knew the mom was the villain the whole time. she was so in the comics. faked her death and came back a whole villain. and jack is the swordsman. married mantis (yes, guardians' mantis) and trained hawkeye back in the day. a master of evil turned one time avenger before dying. if you see his suit you will see where hawkeye got his iconic look form. PURPLE! the same guy except one is an archer and the other is a swordsman

Yelena really pissed me off in this show. You're telling me a fucking black widow trained super spy blindly believes some stranger that it's Hawkeye's fault Natasha died. Hawkeye, who was a good friend of Natasha's (either Natasha could have told her or she could have figured it out with a little digging, she's a super spy for fucks sake). And the whole 'he has a trail of blood' argument, like how big of a hypocrite are you. it didn't even occur to you to maybe hear Hawkeye's side? The whole thing makes more sense when you realize the show runners were told to add Yelena in after the story was already written (you could remove her from the show and nothing much would change).

Didn’t watch Daredevil season 3 and I know this is somewhat of a soft reboot of the Netflix characters, but having Fisk be such a big part of the final battle and seemingly killing him off was a REALLY BAD choice. Probably the worst part of the show. Yes it was fun to see him send Kate flying like a rag doll, it was very Kingpin, his power scaling was done right, but Kate was getting back up like she wasn’t taking any damage at all and she was pretty much fine the next morning. It didn’t have to be a Cobra Kai Miguel situation, but I expect people to be less than fine after a fight with Kingpin (even if he was not serious at all). Also, about guns… wow… in a well lit plaza with little to no obstacles… they didn’t even get grazed? The tracksuit mafia were clowns through and through.

Headcanon for a better finale : Clint vs Yelena without the Talk no Jutsu. Have them talk yes, but gets to a point where he saves her or she has to escape. She ends up conflicted but doesn’t quite accept his apology. Just have Kingpin put the hit on Kate’s mom when she says she’s leaving his organization. Have Kazi and the tracksuit, and other members of Kingpin organizations (like corrupt cops, or even Gary 😆) try to kill Kate’s mom. Kate fights Kazi, but Kazi is actually nasty and has a visceral hate for Kate, and almost kills her. Maya swoops in and kills Kazi. Have Maya vs Kingpin be a whole arc in another show or movie. Eleanor reveals to Kingpin the incriminating data AFTER the hit, not before, and that’s why he backs off from the Bishop family. I get that they made all the d-list heroes/villains comic relief so we would take Hawkeye more seriously, but they could have toned it down a little for the finale. Bombshell & co we’re getting a little cringe. I did like Jack murdering a bunch of people with a sword like it was a game, right after being arrested for the murder, by sword, of his uncle. Instead of Kate joining Clint for Christmas, I’d have her in the hospital after getting wrecked by Kazi, Clint leaves her a signed bow and some gear as a Christmas present before going back home, Jack spends Christmas with Kate and offers to back her financially because her family assets are frozen.

Honestly the musical number being the post credits scene was pretty on brand for Marvel. Remember the one for Spider-Man: Homecoming? Marvel’s already given us an amazing year in 2021, they probably felt like they didn’t need to end the year off with a banger scene.

She was probably devastated when she came back from being blipped for 5 years just to come back and have her sister gone. If I had to rank the Marvel Disney + shows it's Loki, Hawkeye, Falcon and Winter Soldier, and then WandaVision. I liked WandaVision near the end but it took too long to build up, Falcon and Winter Soldier had dope moments but I thought the plot was okay overall, with Hawkeye I didn't expect it to be this good and I like Kate and Clint's relationship in the show, Loki had a complex plot that they did well in executing.

@T D Artemis grew up knowing that her dad and sister were bad guys so it's easy for her to let them get away from time to time. Kate's mom had to go to jail cause not only did she plan for Armand to get assassinated but she called a hit on Kate's role model and tried to frame her fiancé even though he turned out to be a good guy. If my family member did all that they have to get arrested.

Yeah I’m pretty sure was like the 4th newest addition to the avengers to the comics since the Og team was Cap, Ironman, Hulk, Thor, Antman and Wasp. The only new members they had prior swordsman joining was Hawkeye, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, tho first time swordsman joined it was a ruse. But yeah so far the earliest member of the avengers we haven’t seen in the mcu yet is Hercules
