Park still not directing the second episode still stuck on GoH at the time of making this episode, I wonder how late he will make his directing appearance, it does really look like aot will get the short end of the stick production wise but you never know.. it does look like park is in a cut for the second episode though from the looks of the third PV, anyways we all though GoH was going to be the anime that steps it up sakuga wise but it's looking to be like Jujutsu Kaisen will be that one instead and I'm all for it, it's going to be a spectacle.

Ikr? And being half Japanese (not fluent, but I can pick up on bits and pieces), the crunchyroll subs seemed way more accurate to me. The subs I saw had way more impact for me, and made way more sense within the context. Like you said, these are a bit awkward. They don't really flow with the conversations and interactions very well. It's almost like whoever did the subs took a script for a dubbed version and copied/pasted it on there, rather than actually translating.

Wait what? "We need you" was a totally wrong translation in the subs. Way off. She said, "We like it because it's scary" or something along those lines. Bruh. For future episodes try to find a different server/source/site to watch it on, cuz like, yeah. If you watch another version of this episode on your own time with better subs, you'll see.

Y'all need to stop supporting crunchyroll so hard, aside from falsely claiming that supporting them will "help the Japanese market directly" which is provable to be false, it's well known they barely pay their translators literally pennies for translations so even if they do have "better" subs they'll only perpetuate their shit practices more if everyone gasses them up, just like how everyone gassed up Funimation for years and they're the shittiest licensor around, aside from protecting sub-par VAs with huge egos to slander other talented VAs they don't like they allow their employees to shit talk fans openly when criticized. Pirating is the way to go in this day and age until the Japanese fully control the international market the way they should be allowed to without worry of censorship, unnecessary political insertion, or straight up script rewrites. Yes that means that raw subs will happen but that is a product of international companies being unwilling to adhere to Japanese requests as well as essentially "holding out" on anime they have the sole rights to (i.e. Netflix barely released Beastars even though its been available for months as well as Food Wars being on its 5th season but the second season was barely made available on Netflix recently), and if you actually pay attention to anime it shouldn't be difficult to understand what was implied.
