it had nothing to do with that, the reason what happen, happened.. was cause Miguel let him up and didn't protect himself (let down his guard). People don't fight like that in real life after they win a fight and let someone back up they're 'on-guard' until someone walks away.

@Destroyer That's fair. I know Sam is the clear agitator in some of these events. Tori should've risen above it or at least fought without using a weapon. That way she would've been suspended/expelled and not charged with assault with a deadly weapon which merits a sentence. I love Tory's characters far more than Sam's but she should've taken into account her little brother. I guess because of my childhood which for lack of a better word was hell I know all to well why you can't use it as an excuse for your actions. I just expected more from Tory. I have zero expectations for Sam.

I think Robbi is more salty at the fact that Daniel ambushed him with the cops, when he could’ve just persuaded him to turn himself in. He was already eating up what Daniel was saying lmaoo . it was definitely time for him to turn himself in but I think he feels enough remorse to do so when really talked to like Daniel was doing before the cops came.

I felt bad for rob because Daniel didn’t talk to him about it first and what’s going on he talked to him about bullshit just to keep him there all Daniel had to do is come clean from the start because now in rob feels betrayed you know rob grew up in the streets so in his head Daniel set him up big time Daniel biggest flaw is never telling people the truth straight up always but it’s kinda funny because it goes back to karate his art is defense and protective Daniel doesn’t have the strike first mentality as johnny if you notice Daniel always hides everything through out the show while Johnny always stays honest and speaks his mind no matter what

Even if Daniel tried to be upfront with him there wasn't much of a chance of Robbie giving himself up willingly because he spent the past two weeks avoiding the cops because he knows what he did was bad. He didn't care about getting a lighter sentence he just didn't want to go to jail period so if Daniel told him the truth Robbie probably would've left right then and there.

@Destroyer I mean that her actions were so over the top that her reasoning for doing what she did doesn't justify them and shouldn't be taken into account. It's like if someone was bullied by a kid and they decided to do some crazy shit like shot them or whatever. Obviously the bullied kid had a reason for what he felt but that doesn't justify doing what he did. Tori could've did anything else other then start that huge brawl and potentially stab Sam and I would've said that she had a valid reason to do what she did based on her feelings but your feelings can only validate your actions to a certain extent.

Sheera is exactly who Kreese's message was directed towards lol if you were in Tory's situation, you would definitely accept Kreese's help no matter what the motives were. And just because Tory got on the school speaker n started that fight doesn't mean she's the reason miguel is in the hospital. An all out brawl broke out where it wasn't gonna die down anytime soon. Miguel n Robby were gonna get sucked into it eventually n maybe the same outcome would've came about. Sheera, Sam isnt able to see Tory's backstory, you do, so dont be Sam lol I'm not defending her actions, just saying try to understand her POV. Teens like Tory are emotional and only understand their environment and their hindsight.

Yeah, I'm on the same boat. I actually find the majority of the show annoying now because of the teen characters. I was enjoying it mostly because it focused solely on the old petty men that can't get over themselves and eachother but now it devolved into the teen's drama because what they're doing is more serious and I straight up hate most of them. They even got rid of the only one I liked (Aisha isn't gonna be in this season at all) and she barely did much in the show to begin with which was annoying. It was like Liberty from Degrassi all over again. I only like watchin' the show with these silly fools.

Daniel did not need to tell Rob about it at all because Rob was never gonna be okay with going to the police at all regardless. He wasn't gonna risk telling him otherwise Rob would freak out and try to run away before the cops would show. This was for Rob's own good given how deep this was going and he was only gonna make it worse so Daniel made the right call by not saying anything to him about the police showing up.

Yeah Lazz ... Sam engaged her kiss. Miguel didn't take advantage of her being drunk otherwise he wouldn't have reacted the way he did when she did it. Honestly, this is why I'm not always too fond of "mistake kissing" scenes in dramas because really Miguel can easily fend her away the second he sees her going in too close. It's not organic or realistic at all, at least I think, for someone who is dating someone else to not be on guard when someone is diving in for a kiss on you. He kinda just stood like an idiot for the sake of drama so that the show can have Tory spot it happening. I hate love triangle tropes like this.

It wasn't what Daniel did that was the problem it was how he did it. This way felt like an ambush, when he should have sat him down and fully explained the whole thing. Robby made a mistake anyone would and could makes which was letting his emotions get out of hand in the middle of a real fight. I also love how they'd went deeper into what tory is going through to show why she walks around with so much anger for the world, she had to grow up a lot sooner then most kids. Its like what was said last season the world doesn't so mercy.

i think he planned on explaining the whole thing but then the cops showed up early. he literally was interrupted mid sentence explaining the best way forward. he shouldve made sure he'd have time to set up the whole thing but that's a bit outside his control. and talking to robby *then* calling the cops wouldnt be smart in case he ran again or tried to do something that would make his case harder in the future
