Anos doesn't particularly seem to mind that people don't recognize him at the moment, since he's new to the modern era and it's a good way of weeding out people worthy of his trust. He knows he'll deal with the fucker who erased him from history and fix it eventually, anyway. He doesn't really need to rush.
