S tier episode!!!

SN: Lupa and Sheera were both wrong in the beginning and I was right. Lupa reused his intro. I am demanding an apology from the both of them at the moment

eastbaynick

They uploaded as I got into game 😭

EA

🔥🔥🔥

Gladeez

WE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE YKTV

nab

how u get a powerup then get bodied into submission 😭😭

shadowslime03

Another translation for the attack is "merciless one".

Goose18

Yo the team that worked on the sound effects and the soundtracks went crazy!

Damion Middleton

*Geld beating the brakes off of Shogo* Me: FIGHT BACK NXXGA! FIGHT BACK!

Jdogzero Silverblade

rimaru is the type of killer i would fear the most. precise efficient and deadly with the skills to fight outside of assassination. minimal effort with the deadliest outcome. with explosions people can live but with pricing attacks with 100% accuracy its an instant 100% death

kap007

Fun math time. If his head was alive for 10 seconds after death and he's moving at x300 that's 3,000 seconds or 50 minutes.

Devin B

Rimuru had major Pain vibes when he was just in the air waiting to wreak havoc on them. Also Meggido in the Bible refers to Armageddon.

Masen Tsmayo

Yo I could not wait for y’all to see geld beat the dog shit out that dude 😂😂 the next few episodes are S tier as well

Cephandrius

Bit of clarification because it is easy to not realize what Megiddo is, the water in the sky magnified sunlight into super precise lasers and bounced it off of the water droplets so essentially that spell took barely any magic XD Also its been a while since I read the ln but im pretty sure he intentionally took off limbs before killing many of them to cause mayhem

Cephandrius

Rimuru: I learned this trick from my man Chrome and Senku

Cephandrius
>>55822113

Pretty sure its the Hebrew translation for Armageddon but essentially the same thing

Anonymous

Razen is just a trash dude who steals bodies as he needs them. The knight guy has a skill that lets him take skills from people that die in front of him

razgrizraven

Rimuru had the "This world shall know pain" vibes going on. Lol

Adiuva

One thing to remember: I know you guys were happy about the death of the trio, I think we all were. But, the entire time they were talking about how they wanted to kill Razen to do whatever they wanted anyway, so it was sort of double deserved.

Senjioh

Pure hands eat that beat down, Rimuru was a dragon ball fan I see copying Buu like that very nice ^_^

Devin B

Tell me how smooth it was for Hakurou to slice dude's head off, put his sword back in his sheath, and catch his head before his blood touched the ground all in one quick motion.

OldManMag

Its not explained in the anime so i'll just post it here. Shogo (beserker kid) knew he was about to die. They held him down and told him they were going to shatter his mind he basically died being held down and screaming. And they didn't want the other 2 bodies. That guy knight guys ability lets him gain the power of his subordinates who die in front of him. Idk if they will retcon it next ep tho? This all should have been in this episode but they skipped explaining to make it smoother transition wise.

Jordan

This episode made me so happy, man. Couldn’t stop shouting “Avenge Shion” while watching Team Tempest destroy the humans.

Marcus Martindale

So just a quick note the sword guy who speed up his perception probably had the equivalence of being alive while behead for 5-50 minutes(1-10 second real time). Just imagine being beheaded for what feel like an hour

L.C.

These people are all clearly trash bro. Take out a demon lord headasssss. You couldn't take out a piece of poop. Only one to possibly look out for is hinata. But after the demon lord transformation I doubt even she would be too much of a problem for remiru.

Cephandrius
>>55820237

The sound effects for this anime always go hard but the soundtrack was on point this ep

godUsoland

I hope they go into even more S-tier animation for the next episode! One thing to note, Rimiru's Meggido was MUCH more brutal in the manga/novel. Limbs flying, etc. Aimbot ftw!

Daniel Robb

HOLY CRAP, I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE CATCHING UPP!! I was just thinking how much you three would love this episode!~ :D

Devin B
>>55822757

Yeah they toned it down in the anime but there were limbs flying everywhere when he used Megiddo in the manga.

Fooni

Btw, the last attack used water as magnifying glasses and reflectors to blast beams of magnified sunlight through the soldiers' bodies

Bona Fide

Lovedd this episode sooo much. S tier episode

Mike W

for the Meggido attack, think of it as a mix between science and magice and use the ant and the magnifying glass as your reference. Now turn that into multiple magnifying glasses that have aimbot lol

Sylanna Maxwell
>>55824678

The problem with her is she caught him off guard and used a barrier to weaken him. She probably would have struggled if a barrier wasn't set. Once he is a demon lord I feel like that would've definitely been an issue for her. I am curious how Rimuru will deal with her though considering her connection to the events.

JsnSkg

They're not even worth eating XD

matthew perry

The mage and knight he was with didn't get away, they said they were going to talk to the king who was in the camp, which is in the barrier.

None None

Did they get someone at Trigger to do guest animation on this episode? The impact lights flying aorund during the fight scenes looked very Trigger-esque.

KBomb

YES YES YES UUUHHHHH !!!!!! can't tell how many time i watch this episode since yesterday. it feels so gooood. DIE NINGEN!!!

Jonathan smith
>>55820152

spoiler warning: "Merciless" is a completely different skill. Megido is "God's Wrath"

Jonathan smith

In the Manga and lightnovel, rimuru didnt bother covering the area with an anti magic field. He just started raining pain down on them. There was a moment where the mages tried to use a magic shield to block the lasers, thinking it was magic, yet it shot right through their magic shields. Which is when it was explained that its literally just a beam of concentrated sunlight, no magic involved other than manipulating the water droplets to act like magnifying glasses ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Enkyri

The Geld dog stopping Shogo moment was the supremacy of satisfying.

Razor4884
>>55831686

I don't know about the manga, but in the light novel he did use the antimagic field.

Caramel Martian

shoulda seen the Manga/LN. Rimuru's side was *merciless 👀* to their opponents. Sadly they censored/cut a lot of parts, but aside from that this was an amazing episode!! next one is gonna be pure ecstasy ****continue reading to see what was cut out/censored... Those swords that Hakurou deflected where originally sent back to Kyouya and pierced him all over before his "all seeing eye" could register the hits . After the power up Shogo was brutally beaten and, literally, dragged to the point where half his face was almost falling off as well as missing his left arm. Not only that, but they cut out Gobta's declaration of war at the start. The camp didn't notice the 4 until Gobta used his sword gun (got it from Rimuru for beating Gabiru if i recall) to blow a hole through the captains head before declaring war. Hopefully they don't cut out Rimuru's true intention with using "Meggido".

Devin Witt

Calling it for next episode, the body-switching majin gets eaten, but due to that instantaneous regeneration has to constantly live in a state of being digested the rest of his days.

Stanley Labissiere

This episode is the definition of "Today, we chose violence".

Jazmyne Mattucci

Geld giving that dude the Kratos treatment with the constant thrashing

Garrett Olsen
>>55823563

In their defense, they were summoned, which with the whole magic-enforced obedience thing is a pretty nasty thing to do to people. Still earned their deaths IMO, but at the end of the day they were teens that were enslaved as killers and set to be disposed of regardless. Sad, really, and I think it reflects well in the chick's crying out for her mom at the end, instead of trying to use her ability against Shogo. Falmuth is just full of irredeemable a-grade a-holes though, screw those guys

Eisou Bae

Lol, just wait until the next little bit of this arc. Ya'll gonna figure out the pecking order in this world.

Donovan Breest

Its so funny that Lupa called the attack style cuz it really do look like one of those moves

NoLaughnMATTer

Rimuru is going to get SOOOO many broken abilities if/when he eats that mage....

JunpeiFES .

I was super HYPED with this episode! I made this face literally more than 3 times 😱 I cant believe slime has became one of my favs anime. I love how this is going! I hope this gets better and better

JP

Am I the only one that felt bad when that otherworlder chick got killed? Like the way she called for her Mom. Also I feel as though they all would've been decent people if they hadn't been summoned and eventually become desensitized to everything.

LeaveMyName

The only part of this that I wish they hadn't cut was Geld's shield breaking, the guy laughing, and the Geld just pulls another shield out of a pocket dimension like no big deal.

Wild
>>55967924

i mean this was sorta better geld going like i dont need no shield to beat your ass after all the dude broke his shield like nothing it would be pointless to bring another

KenniB

Just finished watching the latest episode and it was a amazing! I was waiting for it and it was soo satisfying to see Rimuru, Benimaru and them not hold back on these people.

Kristian Thaler

This upload's so nice I had to watch twice.

Kristian Thaler

Slight spoiler that spoils nothing but there was a really great extra chapter in the manga where one of the soldiers thinks about his children as everyone dies around him, I really hope they include that in the next episode.

Lloyd Salisbury

Hakuroue is a full on Burst Linker. Also a bit of Manga info, The shield Geld was using is made from the scales of Charybdis.

Kenny

Got tired of waiting for you guys to upload on YouTube so I had to find your patreon keep up the reactions!

Brandon Ali

My man Hakuro said catch this Jagan Eye YuYu Hakusho style lmao

gabriel250c .

Im tryin to figure out why they are standing next to this crystal having a whole conversation instead of destroying it like they were told to do

Daniel Borrego

at 300X normal speed, and a human head living for about 30 seconds after being beheaded, he would have been just a head for something like 150 minutes :D
