it back even further. Moral of the story, just be you and stop caring what people think, it literally physically hurt me.
