Easy to miss in this episode, but the boss mentioned that it takes 10 seconds for him to transform out of Doppio.

One of super crazy things about JJBA is how it fluctuates with its realism. One minute it'll give you cold hard facts and delve into science a bit, the next you'll see the most over-the-top ridiculous unreal shit ever. This fluctuation is between realism and fantasy is part of what makes JJBA so damn entertaining, though.
