Fun "Fact": That Elder Lich dude that was throwing fire balls last episode might be the Dude with the Angel Army that attacked the village at the beginning of last Season. He got turned into that Elder Lich, lol. It is actually more likely to be that adventurer named Igvarge(Lich's name was Iguva) that wanted to come with Momon to fight Shalltear, then got promptly clapped by Mare(Little Elf with the staff). The Elder Lich Iguva has the same wound as Igvarge that got bonked to death by Mare's staff. Eh, maybe it was never officially confirmed.

One cool tidbit they have in the books that is easy to miss in this episode is that after those flying cloud monsters stated their message, Shalltear killed them all with a clap. That showed the lizardmen not only that they didnt even care about a horde of monsters that the lizardmen saw as all being individually super dangerous and high level, but that she has the raw power to kill that many "powerful" entities with just a clap of her hands. Talk about a mega flex xD

I think we should make it very clear that Ainz is not the Hero of the story by any streach of the imagination we are watching the rise of a villain in this world. He has no qualm about killing anyone or anything as long as he accomplishes his goals, even if people try to sympathize or try to excuse what he does because he just wants to meet his "friends" that is no longer valid when his actions get innocent people dead. Anyway only saying this to be clear about his character as people try to excuse what he does all the time, I personally don't care because i see it as pure entertainment.

Fun facts if I remember correctly. The lizard with the armor speaks slow because it dumbs down who ever is wearing it so only very intelligent people can wear it. The pot they get the liquor from is magic and will never become empty. And people have said this but the "sheep" are humans and the details behind that are brutal because he skins them but keeps them alive and heals them over and over

Well the title is Overlord and he is an undead i think that is enough to know that he is not the good guy. Personally I like the story because this is the first story that I watched/read where the mc is the OP villain. Almost all of the anime where the mc is transported to another world is just the mc trying to save the world or living peacefully in that world. Overlord tells a different type of story where the mc is the main villain of the story and that is what I like about it. Its entertaining although some parts are pretty disturbing.

If one of his comrades told him to stop, like for instance Sebas stating that he didn't appreciate the lengths that Ainz was going to (As Sebas is one of the more neutral members of the Guardians) then he'd probably stop. I like that up until this point, Ainz came across as mostly heroic, if a bit cruel at times. Then suddenly the perspective switches to the lizardmen and it suddenly dawns on you how terrifying this fucker really is.

the position of being a "villain" is fairly subjective, It depends on who is asking. So i can't necessarily call Ainz a villain, not to mention the human kingdoms are not that better at how they treat humans. Slavery, prostitution, drugs, torture, sometimes Ainz is even better than humans because he doesn't torture innocent people. (except for the lizard men)

It really depends on which POV you are standing at, aside from actual heroes like Gazef, people of power in these kingdoms are often worse than Ainz because at least Ainz doesnt torture innocent people (aside from lizardmen, but it could be because he sees them more as a lizard, than men).

Yeah Ainz isn’t a villain just for villainy sake like the Joker for example. He’s way more pragmatic and does care about treating those who show benefit and acceptance to Nazarick with some modicum of decency. If you don’t fall into those categories…then good luck…

Hey Hey people. Not much to discuss or say about these last two episodes. They pretty much did a good job of covering the source material from my memory. Besides maybe a few monologues from Ainz or other characters. So I'll just say this. Lizardman Arc is my favorite arc of all time. Is it the best arc? Nah, but I still enjoy it the most. Lizardmen-type race are my favorite in fantasy. So this arc was just...So damn cool. It also helps out that all of the characters are great. THEN THE PULL-UP Ainz and the gang does is just a cherry on top. Anyways, can't wait for them to finish this up to start the next arc!. Edit: Atlast! there is one thing I need to talk about. Victim. As Azin said, he is the 8th floor guardian. Victim is the weakest of the guardians, but has the strongest abilities. Confused? Well, don't be, cause I'll tell you why! Victim ability is that once he dies, he release a massive AoE status effects. Which is why he probably named Victim. Anyways, he was one of the reasons why Ainz and his fellows never lost to anyone. Even when a massive group of players (1500 in total I think the number was) did a raid against them. Once they got to Victim and they killed him. He actived his ability and...yeah all the players were unable to do anything as they were under a massive amounts of status effects. Which one of the other guardians finish them off. Also the "Sheep" the demiurge was talking about. Are people. Demiurge just thought that Ainz was cracking a joke. Saying the humans they were using as a scroll source were just "beast" To add more horror to this, Demiugre makes sure that the humans that are skin, are alive AND healed to be reskin later on. Its...its not a happy farm at all.....

From what I remember, his death causes a mass slowing effect on all enemies around him. The 8th floor is the Nazarick's last line of defence and where its strongest NPCs are. Victim's there to make sure that any invaders have an even harder time trying to fend off the NPCs.

We have to remember that in the game, these guardians were merely just NPCs, Ainz was testing if they now, after being transportet to this world, were able to think like real people. Basically, if these NPCs have now become sentient.
