In any normal anime Climb would more than likely be the protagonist and Stronoff would be his first sensei, Brain would be something like a rival that's stronger than him but is missing something compared to him, and Sebas is his OP sensei that teaches him once in a while

the talk about lakyus and the cursed blade is just her being cringe or in the japanese term Lakyus suffers from eighth grader syndrome aka "chuunibyou" fantasies about being possessed by her sword and fighting against her alternative personality. it is also why she wear such flashy outfit with tons of accessories which do nothing . but in a world of magic a cursed sword sound normal, plus what are they gonna say "hey lakyus are you really being cursed or you just fucking around?"

So the reason why Sebas is helping so many strays comes from the karma system in Yggdrasil, which in game was nothing more than flavor text but now actually affect morals of the NPCs such as Sebas being a 300 positive karma score vs Demiurge being a negative 500 karma score

Watch for the pose where a character spreads their fingers and dramatically puts their hand in front of their face. That's the pose Japan usually uses to tell the audience a character is being chuuni. (unless it's just a series like Code Geass or Jojo where the characters like to pose dramatically for no reason)

Well your end talk. Almost always if you were sentenced to die in front execution squad, they would finish you off with pistol or sword (depending era) if you were still alive. Still nice info about the shock killing them even if bullet didn't hit.

no. in the game your actions affected your karma. but NPC couldn't do that so they where created with a karma score. now in the new world the npc act according to their description and karma score. because this world isn't a game actions can't affect an.. invisible karma score

They mention is very quickly in the show, but go into more detail in the books, the sword is trying to possess her and sometimes it works but only for a bit. In the tavern they say she "was embarrassed because she was possessed by a curse item" edit: she could b chuuni but with the rings and her team knowing nothing about it and talking about it it seems more like its legit, maybe not to the extent they think but i really dont get where the cuuni shit came from, and i have read the novels but could b wrong and missed somthig ( i rlly dont think i did tho)
