From what I have gathered walking around with a bow and arrows in a quiver is 100% legal. But, its either if you have the bow in one hand and arrow in the other hand, or it could be if its notched, its considered a loaded and deadly weapon.

Lmao, like Roshi said the mom was the obvious guess. I immediately thought of her last episode when they didn't reveal who hired the assassin. Jack or the "Uncle" was too simple, the mom was the best bet since it would be a "plot twist"... Except they have already made her seem suspicious many times already, so it became even more obvious that it was her. Also I was confused why you guys thought the assassin was after Maya when she attacked Clint and was clearly focused on Clint the entire fight when she initially showed up, lol. Sheera jumping to conclusions made it more confusing, but there aren't many characters in this show so you can pin down what was going on, especially with the mom acting suspicious which you guys had pointed out already.
