People hated Amanda for this. Perhaps she overstepped showing up to Tory's work, but Tory assaulted Sam twice with weapons that could have seriously done harm or killed her. Fans act like Tory is some innocent bystander because of her upbringing but she assaulted Sam twice, and once was breaking into her home.

Kreese needs to stop making this about class warfare. Telling Amanda the reason Tory's like this is because she wasn't born into affluence like Sam. This isn't just a socioeconomic problem but a psychological one. The reason I love her character so much is because of how good she is to her family and those she consider as a family i.e. Cobra Kai. Deep down it's obvious she cares for people deeply. Getting support would be a great benefit to her.

What happened to Tory was shitty but she 100% deserved it. She puts herself in these situations by getting too into her emotions and not thinking about the consequences. I don't blame Amanda for trying to put Tory in check cause she keeps messing with her daughter to the point that she literally scarred Sam for life and also broke into their house.

I seen preteens more behaved then these 17 years olds. She's a menace who needs a support system. The brain doesn't stop developing until the age of 25 that doesn't mean as a society we grant carte blanche to anyone under that age, ignoring their actions while chalking it up as emotions. Amanda was in the right. God knows this girl has done far more than "threats" like attempted murder twice. @Gabriella Would you not threaten a kid if they almost killed your kid and brought a squad to break into your house just to fight. Tory is a kid but she has responsibilities that she needs to take into consideration before doing things like that. You'd think she would've learned her lesson after getting expelled but instead of reflecting on what she did she keeps adding fuel to the fire by doing things that could jeopardize her taking care of her family and her future.

(Disclaimer: This is not a defense of Tory's actions! This is an analysis/appreciation for her Character and Storyline) Looking forward to more of Tory's arc this season. Easily my favorite female character. People think she's a bad kid but she's not. Tory's family had it rough while she was growing up and due to her mom's issues she was forced to take on the burden of running the house on her own. She was put in a position where the only time things ever seemed to work out were the times she fought back. On top of that, the ONLY ACTIVE adult in her life (Kreese) is telling her that the things she's doing are what's best for her, while at the same time encouraging her to take things further. Tory cares about her friends and even more for her family. She's not a bad kid, she's a kid doing bad things, and there is a difference. Nothing I've said/pointed out excuses any of her actions. I'm just sharing my own analysis of her and her story. What Tory needs is someone to have her back and guide her forward. The show has shown us how big an impact the adults can have on the kids lives and I think replacing Kreese with someone levelheaded and ideally unrelated to karate, Tory can show her good side to more people and not just hide behind the violent shield she puts up.

I read all that and I agree. I've also never justified any of her actions. I only say that everything about her suggests that she's just misguided (quite literally by Kreese), and just needs someone on her corner that can also give her the guidance she needs and deserves. As for Sam. Aside from their first interaction, where Sam accuses Tory of stealing, I will always defend her anger, mistrust and attitude against Tory. Tory twice pulled out deadly weapons on Sam and has never even apologized for it.

You can't say it's Amanda's fault that Tory got fired, It's 100% Tory's fault. All Amanda did was warn her to not attack her daughter before the tournament. Tory was the one who got upset and yelled at the customer and since the manager says he's sick of her attitude it's pretty obvious this isn't the first time she's gone off on a customer or a staff member.

Restraining orders are two ways, btw. You can't get within a certain legal distance of the defendant. As the petitioner, you won't get in trouble like the defendant would, but the restraining order can be become null or amended if the petitioner knowingly and willingly violates the restraining order they requested.

@Ish Sheree Your kinda weird, I’ve noticed you always make comments on her body or assume because of her body that that’s why she has stans instead of her being a compelling character that a lot of people can actually relate to. I’m not saying Sam deserved to be maimed, but she’s not being targeted for no reason. She literally tried to snatch Tory their very first meeting, and never apologized. This season was the season of Torys growth, but Sam is still spoiled. Period. Tory had to grow up fast and her obviously doing that with no good adult figure in her life, has her doing stupid shit. With bullying it's not as simple as going to the parents because I feel like most of the time the parents don't care or won't do shit about it.
