Joni

girlfriend's mom, his cousin, n now girlfriend's grandma. rentaro is winning in life

Cheesecake

Now I’m waiting for him to get twin girlfriends or smth

Goadell

So fun fact, that manly man grandpa was never shown in the manga to my knowledge. Funny for him to be shown in the anime first. If I’m wrong someone correct me. XD

MrOuijaII

He was shown but he was just in regular army garb lol the Rambo thing is anime only

Kris Barnes

Sheera I get what you're saying. It's not immortality because she will die in about 80 more years. It's just a really long life. Only way out is if she can keep taking the drug every 80 years or if Kusuri actually makes a perfect immortality drug

Mew Anime

So a lot of granny’s jokes come from her not knowing modern loanwords, along with not knowing technology - スマホ (sumaho) for “smartphone”, アメリカ (amerika) for “America” ( Eiai explains with 米国 (beikoku) which is the more official “America” word), and her not being able to pronounce ナディー (Nadī) cause ディ (di) is also a borrowed phonetic sound, with で (de) being the closest sound in the hiragana syllabary. And just like Kusuri always ending sentences with なのだ (nanoda) she ends with なのじゃ (nanojya) which can be old-fashioned

Ginger Dwarf

They added her to the ED. My god it really is real

DevilMayCarter

"Morally problematic" Hahari forgetting what show she's in and continuing to exemplify what that phrase actually means. Shiziku is a cinnamon roll and her hugging Kurumi was the sweetest thing all season!

Goadell

Thank you! I’m like I know it’s been a while since I saw that chapter but didn’t remember that fool. XD

Kris Barnes

Is it crazy that I also kinda see the appeal of the grandma?

MrOuijaII

There is also a mysterious tree in the OP, I don’t know if it has always been there and I just noticed because I was looking for her, or if it was just added, but I expect her to be there next episode. Just like how they had a lonely tea cart in the OP for a while until Mei was introduced 😂

codexpop Zx

You guys should watch the ending they add her into it and it’s very cute

EvilGodAsura

They skipped it for time but essentially the reason Yaku is mentally herself is the drug was almost complete. It just doesnt grant true immortality yet and only reverts you to 8 and cant be undone. Once its done it would make you immortal forever. Kusuris parents took it before Yaku and also kept their mental ages. But Kursuri being who she is desperately tested the early version on herself to save her grandma and is the only one who mentally became 8 but can reverse it with the medicine for a bit. Kusuri is just a super genius so even being 8 mentally is nothing.

cuuuhris

now we need a step mom

Tbdovan

Chat just tell me does....the eye contact work on animals too? I feel like we going to a weird place to get to 100 gfs. Like if he looks at a female dog...does it happen

Abdikadir

Is there away they can react to durarara 😭😭😭

Severus Alaerth

The other thing for Naddy is that if she got to continue to say what her name was, "Nade" is also technically right since her name is Nadeshiko lol

Severus Alaerth

Thankfully for now in the manga no, it's just humans.

Severus Alaerth

It's kinda meta having Kugimiya Rie voice granny, the oldest and most mature gf, considering she's definitely gonna be the oldest of the gf VAs currently present. Another thing is that the tsundere Karane's VAs must've been sweating buckets performing that "Urusai! Urusai! Urusai!" in Kugimiya's presence since she's widely known to be THE tsundere (character) queen, with one of her most well-known characters Shana (from Shakugan no Shana) having that "Urusai! Urusai! Urusai!" tantrum as a signature character trait lol Just a fun little trivia for older anime watchers here from a fellow seasoned watcher from the 90s and 00s too kek

Ara Araragi

I'm fully expecting them to do a bootleg Quintessential Quintuplets arc at some point. It would be an easy way to quickly increase the gf count.

NotZxro

I think Tama is the farthest they'll go

thatNEET_

That's kind of a silly way of translating the "America" part. Nano just writes the Kanji for America and gives the Japanese word for it since Yaku doesn't understand loan words. It just happens to sound like "burger" which gets Kurumi hungry. "beigoku"

James Jconvard

She say do what now years old. This episode was wild.

지원

aw man hear me out

Katsu Imagitian

Yo Sherra got me with that "Assault?" comment. Comedy gold 🤣
