I've actually really liked this season, I heard all the people saying it was their least favorite and expected it to be way worse but its been good, tone is different for sure, but doesn't follow trips & it's been really good

s2's ending with Tanya was kinda predictable you saw it coming and Mike white wanted you to see it coming whereas I think with s3 it took turns i dont think most people expected for better or for worse

Knowing Gaitok, if he was confronted by Timothy he probably would have given the gun back lol. But I'm glad (for now) we're not going the family annihilator route. Honestly, best case scenario, the whole family stays in Thailand and becomes Buddhists.

How they running this con without a plan and script?! You don't even need that much. Look her up online, watch 2 of her movies and say one is your favorite. Listen to some of her music. And come up with a basic plot "its about an aging lounge singer who has a chance to make a come back when a producer offers her a record deal!" Bam. And that was off the dome. Imagine what you could come up with when you think for a feew days or in walter's case, YEARS.

Called it! So obvious his mom lied. If he would have let him talk, the truth would have come out. He wasn't lost because he is so old he forgot, its cause he had no idea what nonsense he was spitting. Imagine if someone said "remember when you killed gloria's husband" and you know you never killed anyone. You would looked confused too

Fire reaction guys!! I can’t see how these three friends have any kind of resolution. Honestly don’t remember any of their names besides Laurie but I didn’t like how that lady said “I’ll be the bad guy”. Ma’am we are too old and we are supposed to be best friends. Get over yourself. Also I don’t think Mook is bad news. I think she’s only ever seen Gintok as a friend and she latched onto a quality she found attractive. And she does seem to be trying to enjoy the date, they just don’t seem compatible. Overall this season has been kind of bleh compared to the rest but still enjoyable. Oh! Our favorite therapist! Just take the money. While it’s admirable what she’s doing, you’re no detective. What would you even have to prove he killed her? Take the money

The overall story is good but you know it's a slow burn when they keep inventing random theories to make things go from 0 to 100 every other scene for some action and thought a random taxi hailing scene was gonna turn into a kidnapping. Also feels like you could watch this season with the friend group plot edited out and not miss anything of value.

Nah I don't feel bad for Saxon. Chelsea was right when she called him soulless. He did that whole act about being able to connect with her spiritually and it was just a ploy to try and sleep with her after she has repeatedly told him she's not interested. The dude's a creep and I don't think it's unreasonable to assume he'd be okay with Chloe's request given all he cares about is trying to fuck.

the Buddhist monk segment about nonviolence seemed to be the resolution to rick and the ratcliff dads arc even though it wasn’t by choice. i feel like this writing gives off secular yt western commercialised buddhism

That was the way the confrontation with Rick and Jim (Scott Glenn) had to go. After all these years there would be no fulfilling resolution by killing an old man that is a lesser form of himself. Tipping over the chair to give him some back pain and whiplash is enough. Carrie Coon is not a prude at all. Good for her. Scampering out of the bedroom was hilarious.
